I used them for the first time and wow am I impressed! A plumber came to my house and diagnosed the water in the basement as a drain issue. (I honestly wasn't sure what it was because of the location of the water.) He called the company and we had a drain specialist come within 45 minutes. Dwayne set us up with a crew for the next morning and they were more than punctual. They were respectful of the house and set down tarps to walk on. The quote was accurate with no extra costs. The crew was efficient and timely. I am extremely satisfied. Thank you Drain Rescue! Ps, I'm a tough critic and these guys are fantastic!

Used their services earlier this year for a sewer line repair and would definitely use ther services again in the future if needed.

Stay away from these thrives- quoted 2600 dollars to do work - I bought the parts for 175 dollars and paid a plumber $300 to complete the job. This company is a rip off

If you’re going to advertise yourself as 24 hours at least have the courtesy to respond. Called as an emergency leak, told i would be called back, no answer, no call back!

I Called DRP on a Saturday and Dwayne was out to assess our toilet backing up and drain issues in the basement within hours. What I thought might be a clogged drain pipe underground was a possible collapsed pipe in a 50 year old house. His crew was in Sunday morning and discovered much more.collapsing drain pipe and roots going through old ceramic pipes. After two days and 25 feet of PVC pipe laid and floors recemented.the job was well done. Couldn't be happier. Very professional and hardworking crew!

Our sewer line backed up into the basement. Vince responded on time in 2 hours and quickly diagnosed our problem. A crew came the next morning and performed the necessary repairs. I had Muhammad come to uninstall a dishwasher for me. We booked an appointment at 9 and he arrived by 12. Took him 30 minutes and it was all done. I would definitely use him again.

A plumber showed up today with no face mask and no show coverings. He said he ran out of masks. I called the head office and the said the same thing. I would think that with the current conditions they would be sure that their service people would come dressed appropriately. They didn’t seem to think it was a problem, They called back today to advise that they do not have any masks.

Drain rescue seriously came to our rescue! We discovered a flood in our basement late in the evening (well after business hours). The dishwasher had leaked through the ceiling into the basement and my fiancé and I were in a panic. We called a few places and Roman from Drain Rescue was the only one responsive and willing to help. He was professional, polite, extremely thorough and did not leave until he got to the bottom of things. He has a lot of expertise and knowledge and I would recommend him and this company in a heartbeat!

I called them and scheduled an appointment
They responded and reached us with an hour
They explained the issue and gave the estimate
Steve the technician explained the problem convincingly
After my consent, he started working on it successfully.

I called the drain rescue at 10pm, there was someone to help right away.the guy was last night. Steve called me in the morning and within an hour he was knocking in my door. He explained thoroughly and did the job in professional manner. He made us so comfortable and did the best job. He was a nice person and sincere. He deserve 10 goldstars.

As a retail small business owner, I really appreciated that Steve was as quiet as possible and discreet around my clients. He also remained patient the few times I was interrupted with business. In the end, he clearly explained the problem, and was able to fix my plumbing nightmare. The written report was also very valuable to me as well.

We.are completly satisfied with the work completed by Steve and his two guys, Luke and Zach.
Through the two days it took for this job, they were punctual and professional. Steve was the definition of patient as he repeatedly went over the details of the work being done showing us again and again were, what and how. It was like getting a mini course in the mystery of the drain system and old houses. Thank you for that, Steve, you're great. Luke and Zach worked steadily even while it was raining. Highly appreciated guys. So after much stress etc on our part, we rate the job done at 5 and the guys at 5 and would not hesitate to recommend.

Charles came by today for a kitchen sink drain issue. He explained to me clearly my options and prices (he gave me a good discount too). After my decision, he did the job right away in a good amount of time. Thankfully, my problem was solved! I really recommend him to do your job.

I called Drain Rescue when our toilet clogged, and their amazing plumber Steven came to our place within half an hour! He explained the issue we were having very thoroughly and did a great job fixing our toilet:) Highly recommend!

Steven was quick to respond to my call and very thorough in checking over the problem I was experiencing and also very thorough in explaining what he found and what he believed to be the issues and what needs to be done to correct those issues. I would highly recommend the Company to family and friends.

Called these guys out for a backed up laundry sink.

Looked at it for literally 30 seconds said a snake would do nothing its backed up under the stack and needed to replace the stack and underground piping. Said they would have to break up some of our basement floor and replace 5 feet of pipes. Refused to try anything else.

Came back in with a quote of 3200 and insisted he could have someone in tomorrow to fix it.

Needless to say we obviously knew this was a scam had another plumber there from a much better company within the hour and he had the problem fixed in no time at all for a fraction of the cost.

I would never use or recommend this company ever.

After searching through numerous companies, i ended up calling drain rescue. They stood out the most out of everyone else in my opinion. I wish i could say i was wrong with my decision but when Roman came to my house and explained to me what was happening with my drains. Turns out my entire drain line was in bad condition. Roman had a crew scheduled for the next day and the work was done within 3 days. No mess, no hassle. If you have an issue with your drains, Drain Rescue is the company to call.
