Way too few servers/cooks for the volume of customers on New Year's Eve. Had to wait exceptionally long time to order and receive food. Several customers simply left.
Customers picking up their online orders were served in the same space,
lined up in between the tables, crowding diners. Some abandoned their orders.
Food was satisfactory, good size portions.

The food is good but the service was terrible, me and my friend waited over an hour for food to even arrive and when we asked for utensils, they kept serving other customers first and we waited 10 mins for them
