Overall excellent accommodation and facilities! Had some issues in early years with frequent turnover of superintendents, but that has been resolved recently.with the best ever supers in place! Long may they stay! Any issues involving appliances and a/c system have been dealt with in 24 hours or less.so consider that an excellent service record!

You are always learning new things on the job. Happy to be on the team as it is a Great place to work!

I love living here, but.it would be nice to have some heat, not sure why we don't? I thought there were regulations regarding this for apartments. If there is something wrong, then we should at least be told what is going on.

Disgusting company to rent from. Construction constantly going on in the building every other week been going on for 2.5 years, they decide when to put your heat on even if it's freezing, they shut your hydro off even though you pay for it whenever they feel like it to do renos for their building. So far in one month I've gone almost a week and a half without hydro, They chipped up 80 year old tile in the lobby had dust everywhere (had the lawn care guys doing it not even construction workers) and wouldn't tell us if their was asbestos in it, called their office and was told by their paralegal they don't have to disclose what was in it, even though we had to walk through it and breath it. Just goes to show you all about the $

The company did a BBQ for all the buildings/tenants as it is their 65th anniversary. Very much appreciated by everyone. They look after their tenants very well. Great job!

Something is wrong with this company. The rules, policy, when applying to them if can afford the rent, but get rejected why not send the renter's an email who applied and give reasoning they said for privacy or whatever then email or send letter. And if need to lease again need to apply again for another application. The rooms arent amazing looks almost like just a little more of an upgrade of a retirement home, cost is a bit high and expect better looking still messy on floor, walls, better in certain houses to rent or other apartments.

My experience with Lisa was a nightmare. She is rude and arrogant. I gave them two money orders for first and last months rent only to find out I didn’t get the apartment. She refused to give me a reason but I know it was because I had a dog
Many people in that building have dogs.
She has had my cheques for almost a week, I wonder what she’s doing with them.
Until you know you have the apartment for sure I would be hesitant to give her any money whatsoever.
One star…she’s not worth that. I just wanted to post this

Beware the new thermostat controls. Despite residents paying for hydro drewlo has decided to install new thermostats with controlled temperature. Despite multiple residents complaints they are choosing to ignore the complaints and not investigate.

Never see this rude and unbelievable manager.

I had lived in Drewlo’s apartment for almost 5 years and start to pay the rent fee every month from 2022 using the Drewlo introduced third party payment website - Letus. Last year, they automatically took a month's rent from my bank account when I had never set up any automatic payments. I don't know how this was done and I think it is illegal. I asked Drewlo, their answer is HOW DARE ARE WE? ! But the situation is YOU DID! When I emailed Tara, their finance manager, she never listened to a single word of my explanation and never looked at the evidence I provided; Tara just asked me to provide receipts from when I was charged a second time. I would like to ask, how can I get a receipt for a payment I did not authorize and which I did not do myself? Never listed and never looked through is how your company solve the problem.

I just wanna share my worst experience to the people who wanna live in Drewlo. I don't need to hear any explanations from you and I will seek legal help.

Tara is absolutely the rudest manager I had ever seen in my whole life.

And my advice is don’t live here, the company will take your money from your bank account DIRECTLY. Even you showed the bank statement to them, they will still told you they did not do this. But the true is the recipient of the money that inexplicably disappeared from your account was the company Drewlo:)

Drewlo Holding only cares about your money, the staff were very rude and unprofessional when it was time to show a real accountability. I had very hard time to transfer the lease since they changed the rules to not allow it; they prefer the worst for tenants with strict lease transfer tules although sometimes it is the only option for tenants.they push you to terminate the contract for more money with new rentals. Even when I wanted to terminate the contract, after paper notice I had to call them like 4 times for such an easy task. Extremely rude people in management. Give them money and that’s all they want! Try to AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I have only given a two star rating but not because of your apartments. My elderly parents enjoyed their two year stay in one of your Woodstock apartments and only moved for health reasons and to be closer to family. Our complaint is with the Wyse Meter company you use for utilities. They have been causing problems since my parents moved and have been trying to pay their last bill. Due to you using this company for utilities I would not recommend your buildings or rent there myself even though I like your company.

Drewlo Holdings is a great place to live. Living in an apartment building is a new experience for me, and they made the transition very easy. The hallways, elevators, and lobby are kept extremely clean. Management is right on the ball. Any and all issues are taken care of right away. I like the ideal of concierge and security in the building. It makes me feel safe and relaxed in my space. Having 5 appliances and not having a community laundry room is great. The salt water pool, hot tub, and workout room are added benefits that are well kept. I also have a great view of southwest London.

Am living in the place ll building the head office management very rude. I have called Lise so many time never return my calls it seems like she does not care at all. If this continue to happen the company will lose all of the tanents.
