DON'T TAKE YOUR DRIVE TEST THERE!

I tried to find a place with available dates close to my town. Kitchener, but I only find in woodstock. Terrible choice. The staff at the office was very rude even if I was on time for my test. After that one lady that was indicated to conduct my drive test came o my car, after all the light and horn test she open the passenger door to enter in the car. Right at the entrance, she appointed to a little mark at the seat trying to remove with nail scratch. After that the hole thing changed. My G course was not the usual (she make me enter in and out on the 401 two times, in a four way stop she indicated that a car that came to stop cross AFTER me was there BEFORE.what was simply not true at all. She yelled me that I should wait for the person that came after me to cross first?
When the test finished she reprove me for the case up there described and add also an infraction of brake in the way out of the highway 401. Well, I have a LATIN name and a accent and we all know why this kind of thing happen with us, the "non white ppl".

The most rubbish place doesn't even have a toilet, and the examiner is so damn sick that he cries when he gets in the car.

Rudest staff members. No respect for customer. Always speaks in ride tone. Without checking all the information provided they were asking for medical which wasn’t even required and New punjabi girl on training is also very confused and rude. Please never fo to this location. This is 0 start service

Had my G test booked for 2: 54 today, accidentally entered the wrong license plate # and was told to go inside and let them know when I called the service line. I get inside they tell me to go outside the instructor will find me. I see her, she looks absolutely miserable and I can tell this is going to be an awful experience. But, after harassing me about not being exactly 30 minutes early (was there 25 mins early but was sent all over the place) the instructor would not do my g test at all, because my car was ‘unsanitary’. (There was some grass on the floor and a small water stain on the seat, as it’s old. Maybe a water bottle or two in the door, at most…?). Car has been cleaned a million times, I would genuinely like to see the state of this woman’s car. I did not know I was supposed to get a 200$ detail before she would be in my car for literally 15 minutes. And I had a spare tire in the back, which I understand but I also wasn’t aware that I’d be driving 150 km/h and drifting lanes, as apparently it was a hazard to her safety and so she made me roll down my window after having another older male instructor come over and “agree” and told me that she would not do my drivers test today, despite my license expiring next week, me being a full time university student and also working at the hospital, and just managing the time to squeeze this appointment in, she told me just to go get back in line in the centre, but had absolutely no problem keeping my money, of course. Driving instructors here take themselves so seriously, it’s actually absurd. Genuinely would recommend anyone looking to do their test in Woodstock to do it absolutely anywhere else. What a bunch of miserable arrogant people, who think their job is to make your life harder on purpose, because they can’t find something more valuable in theirs.

I was little nervous by looking at the negative reviews. But turns out, they are professional people, the instructor was very clear in giving the directions. If you know how to drive confidently and follow all the rules and instructions you will definitely clear the test. And they took the test right on time, there were no delays.

Does not matter wether you are driving with your g2 from past 2-3 year or you are an expert driver dont even consider that TBH its the worst location one can book a road test

Absolutely god awful place. The employees are rude and make you wait far longer than your booking was. Can’t imagine it’s that hard to know how long these tests take and give an even somewhat accurate time of testing. The testers are most likely terribly blind, I failed my G test because “I didn’t look both way going across intersections” even though I made an exaggerated effort to do so AT EVERY INTERSECTION. I can understand what’s fair to lose marks on, and that absolutely wasn’t one of them. They clearly don’t give a f here and will find any reason to take more money from you. Places like these are state mandated scams, no doubt about it.

