Spent $150 and recieved the sub par food. Lo mein and chow mein were both ramen noodles! Call to let them know and they hung up on me. Terrible food, terrible customer service! Never ever will I spend money here. Stay away! If I could give no stars I would! Worst food ever!

Waited almost 2 hours for a dinner for 2. Was cold when it arrived and tasteless. Used to enjoy this place but I’m sure there is a better place to eat. Super disappointed.

Best Chinese food in London. Place is a dump gotta admit but no longer allowed to dine in likely don’t want to put the money into it to fix it. I’m ok with that because I like the prices how they are. Can feed a family of 5 for 60 bucks and have leftovers next day

I have eaten here for most of my life, perhaps 30 years. I moved away from London a long time ago but I always look forward to eating their Chinese whenever I come back to visit. I have eaten food from dozens of Chinese restaurants across the country, and this is by far my favourite.

It's too bad there is no dine-in anymore since covid. But I love the food. The owner has been cooking for longer than I've been alive, and he's in the kitchen cooking almost every day.

Maybe they have a bad day once in a while, I'm not sure. But every time I have their food it is consistently delicious, and I miss it when I am away.

This restaurant is a shadow of its former self. Sad ambiance (no interior dining anymore) with food to match. This place needs a major upgrade in food quality and staff attitude if it wants to survive.

Ordered on Easter Sunday - arrived 15 min.early hot and so good and of course enough for left overs tonight -thank you Dragon Gate:)

Food used to be really good, past several months it just garbage now. A&k way better Chinese food

This is my favourite place for Pad Thai. The staff are very friendly. I typically get takeout, but the sit down looks nice and cozy. Great prices and great food.

My go-to Chinese food place in the city, the schezwan beef is a must try if you like spicy.

The staff is very friendly and this was my go to place for Chinese food but lately when i order the food seems to be getting worse every time. The last 4 times i have ordered from here there has been no flavour in the #14's. Very sad and a waste of money now. Please fix this

I don't know how this place stays open! No one ever answers the phone and they are not on any delivery apps. This used to be my go to place but frankly I give up!

I have been going here for 20 plus years. The quality and taste are still so so good. Even tho we moved out of London. We specifically drive 30 mins to London JUST for this place. Will forever be going here.
