Professional, Responsive & Fair. That's how I'd describe my experience with Drain1 Plumbing. I called them for a sewer back-up at our property and they came within a short time to diagnose the problem. Snaking didn't fix the issue and they determined that roots had clogged the drain. It was a fairly big repair but it got worse quickly and after some back and forth we decided it had to be done - Paul sensed our urgency and came the next day on a weekend with short notice! Altogether it took about 3 days to finish and it was a good price while being done professionally with no mess left behind. Inspection passed the following weekday. Contacted Drain 1 to connect a water line to our fridge. They were very responsive and sent someone the next morning. They gave me a quote and proceeded to connect the water line. I would highly recommend.

Pavlo cleaned out our kitchen sink pipes after they had gradually slowed the drainage to a crawl due to gunk/grease buildup over several years. He found the simplest solution, it was fairly priced and he was very prompt, patient and professional. Great service and would 100% do business with them again.

When we called him during a crisis he came straight away, identified the problem immediately and went on to fix everything. He is good at communicating technical issues to laypersons and went above and beyond to help us understand what had gone wrong with our water-heater, boiler, and radiators. He was responsive every time we needed to get in touch and extremely generous with his time.