If I could I would give 0 stars but unfortunatly for your comment to be on the web you at least have to put one My g was an experience I'll never forget my apt was 10: 20 i arrived there 20 minutes early signed in only to have to wait 2 hours to be seen by the instructor. These people are rude, do not like their jobs just on who they want to choose in passing as long as your from woodstock that is and canadian looking or of descendents. Before even starting she asked (can't remember her name) tp see my license pulled it out and the first statement made " jump in Jesus you have alot of names why would your parents do that too you ", second thing my husband had left something in the car I handed it to him out the window as she got in my vehicle bc of his colour she sighed and rolled her eyes, from those two signs I knew it was going to be a negative ride. I had to use my husband car (luxuries) had her saying comments about that as well.
I did everything as I was supposed to but still failed. We went into the office area to reschedule a date the front desk worker lady charged me 3 times 91 $. After we finished figuring out the date for my next apt, she said " have a good day "
I looked at her saying have a good day you charged me 3 times for the next drivers test but have not reimbursed me for the other 2 charges, " lady laughs and tells me to phone my bank that they can't not do such a transaction.which they can she just choose to be lazy.

Second time going (due to lack of availability in my areas)
I get another lady who was rude, my first instructor seen me started to talk to the lady I was seeing for the second time they both looked over at me whispering and staring even tho I held my head high she failed me I questioned her on what and how I failed if I did everything accordingly "
"she then turned and said well that's fine if I choose to fail you its cause I have that authority "

Really well run with friendly and helpful staff. However, they could use a few more people because they are being overworked.

I gave my truck road test but examiner was so rude. She was busy in anywhere else and she asked me to perform tasks many times.

Pathetic and third class service standards, Kathryn (May be Cathrine) and one more lady was very rude and misbehaved almost with everyone who has brown skin. Not upto the status of Canadian Culture.very very disappointed.happened to me second time that's why no option left other than making them famous through this channel.

I would want to give this a negarti e review the old lady with white hairs is so rude if you’re a brown skin person, she doesn’t want to listen to anything she just keep repeating one sentence in extremely rude manner choose some other location for drive test it is waste of money and waste of time coming here

The worst place to go for your driving needs, don’t waist your time and money. The rudest staff I’ve ever seen in my life. You need to learn how to deal with customers and to the Indian lady find yourself a new job where you don’t have to talk to people

So many people wished to give this place less than one star and I couldn’t agree more. By far the worst place to go to for your driving needs.
I took my husband for his G test and the Indian lady that works there would not accept his papers and when I asked her why she said I can’t tell you, I said how are we supposed to fix it if we don’t know what the problem is. She was such a miserable person with zero customer service skills. Seriously if you hate you life and the job you are in just quit go work at a factory where you don’t have to talk to people. We went to a different drive test and his papers were accepted with no problems and within days he got his G licence. I don’t recommend this place to anyone just don’t waste your time and save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. This is for the manager you need to change your staff or better yet close it down

Very bad experience with this drive test. I went all the way to London because the booking spot was available there. So many things to tell in this review.

Staff was very rude at the first place. No acknowledgement or helping gesture when I entered the room where 2 ladies were seating on the desk. I waited 10 minutes and they were not attending any person while I was there.

I got the word’s rudest Drivetest Examiner. She didn’t tell her name at first place. She didn’t introduced herself. That lady asked “how many times I have driven on highway? ” I answered the question and then she told me that because I don’t have enough experience she will now allow me to drive on the test. (I came all the way from London Bdw and have been driving from many years in canada)
When I signed then she said “I asked you how many times you have driven above 80km/h? ” I then said you didn’t asked me this she mentioned “highway”.

My question to the drivetest agency that How can you allow a person who has given their G1 license and allowing them to give a driverest directly to G (of course after months later but still)! They doesn’t have any experience to drive on their own on “highway” until getting G/G2!

The lady was discriminator and should not allow to do her this job where helping gesture is must. Wish I could get a chance to give negative 1000 star. Will not recommend to got there to give drivetest.

A big no to this location. No matter how good you will drive, they will find the weirdest reason to fail you. The lady with me didn't pass me because I didn't drive at 100 km/hr while exiting the highway where recommended speed was 40 km/hr. This is a legal scam that they are running.

Refused my roadtest due to dust on my dash and dirt on my floormat. Vesna wasted my time and was completely unreasonable when I asked to wipe it down quick and bang off the dirt on the floormat. 0 star rating extremely terrible customer service. Complete money grab.get this lady fired.

I do not recommend to anyone. A woman named Vesna is clearly a sadist who has been offended by life. She enjoys mocking people and feeling her impunity. Very rude.

