Dr. Wendy McCuaig and Dr. Emma Wakim

Terrible terrible wait time.my wife had a C-section 1 month ago so we were to see Dr Wakam to examine her stitches. Her appointment was at 3pm, we got there on time, and had to wait around with a fussy and hungry baby for close to 4 hours before she was examined (which literally took less than 10mins). If you wouldnt be able to see as at 3 pm, why set an appointment for 3pm then? Why not have us arrive at 6pm instead? … the one star i gave is for the expertise of Dr Wakam, but aside that, the whole practice is deplorable to say the least. Im so glad i never have to go back there again.

The receptionist is very rude. No manners at all. I do wonder if they understand customer service

Five stars for Dr McCuaig, she is extremely knowledgeable, ploute and helpful but both the Receptionists are very rude, they have zero patient handling skills. They should change their Reception staff.

I have been looked by dr wakim for my first pregnancy and dr McCuaig for my 2nd baby.both the doctors are amazing polite and really helped me throughout my pregnancy… both were always there to answer my questions and when any help is required.

I was with Dr, Wakim during my pregnancy and it was not a good experience. The receptionists were not very polite, and the nurse working with Dr. Wakim lacked compassion. Whenever I asked questions, she would often respond with a dismissive laugh, making it uncomfortable to ask questions or share concerns! Also, unfortunately there's a noticeable difference in how native patients are treated in this office compared to international ones. The phone is answered for limited hours during the day. And Dr. Wakim's nurse is never available to answer the phone, sometimes I had to wait for a few days to hear back from her.

Dr. Wakim always seemed busy and was consistently late. I had to wait for a minimum of two hours, and on some occasions, I waited for more than five hours for my appointments! When she finally entered the room, she appeared rushed and never took the time to answer my questions. She was even forgetting to take a look at the lab results or ultrasound results and I had to remind her!

For my next pregnancy, I'd rather go with someone who has less experience but is more available and responsible when it comes to taking care of patients.

The staff of nurses and doctors are nice enough but I don't understand how they can justify having pregnant women wait for 3 hours to see the doctor for 10 minutes. I have been double booked. And made to wait a minimum of 2 hours every time I've been scheduled for an appointment. If the system clearly isn't working then I personally think the system should be modified. I dread coming to every appointment.

Receptionists here lack proper etiquette and fail to communicate respectfully with expectant women. Wendy McCuaig is a good doctor though.

Apparently it is very common for long wait times at the OB offices but 3 hours seems crazy to me.i only stayed because i thought Emma Wakim was a great doctor and very comforting
