Dr Youssef is a very professional and charismatic. He took the time to listen to my medical concern and thoroughly explained what my medical options.

Overall a very welcoming and friendly clinic, I highly recommend Dr. Youssef and his team:) my family and I are blessed to have found him as our doctor.

Amazing doctor and team, I have visited them for a few times. He is best doctor I have ever been too. He totally professional but kind person. I met with Dr. Youssef in a walk-in situation (pre-pandemic) with pain in my hand. He was very accomodating and polite. I enjoyed my visit with him as it was stress-free and he reassured me. He is very professional and respectful in his manner of speaking

You kicked me off Dr Youssef's family doctor roster without notice and you cancelled my phone appointment which I booked to ask for medical records release and to ask WHY you kicked me off the roster. I booked a full 1 week before the call and you cancel on me literally 20 min before the call. I can't even get through to a person, you don't pick up the phone or answer emails.

I had an accident involving an axe in british columbia. Right when I need my family doctor the most, I cant get in touch with him. I see him 1-2 a year, I am always polite and respectful to the doctor and staff.

I have never had any problems with other medical professionals. I get working in healthcare is difficult at times, but this is something else entirely.

It is very dissapointing to be treated like this. Please get in contact with me immediately, I want a release of my medical records so I can find a doctor who actually cares about their patients.

Edit: I never moved. My residence is in Oakville, I have a valid Ontario health card, an Ontario Drivers license and I pay taxes in Ontario. I left the province for work short term.