Had my drive test back in December with Chris. He was really nice and puts you at ease right away! Just be honest and ask questions or clarify if you miss hear his directions. Will be coming back for my g test

She refused to answer any inquiries. All she said was we could leave. She ignored my request and kept calling next ticket.

This drive test center don't even deserve one star.
Because driving examiner was too rude and angry before the drive test itself.like he fought with his wife before coming for his shift.remember don't get examiner ID 200.he is pathetic.when we complaint about it to the manager of the drive test she was also rude.we spend our money and hours for this test, we are not getting license for free.we are paying money for this service.and we don't deserve this kind of behaviour from the drive test staff.guys show some politeness.you are not doing any favor on us, you are getting paid for this freaking job. Stay away from this drive test center.waste of time and Money.

I was there for my class A test today the staff was very friendly and it was well managed, I didn't wait much after checking in, They made it a very positive experience! Big shout out to examiner VESNA who was upbeat and a very cool individual and kept chatting with me and other people outside in line for giving us positive encouragement.

VESNA was my examiner, she’s the best examiner I could have asked for. She’s really humble, polite and thoughtful.

Barb was my examiner and she was great. She made me feel very comfortable and was just overall very nice!

We didn't expect this kinda service from here. Went today for G road test nd they said not taking G test today becoz of highway accident issue. If you guys are not conducting any test atleast you can let the test takers know about this by mail. Even for rescheduling the test, asking for another time payment, like why would we do thatIt's all your fault, you are not taking tests then why we pay againnnn!

Even though I failed my test but still I’d like to Thank my examiner Vesna for an awesome experience on road, I was really nervous at first but she helped me feel comfortable. Kudos to everyone working in the drive test.

I believe I arrived at the designated time. I was supposed to arrive at 2: 30 for my test and I was waiting in line at 2: 25. I wasn’t allowed to do my drive test because I was “late” according to them. That wouldn’t be a big deal, but, the employees there were extremely rude to me. Even though I was trying to be very nice and genuine. Hella depressing vibes fam.

The older women inside is very rude and ignorant, they centre you out in front of everyone else in line if you failed a test.

You will fail your rode test for not wearing your mask ALONE in the vehicle WAITING for your ride test.

Examiner was 20 minutes late for my test.

I wont recommend this drivetest center. The new examiners are arrogant will tell you first that you fail then following the mistake you did which is rude. Expect the worst, they wont even care how you feel afterwards. I did my 1st g2 drive test here and i passed (yr 2020) then 1st g test here and 2nd and will not be taking my 3rd at this location anymore. Best of luck to everybody and pray for the examiner who will pass you. Everybody is going through a lot during this pandemic. Drive safely!

Worst place to do G2 test the staff is arrogant and not friendly with minority groups. I drove for ten years plus and each time they fail me because of their staff who are so mean
Only certain people who pass.

First to say, I would give this a 1 star, but the people that work there are nice and helpful. However very slow and the instructors seem to not really care. The pasing rate is 90% for a G road test and all in the same day 5 people I know failed with an 85% to 89%. The only reason they all failed was because of blind spot checking. You seriously have to over react to show the instructor what you're doing or he or she will mark you as incomplete. It's ridiculous, they also look at their tablets the whole time and not actually pay attention to what you do unless it's severely unsafe. Not to mention each road test costs $91 to retake it. Fully a money grab. Not impressed. But the instructors do say what you have done wrong after and how to fix it. They also are doing their jobs.so I cannot get mad at them too much. But totally a garbage system.

If you test here for your AZ or DZ make sure you bring your A game! P. S I failed but safely is priority 1! So be prepared! Vesna is fair but very thorough!

Worst experience ever. I went to do my G test and my drive Intructor was rude from the start.

I start driving and he’s asking me what I do for living and about my work. I was focus on driving and did everything he said. Then he said alert you didn’t pass because you were checking your blind spots! When I was checking it at all TIMES. Then says I understand this is a brand new suv with all new features but you still need to check your blind spot. UNFAIR PLACE GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

These drive test people are so unprofessional.i dnt knw whom to blame.but seriously.i drove 2 hrs to Woodstock and then they said ur test has been canceled.they didn't even send any email. Plz dont make excuses because of covid.stupid people.

