Dr. Jason Woo was very thorough with my eye exam and took the time to go through my eye health history. He also made some useful recommendations and answered all my questions. The store is located right in Union Station and the staff is nice and friendly.

Megan and her team are fabulous to deal with. Fast, on point, friendly, and have been tremendously patient with answering questions. I tend to buy Dresden glasses as supplementary pairs when I need something a bit more durable or when I'm doing anything on a lake. Very satisfied with my experience.:)

Got two pairs of regular glasses and two pairs of sunglasses and I love them already.

I found out about Dresden through a friend. On my way to Toronto, my reading glasses broke and Megan was able to make me a new pair while I waited. Megan was an incredibly helpful sales associate. She set me up with my first progressives and made sure that I had versions that worked for both computer and life in the wild. I can't say enough about the incredible customer service by Megan and I love my new specs!

Went in to review previous choices before ordering. Great service from interested, passionate friendly staff. Color choices are huge and mixing is encouraged!

I love their frames.light and made of recycled plastics.the frames are actually made by dresden in australia.yes they are affordable but also very well made.one style though.each frame comes in 3 sizes.so do the arms.tons and tons and tons of colours to choose from.i just spend 75 cad on a pair of glasses for my 13 year old daughter.friendly staff and fast service.i actually had some issues with some lenses and the manager, megan, had no problems in re ordering the lenses for me.amazing service from megan and the other staff members at the union station location.amazing!

you want to wear unique eye wear? Get a pair of dresdens.they only have stores in ontario and in australia! No stores in new york, tokyo or london!

Had my eyes checked by Dr. Hoy and she was very thorough and kind during my appointment! I also got a pair of glasses in a colour I would never imagined for myself. Very grateful to the Dresden staff for encouraging me to try the pair on, even just for fun. I wear them all the time now!

Overall great experience. Megan and Dr. Hoi we're both very patient and helpful. The service was quick and everything affordable. I really like my new glasses and would recommend.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this location. Sara was extremely helpful. She helped fit my 6 year old for glasses, and my husband. We got 3 pairs of glasses in just under half an hour. Not only that, but a few days later when my daughter scratched her lenses Sara sent me new ones via Canada Post, and walked me through how to put them into their frames. The glasses are great quality and there are so many colours to choose from. The number one thing though is definitely the customer service! I highly recommend the Union Station location!

The best optician I have found in Toronto, I highly recommend this place for eye exams and their glasses are amazing! They are the best glasses you can buy hands down especially if you work in construction or are generally clumsy like me. They look great and are very durable and well priced. The lenses are no different than my Tom Fords but the frame is ultra rugged and environmentally friendly. I use them as my daily drivers and find that it does not bother my nose as much as my other glasses because it is so light!

Company is interesting and cool idea. Love the glasses module nature so sick. This store needs to do some inventory management though, they didn't have my lenses when I came in.

The frames are very stylish and easy to combine. Getting a new pair of glasses (lens inclusive) under 15mins is definitely a big PLUS.

Amazing brand and amazing staff! Frames and arms come in 3 different sizes.you can match or mix all of them depending on your fit.so you don't have to go with a large frame and large arms.i went for a large frame and medium arms.dresden only has one model of frames but tons of colours to choose from.the frames are made by dresden! These frames are not made by that major frames manufacturer which we shall not name.i love the fit of the frames and the progressive lenses i got were spot on.i got a pair of progressives and a pair of polarized progressive prescription sun glasses.i will com back for more!

So I needed to find an optometrist. I don't have any major issues so I took my time to look for one. Most places around the Annex were either very expensive (cheapest was $150) or weren't taking appointments. A friend referred Dresden. Easy to schedule an appointment online. Waited 5 minutes. Very accessible from the streetcar stop. Dr Jason Woo was very thorough. He took time to understand my medical history, explained each test before doing it and then provided a detailed analysis and recommendation. Extremely positive and logical approach. This was also the most affordable at $100 for a comprehensive eye examination. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an optometrist.

Fantastic experience at Dresden in the Stackt Market. Eduardo is extrememely professional yet also friendly. He has excellent knowlege of the Dresden product and also great knowledge in the optomerey field as he is a Dr in his home country of Brazil. Looking forward to receving my new glasses!

Great service, great prices and great glasses with German premium quality lenses. Never understood why glasses cost so much! Love the whole concept of interchangeable parts if you have 2 pairs. Staff very honest, no unnecessary up selling and very helpful.
