The best thing was mike made me clear my test in 1 day! Nevertheless he taught each and every traafic rule need to be followed. 3 point turn parallel parking reverse parking, Checking blindspots. Its was a lot of fun to have mentor like him.

I cannot thank Mike enough for this wonderful experience. First of all, I had failed my driving test in my first attempt and I had a fear of getting back on the wheels. However, with Mike’s cool, calm, encouraging, humorous and yet professional attitude, I was able to not only overcome my fear, but also pass my G2 with utmost ease within a period of 2 weeks. I would highly recommend taking lessons from him for driving as he makes the whole process so much easier from the first step until the very end. Even right before my drive test, Mike took the time to support through the nervousness with his supporting words. I’ll always be grateful for his teachings, and would 10/10 recommend to anyone who’s new and is willing to learn driving.

Okay experience, but great teaching to get that experience with driving for your G1, G2, G

This man is not as the review says he is. He does not care about you. All he cares about is getting his money and no proper arrangements. He tells you things and changes his mind without prior informing you. I was fooled by these reviews. I felt I was racially discriminated against by his treatment. That was how I was treated by him.

I got my license with Mike's confidence and help. I was scared at first but he was very encouraging and taught me some great tips to focus on the road. Very good and kind instructor. He works with your flexibility and schedule. I would definitely recommend this driving school.

East or West Munish is best! Professional instructor with huge experience. Not like people who are running car rental business without any knowledge, they just sit with you in a car for 45 minutes and you will drive the car. He is running a driving school so just go for it.

Very appreciative of my instructor Mike who was more like a friend than a teacher. He had a lot of faith and confidence in me which really helped boost my spirits though I was nervous. I had issues with switching lanes prior to taking classes and he really helped me gain confidence in that situation and during my test, I was most confident in my lane switches because of him. He was very accommodating and friendly! Throughout the lesson he wouldn’t make you feel nervous or yell at you or make you feel stupid for small mistakes, he was very calm, cool and collected which really helped me improve. I don’t work well under pressure which is precisely why I wanted an instructor who would not get frustrated easily. Mike was very easy to work with and because of him, I could complete each lesson smoothly. I definitely recommend meeting with him for your lesson if you’re someone like me who doesn’t like to be yelled at. Mike was also able to complete the impossible for me and get me an appointment during the busiest time of the year. My license was set to expire this upcoming January so I really needed an appointment as soon as possible and although it was difficult and everywhere close was booked, Mike worked hard to find me an appointment because he knew of my situation. It was honestly a miracle and I’m thankful for his efforts because without him, I wouldn’t have been able to do the test at all. This is one of the reasons I considered him more of a friend than an instructor because he worked hard to accommodate to your needs no matter how challenging. He’d make quirky jokes during our travels too which was nice and made me smile. He’s definitely a great instructor! Just make sure you double check/clarify your appointments with him to be sure that he’s coming because sometimes those times change or he may forget but it’s super easy to double check with him! Just call him and he’ll answer quickly. Another important note is to make sure you research what is expected of you on the test you’re preparing for and to tell Mike that you want to focus on it so you can learn it as soon as possible. For ex, if you struggle with parallel parking or saw parallel parking is a requirement of your test, ask him to practice it as soon as you get into the car. It’s good to self-assess and know what you want to do prior. I passed my test on my first try! Though my testing instructor (not Mike) for the test had a tendency to get frustrated with me or he’d give unclear instructions which made me mess up a few times because I was nervous. Nonetheless, I did pass on my first try so the lessons were a success!

Worst driver I’ve ever met.
Forcing me to book G2 with him and asking me to pay for the next in advance.
Very rude and impolite behavior and not even telling me the things to consider while driving.

Choosing mike at drive smart was a smart choice to make of mine. I had very great experience with him as driving instructor. After I finish his driving school I was able to pass the g2 test on my FIRST TRY! I had multiple driving instructors, they come close when it comes to Mike’s teaching skills. He’s a very professional instructor.

Instructor Mike gave me great driving lessons, he’s a great teacher, just helped me pass my G. Took a lot of stress off of me and shown me what to do safely and efficiently. Thank you instructor Mike.