Got my G2 from this location, Syed was my instructor. He was very patient and welcoming. All the other staff were friendly too.

Vesna is the best examiner and I had the best on road experience with her, there was bit of a line at drive test but thats competely understandable considering the situation we are in.

I got my license for G today in this center. The staff who examined me was very professional and provided precise instruction well in advance. Even the people who assisted inside the office was very helpful. At the end of my test, the examiner informed me in detail what thing I did well and a few places where I should improve. I am not sure why so many negative reviews here, to me this center is fantastic.

NEVER take your test here.
The lady failed me for no reason whatsoever. She said I went below the speed limit in the highway but she asked me to take the exit just a few meters behind it. She Asked me to slow down and take the exit and she failed me saying I slowed down. I didn’t catch her name properly she wears spectacles and a cap always. She’s an old racist lady who took Canadians for G test for 20 mins and took me and other fellow brown people for 45 mins. I literally waited and checked on her and yes what I mentioned early is true. The authorities should send a team to observe this lady and punish or suspend her for this.

I passed my class A test today, my experience with examine Vesna was amazing, I was nervous at first but she asked me to stay calm to relieve my stress. Drive test should hire more examiners like her.

Had a great experience here. Staff are friendly and helpful. The bad reviews made me nervous to take my test in Woodstock but I have no complaints! The examiner explained my mistakes thoroughly and gave helpful feedback, and made me way less nervous to take the test. I’m afraid I don’t remember his name but thank you anyways!

THIS PLACE IS COMEDY. I’ve been driving for 2 years and I’ve never once been pulled over and the examiner Barb failed me for my G. These people thrive off of stealing your money and nitpicking every little error. Now I understand the reason it was the only place that had spots open. Good luck if you book your G here.

I had my test here on Monday, and it was such a smooth experience! The staff were extremely helpful, test commenced sooner than scheduled, my examiner (Matt) was really nice and totally got how nerve-racking testing can be and customer service was great. Very impressed!:)

Reason " I was too cautious "

Later I went to Kitchener & passed G2 test. For full G I went to Richmond Hill & passed the first time. None of them told me I was too cautious.

Just got my driver's license today they were absolutely amazing the staff was very very friendly I would Recommend anyone to go there the Man I had today's name was Matt he was absolutely fabulous such a nice man

Front desk staff seemed nice. Instructors are a different story.
I've been driving for 10 years, no accidents and came here to do my G test (renewed my G2 five years in).
I drove beautifully in my opinion, I'd be honest and say what my mistakes were here which was I went over the speed limit a bit.
The "major" reason they (I believe his name is Jason) failed me is because I didn't check driveways as I drove by them. That is not a major reason to fail a test. I'm wary of think of the minor reasons (perhaps I blinked my eyes too much as I drove!). I drove from Scarborough and I'm brown skinned so it is kind of hard not to believe external factors weren't at play here because as per different instructors have said, I am a good driver for the past decade.
Drivers: be wary of this center, I belive their rating will perpetually go down as it should until it is closed down respectfully.

I had my class A test this morning, Everyone at this location is super nice. Big Thanks to examiner Vesna for helping me feel comfortable before the test. I was really nervous at first but Vesna helped me calm. I highly recommend this centre for all your licensing needs.

TAKE YOUR ROAD TEST LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE! The examiner I dealt with was the rudest person I’ve ever had the misfortune of being stuck in a car with. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Arrived before my test and had a line up and the covid prescreen. The mask I had covers the entire bottom half of my head because I have a large beard. I was told I needed a normal mask essentially so I had to go back to the car. Once I got to the counter it was 5 mins past the test time. They said I was late for not arriving early and now Im going to have to wait at least half a year to get another appointment. Unnecessarily nit picky and extremely unhelpful

Dont go here. I came half an hour early and had to wait in line when I got inside I signed in and I didn’t know I needed the car information. So I called my uncle for the information and by the time he came back they said I was 5 min late and I failed which makes no sense because I didn’t even get to DRIVE.
If you are white you welcomed here in woodstock even if you are born in canada.if your skin complexion anywhere tan or dark they don’t like you.
Everyone is a cranky old white lady in the driving centre. If I where you I would go somewhere else this place need new employees that are nice and understanding.

