Dr. William El Masri

Dr. El Masri is a perfectly good and competent doctor.

The reason for my low review is the receptionist and office staff that supports his work as a doctor.

I have NEVER in all my years of dealing with doctors dealt with an office reception that never calls people back, EVER.

About 5 weeks ago I went in for a thyroid biopsy. The results were scheduled to arrive on the day I was leaving for a month-long work trip in Asia. I made daily requests at their office by phone to arrange to have my results be sent by email instead of by phone. No one called me back during that entire week. No one got back to me or even left me a voicemail.

I returned to the country a month later to 3 voice messages from Dr El Masri, and judging by the sound of his voice and the urgency at which he tried to get a hold of me, the news was both pressing and not good.

I have since left his office 3 voice mails. I received ONE callback and voicemail at 8am, which I missed because I was sleeping after a very long 25hr flight. No one has called me back again. No one EVER picks up when you call. What kind of an operation is this?

Dr. William Ei Masri is an excellent surgeon and a wonderful man. My result is undeniably excellent! Thank You Dr. El Masri and TTCl.

Came from Hamilton for an appointment confirmed more than a month ago and the office was closed. They did not bother to call and inform that the office is closed. Ridiculous.

Did you get the diploma from the market. When I have a fungus in my mouth, you learned it when I wrote it. Why didn't you research my disease and direct it?

Don’t waste your time here, I have been trying to reach his office for about 6 months now, NOBODY EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE! The voice mail is always full, unprofessional and no respect to patients! He should close down his practice if he doesn’t wanna see patients or answer his phone:/

Rude, aggressive doctor. One of the worst of all time. No wonder he gets a lot of bad reviews. He pressured me to have an operation that I ultimately didn't need. I got a second opinion and my new doctor made me come back in 6 months for another ultrasound and my issue went away on its own! Do yourself a favor there are better doctors out there.

I’m very surprised with all the negative reviews of this doctor. I was referred to him through the ER at Michael Garron hospital and having read the reviews I was a little trepidatious, however, the few times I have seen him he’s been extremely pleasant and very personable. I would highly recommend him or to see him again as my ENT specialist.

They called me today to schedule a follow up appointment, I missed the call. I've been trying all day to reach the office for a date to reschedule, no one picks up, I can't leave a message. How is it possible that this office is run this bad.

Gutted. Made the appointment to finally unblock my nose from this huge polyp and when I get there there are about 30 people waiting at the same time. Patients standing and waiting. This screams Greed if I ever did see it. I just left without seeing him as I didn't have 3 hours to sit there and wait without any warning. Especially when 3 men were literally staring at me (a woman) every second felt like torture.

WORST DOCTOR IN THE ENTIRE WORLD! 2 MONTHS AFTER MY MRI, HE CALLED ME AND LITERALLY SAID "THERE IS NOTHING SERIOUS, HAPPY NEW YEAR". I have been suffering from Vertigo and tinnitus for the past 5 years and he did not even give me any solution. Now I cannot reach him for months!
