Dr.Ho-Yin Lai

Dr Lai is amazing, but it is so hard to get through on the phone. You have to call ALL day long as it will always give a busy line. When you finally do get through, reception is SO rude. "Hi how are you! " Is a simple gesture to acknowledge. I am always responded to with a "what do you need". So I always say back "I need you to tell me how you are.:) :) :) "

Everyone has a bad day but omg good grief. They're always like this.

If you can get through, doctors are amazing.

He is the best doctor and I am never switching doctor. He listens and get down to whatever it wrong.

Great bedside manner. Approachable. His diagnosing is incredible!