Wow the reviews were right. The inside office staff are NASTY. Honestly if you hate your job so much, retire already. Very unpleasant experience!

I have never felt so unwelcomed to anywhere in my entire life. These ladies working here need a career change or some re training on how to treat their customers.

If you want to spoil your day then come at this place and the employees will make your day go worst.such a misuse of authority.totally illiterate people who dont have the knowledge regarding the rules and documentation. Everytime you go there make sure you ask for the manager instead of the agent. It might help.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR ROAD TEST!

The experience I had was frustrating, to say the least. I arrived early and I checked in using the tablets and I waited in my car for the examiner. As the examiner approached my car, I put my mask on. She then notified me that since I wasn't waiting with my mask on, I might not get to take my road test that day.

While I do understand that we were in a pandemic and that they needed time to air out the car, the signs they posted were not in a clear place since they posted them up against the wall. Meanwhile, we all reversed in and it didn't give us a clear view of the sign. What they should've done is put a sign by the sign-in tablet which would've made it clear, and I would've known to wait with a mask on.

After she notified me, I noticed that they all went for an approximately 45-minute lunch break while I had to wait in the car with a mask on, on a 40 DEGREE WEATHER SUNNY DAY. If you're not allowed to leave dogs in a car in this type of weather, why treat a human the same way?

I waited for at least another hour inside my hot car until the examiner notified me that I needed to go in and talk to the lady at the desk. The lady at the desk was rude and uninviting and clearly did not want to be there. If she hates her job that much, she needs to start looking for a new job. After that, she told me to go back to my car and that an examiner would be right there.

The examiner was not there right away. In fact, I had to wait another hour before my mother went in to complain that I, and another gentlemen stuck in the same situation as me, were not taken for a test despite waiting for two hours. She told my mother that it was because I wasn't wearing a mask inside the car prior to my appointment and that they "needed 15 minutes to air the car out. " Again, I had been waiting for over two hours.

After that, I still had to wait another hour before the examiner finally got to me. I was surprised I passed my road test after being beat down by the heat for three hours with a mask on.

Anyways, try to pick a different location for your road test. This was not worth it. The employees had an attitude and clearly did not want to be doing their jobs anymore. They were rude and dismissive and were no help whatsoever.

Shout out to VESNA, she’s the best examiner one could have asked for, she will always talk to you to make you comfortable so that you don’t stress through out the test, have never seen such a supportive examiner. People just don’t know how to drive and they blame the examiners. People who are complaining that they're rude, you deal with thousands of people all day trying to get as many people tested as possible. Take a walk in their shoes before you complain.

Most of these reviews are spot on and it's so funny. I read all the reviews before taking my test and I thought they might have been over exagerating about how hostile the front desk people are. The front desk lady was so aggressive for no reason but I personally don't care too much. The examiner on the other hand was very kind and clear when giving instructions, I would personally recommend it and it would've been a 5 star if it wasnt for that front desk lady.

I passed my AZ, everyone was super polite and Thanks to my examiner Vesna for being really helpful and polite. She's really knowledgeable and was really clear with the guidelines. A little piece of advice for people they shouldn't rely on the negative reviews for this location. Everyone is supernice

I failed my test but still I’d give them 5 stars for their services especially the examiner Vesna was really patient and polite and I highly recommend this location

Just completed my G2 at this location. I just want to say to the first-time test takers, guys, please try not to pay attention to the negative reviews. They are nice people. The examiners are nice and understanding. I had Jason for the drive test and he was very professional. Just drive safe and confidently, and you are more than likely to pass the test. If you are nervous, trust me, they understand. My best wishes to all.
