DO NOT GO THERE! Workers in there have ZERO knowledge of what they are doing. They're rude and clueless of requirements for any of the services they provide. They seem to care more about their own private conversations than take care of people...

Terrible. Trying to transfer ownership. Clerk required more documents, and after leaving to get then, upon return, clerk decided she needed more documents requiring another trip.

Miserable and I mean MISERABLE employees. I hope people stop going to this location so that they shut down. I’d rather drive to Newmarket where they’ll appreciate my business and demonstrate basic respect and professionalism.

The wait was not long at all, and all the employees are always ready to help with a smile. Very friendly.

First stop, Woodlawn Road staff very friendly. Second stop, Stone Road staff curt, and in too much of a hurry. It was a Friday, which I get is often dress down day but their version was just too unprofessional.

I have been going to this location for years, the new manager and employees are unprofessional, they like to have a fun time, while the line up is out the door. Its a shame for us tax payers. This location has gone down hill.

How can you write a test here when the lineup wraps around the whole place and people are arguing/phones are going off and there’s absolutely no professionalism being enforced?
