My basement was saved from being flooded. Walter who came to fix the broken pipe was extremely nice and very friendly. He's also patient in answering any of our questions. I would give him and the company ten stars if I could! Definitely recommend their service.

We had a problem with a drain in our crawl space due to tree roots damage.
Mike came in first and assessed the problem. He then explained what would be the options. He was very professional and honest in his evaluation. We set a date to start the job and on that day Victor and Vitaliy showed up. They were extremely professional. They did an excellent work, and left the site super clean.

Bought an older home in Etobicoke. It rained the first weekend and the basement suddenly had pools of water!

Walter came in, was able to provide a fast estimate, install weeping tile, waterproofing, sump pump and backwater valve AND submitted all paperwork to the city on our behalf for the rebates! Quickly and permanently fixed the issues at a very reasonable cost.

In addition to plumbing the new kitchen, bathroom and laundry room, his thorough work uncovered a serious problem under the house with the main drain. It was a big fix but thankfully he worked with us on cost and did a great job.

We had an emergency situation with a massive cracked drain in our stack leading to our upstairs washroom. We had a plumber come in and he couldn't repair it. He said it was a big job and needed a second guy. We had no use of our toilet or shower/sink. A friend of mine recommended Drain Express. They arrived with a crew of 3 guys with all their own protective sheets for our floors, every tool you can imagine and had it fixed in 3 hours. This service exceed our expectations. I went online, I asked many plumbers and everyone had a different way of doing this and it all sounded like building a rocketship to me. To watch these guys work was like they could do this in their sleep. Zero mess, and in and out.
