Very good response time, from the initial phone call. But too expensive.the technician was there for 20 minutes, I already had the laundry tub off, and the charge was $315, even with the $25 coupon applied.no senior discount. Half of that charge would have been, about right. There was no parts used.

I will definitely be using Drain King Plumbing again. 24/7 service is so reassuring. From start to finish the experience was fast, courteous and the price was reasonable. The plumber that came explained everything, didn’t try to over sell and was such a nice person. I really appreciated that I got a text letting me know when they would be coming and with a photo of the plumber too.
Trust me…this company is amazing.

I had a problem with a sink in the kitchen and found Drain King online. Sent them a text message and less than 1 hour later Michael was at the house ready to take a look at the issue. I signed the work order on the spot on the iPad and the work commenced right away. And was completed in probably 1 hour. So I have to say I am very satisfied with the work and speed provided. Will reach out to Drain King again if any other plumbing issues come up (hopefully not for a long time!).

Unfortunately had a mini plumbing emergency occur very late in the evening. We called multiple 24/7 emergency plumbers without any success before stumbling on Drain King. Not only were they the only ones who held true to their 24/7 operating guarantee, but they were able to get a plumber at my door within an hour of my original phone call. The service itself was quick and efficient, with the plumber (Johnathan) being very professional and transparent about what he is doing and what our options are. Afterwards Kailee in the office checked in to ensure we were satisfied with our service and was very helpful in ensuring we received and understood our invoice and that any other questions or concerns we had were addressed.

Overall, good service, very good customer service and very personable people working here. In a pinch, these guys are a good number to have in your roster.

We had Drain King professionals come in to check a badly clogged up kitchen sink that wouldn't budge even after snaking and other household measures. Tyler came in and provided an appropriate assessment of the problems, and offered a couple of alternatives so that we could choose what we preferred. Off the bat, I liked that they didn't push us to get the costlier service if we didn't want to.

Once we confirmed what service we wanted to proceed with, they sent another person the same day to fix it. DesJeans spent over 3 hrs and did a great job fixing the problems.he left the place clean after he was done.

The office team (Kathleen, Rachel and others) are very efficient and prompt in keeping the customer in the loop.

DrainKing Plumbers did an excellent job on repairing my leaking Delta Monitor shower faucet. They were very quick to respond my service request via phone and set up a time to come for a free estimation.

Technician’s information with picture and arrival time were received around 20 mins before the scheduled appointment. In addition, Patel (technician) has explained the cost and options in details before the repair.

I would recommend DrainKing to others and I will definitely use their services again in future!

Johnathon was fantastic. Knowledgeable and he explained everything to me so I was able to understand the problem.

Wow. So professional and so punctual. We called for service around 5pm and Desjean arrived within an hour. We had updates on our phone showing exactly how far away he was. We live in a condo and our property manager took one look at our overflowing toilet and immediately wrote it off as not their problem. When Desjean looked at our toilet he told us that it wasn't even our toilet that was causing the problem, but a problem about 10ft down the line underneath our toilet. He made sure to write in our invoice that it was not a problem caused by us in an effort to get compensated by our condo. Desjean was so kind and funny. Highly recommend. Writing this review only two hours after making the initial call. So happy to have a working toilet! Thank you drain kings!

Jonathan is very professional and patient. He will explain us the situation and also provides us what option can be done. He solved all the problem for us and at the same time we have done the back water valve through him as well. We are so happy having him.

Desjean was really helpful in installing a new toilet and also addressed an issue with our Sump Pump all in the same day! Would recommend and use again!

Samad Nikpay was the plumber who answered the call. He came and installed a new sump pump. We built our extension over an underground river (it’s a thing here in Leaside) and the old one was just not strong enough to handle the early thaw. He got right down in the water and modified the pipes to accept a new larger heavy duty sump pump. He also cleaned up and helped dump the kiddie pool we were using to bail out the overflowing well. Very nice young man

I don't have anything to compare this to, but I thought this was very expensive. However, I urgently needed the leaky shower faucet repaired (water was pouring out in a steady non-stop stream) and the technician was here.

The technician Samad showed up promptly. He was very polite and professional. He explained the problem (the water valve in the shower needed to be replaced) and offered different solutions. He cleaned up afterwards and all told, he was here 2.5 hours.

I would recommend Samad.

The plumber was called Samad Nikpay. He was courteous and patient. He took the time to explain the service to us and then show us how everything worked after the repair. He was tidy and it was great that he had all the parts he needed in his truck.

After checking the issue he explained really well what the problem was and managed to fix it in less than 5 minutes! We are grateful for such such an amazing professional attitude.

We had an emergency situation on a Sunday morning, the pipe in the garage burst and we had to shut off our main water valve leaving us with no water in the house. Samad, the technician from Drain Kings came within an hour and a half of us placing the call and took care of everything professionally and quickly and the price was more than reasonable considering that it was an emergency on a Sunday morning. I would definitely use them again and I sincerely recommend using them for all your plumbing needs
