I have been working with them for a year. And all of sudden they reduced my pay by 25 to 30% without any notice.

Fix your unsubscribe links. The ones you send in your emails don't work and the one you send from your website when you submit a contact us form doesn't work either. Either hire more web developers to fix this stuff or terminate the one you've got. Ridiculous.
