Driven Taxi

Very good experience! Taxi arrived on time, it was clean and smelled nice. The taxi driver was super friendly and a pleasure to chat to. If I’m back in Trenton that’s the taxi I’ll take.

Left waiting for multiple hours with a baby dispatch kepth saying 15 minutes and we would have to call every 30 minutes to recive the same answer. 2 hours waiting for a cab.but when one showed up they were very friendly and vehicles where well maintained.

These guys seemed like a step up until I tried to call them for a cab soon after my first time using them.no answer.tried several times

Driver was borderline reckless and I asked for an 11 am pickup time 1.5 hours in advance and they were still late.

New to area use the service about 4 or 5 times had great experience with them but there a Phone Operator name bill that is willing to keep a elderly lady out at night the first time and second time refusing to service her while she need groceries and her medicine

Yes I had another taxi coming. However, not very professional to make the drive out and complaint to me about serving the people of our country. I didn't have the time to cancel that taxi serve as the timing for transportation. Also, the people telling you to consider your behavior is evidents enough for your actions. As well as drive your vehicle right against me to voice you unprofessional behavior. Next time consider the understanding of business and time. Also, thank you for telling me that you are more important than the people of Canada. Also, for declaring that I am a disgrace to the uniform.
You made it clear that you the manager/owner view that military personnel are only public servant of your business.

Great company if you like have your job, time, and service insulted. Very glad I when with ABC taxi. Driven-taxi you are a disgrace to the people who service that give their time, so that you can be free. Thanks for showning me your true colours.

Worst cab service ever! Didn’t arrive on time, oh wait didn’t arrive at all. Most terrible cab service ever! Wasted my time

I have had good experiences with them. Timely pick ups, cabs are clean and drivers knowledgeable. I recommend them to everyone!

Call them and he said 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I called back and there guy was rude to me. Will not use them again. Had to call someone else.

Car number 10 at 8pm used the emergency uturn lane on the 401 then was cruising at 80. I wouldn't get in a car with these guys, older guy with long grey white hair.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. I called to get a cab to Tim Hortons, they said it would be 20 minutes. I waited for an hour before calling and we figured out they gave the cab driver the wrong address. The cab finally came after waiting a bit more and then the cab started driving us to the Tim Hortons all away across town instead of the one closest to us. I mentioned it to him but he ignored me. We end up getting there and it’s closed so we have to drive all the way back across town to the Tim Hortons where I originally wanted to go. I also had to pay for the unnecessary cab all the way across town. The cab company sending a cab to the wrong place has happened several times since the new owners took over. Very disappointed and will definitely not be using Sidney Taxi again.

Cab came quick on a Wednesday Morning.within 5 minutes.

Driver was friendly and talkative. I had a great conversation with him. Rick I believe his name was. Older gentleman.

Flat rate cost to drive me to Belleville was reasonable. But would have liked to know that it was flat rate, and the cost beforehand.

When he started driving the meter wasn't going, i didn't say anything, then when we arrived he said flat rate charge. But again.it was reasonable.

Not reliable at all, but some drivers are really nice, others make you highly uncomfortable. Dont bother trying to use a debit card because the machine is either broken or they'll forget it. Even when you ask for debit, the driver will show up without it, then'll they'll say you never asked for one, then they will drive you to an ATM/Bank while keeping the meter running so you can take the money out.

I personally have refused to pay them cash because Ive specfically asked for, and confirmed, they bring a debit machine because I didnt have more than $20 so I couldnt go to an ATM to take money out, so I refused to pay them because as the customer, its not my responbility to ensure your machine's are working.

Management is horrible, wven when you do complain they dont care.

I dont remeber the dudes name, either Roy or Troy or something but had long (i mean long) grey/silver hair who is really cool and gets you from point A to point B and doesnt complain and while I was working, hes the reason I kept choosing Sidney or ABC.

Generally pretty good. Too many late experiences however. Calling cabs a day before or hours before should never result in a late cab. More than late enough for me to write this review.

Went to call for a taxi and the lady who answered was extremely rude for no reason at all, definitely do not recommend

They're always late and I never make it to my appointments on time, they also didn't show up one time and I stood out in the pouring rain for a half hour.
