Rick is worst examiner ever he is failing everybody for no reason.our School all guys failed with no reason.he is judging for silly mistakes. Worst person i ever met and he is racist we are 5 students going for test all brown he failed everybody. I suggest you guys if you have AZ Road test don’t go there

Useless fail me on Highway test when you're driving onto a highway if somebody's coming 140 to 150 km you have to pull out you can't pull out she said I was going too slow I couldn't pull out I had to wait till the end the lines are still broken which were in a problem but she still failed me some of the instructors might be good but the one I had was useless I've driven since I was 16 had to go for my license again drove without one for 20 years never got pulled over but she's got more experience I guess LOL?

The instructors here need to learn, that a road test is not a therapy session. My entire drive was filled with late instructions because my instructor would not shut up. Even down to using her hands to show me shapes and sizes. Told me to go faster, and marks down that I was speeding. Gives me one late instruction after the next and claims I changed lanes and signalled to late. Everything about this exam was unprofessional. Warning to drivers, the non stop talking was clearly a distraction. I would do your best to ignore it and pay attention to only the instructions for the road. They are not friendly there, they are manipulative. Good luck everyone.

If you are a brown guy, don't ever book a test here. I was literally told 'we know you can drive on your own' and still failed me. What we noticed, a white guy literally hit the curb and didn't wait for the road to clear and yet passed him. Every brown person was failed by her. This clearly shows how racist the examiners are here.

Examinors need a lesson on people skills. Causing more anxiety to already nervous individual driver is harmful. The examiner yelled at driver and right from the beginning of road test, examiner was rude and adjusting the wheel and windows on the vehicle.

If you are brown people never book your test here, racist examiners. No racist comments but no matter how safe you drive they gonna fail you. If you are white you will pass definitely. We were 3 Indians over here today, they fail all of them and all white people passed. This was my second attempt at this location first was at port union. At port union they were so polite, i know why i failed there because i made a mistake and i know that. But here i didn’t even made a single mistake but still since i was brown so they failed. I saw so many comments about it and today I experienced it myself.

Watch out for Liza or Lindsey, cranky old lady, extremely rude and unprofessional. Read other comments too and you’ll see similar reviews. For your own sake, Stay away from this test centre.

First G test failed for not checking blind spots while driving through an intersection, 2nd G test failed for checking mirrors too much.aweful rude lady, same person twice, oh but don't worry you are a good driver you just need to learn when to look at your mirrors and when not to ‍️.

Rick instructor— he is very rude intructor. Not talking talking polite with anyone.he is not good instructor for truck.

Was warned about the rude, nit picky drive test instructor, and unfortunately got her. Very rude, and made my anxiety through the roof the way she spoke to me, very condecending. Made the whole drive very uncomfortable. When getting my G2 i had a lovely gentleman who was very pleasant and made the whole experience wonderful. I Will not be rebooking through belleville for my G license.

I came from Toronto to do my G test here because when I originally booked my appointment, that was literally the only available slot (I booked it when there was a lot of backlog). I didn't want to go so far, but it was the only available appointment, and I had already taken the day off work. The minute the examiner got in the car, she made a snarky comment about how I came all the way there from Toronto. I thought I was treated unfairly throughout the entire test. I passed at the Downsview (which people say is one of the hardest to pass at!) about 2 weeks later, with no points removed. Do not come here if you are coming from Toronto, or if you are POC, as I noticed the people working in the office treating POC very poorly.

I had the best instructor you could ever ask for. This location is small and super fast. Definitely do your tests here

My daughter in law went for her G today. They were very rude there at the counter and the drive text. The woman was telling her to drive faster then what the speed limit said, sitting beside her Sighing the whole time. Ask her why she parked so far away, and it was because the parking lot was full but she was moving closer has people were leaving and the lady Karen said, oh well I've been here all day and its not full. Ok well, we're not saying anything seeing as tho you are just about to take her on a drive test. Not arguing with her so it could be a possibility of a fail. But there were no parking spots in the reserved area. So for the fat woman who was testing her. In my opinion you needed the walk anyway and if you don't like your job go find a different job. Jay is the drive examiner I’d recommend, he’s a cool guy that doesn’t make you nervous and possesses professional driving history such as trucking and motorcycling, so you know that he relies on his experiences whilst doing his job rather than merely filling out a check box list.

Freindly staff. Can be a little stressful going for your license but study and practice you will do well.

One of the best locations to give your road test. The staff is too nice and I had Kristine (if she spells it this way). She was the nicest. She was professional and still was polite and you would pass your test easily if she will be there unless you make a blunder. She wouldn’t make you nervous at all.

Lisa is so bad examiner. My experience with her was really worst. As, i pressed brake for safety and do everything as per her instructions and she failed me. Very bad experience.

I had my G road test with Jay, and his professionalism and instructions during the test were wonderful. He payed full attention and gave clear instructions. One of the best road test instructors I have had.

All the examiners are so nice and makes the student drivers so comfortable is beyond express. I appreciate their patiance.

Did my G Test Today. I would have to say I had one of the best examiners out there in Angela. She made the test feel like I was a chauffeur accompanying the passenger. She was very straight forward with the test making it comfortable. Definitely one of the easiest tests I’ve ever done because of her. Passed all 3 of my tests all first attempts. Highly recommend her! Staff was very friendly at the test centre in Belleville. Overall one of the best driving test centres I’ve ever been. Glad I passed my G test!

I took my G drive test last week and I didn't get the name of my instructor but she was amazing. She communicated perfectly and let me know where we were going with ample time. She also went through the types of things that she was looking for and that is always helpful in order to be mindful. I made the mistake of forgetting my license, unfortunately I went to service ontario and then came back barely in time for my appointment. The women working there kindly let me know they could've printed me one lol. So don't panic if you find yourself in this situation. Kindness goes a long ways with people, and I want to thank this location for being so welcoming and encouraging. Please keep in mind when they give criticism it is to help you do better next time.good luck!

I had worse experience for my g2 test. The instructor was very rude, did not gave proper instruction and constantly yelling at me on the ride. I was driving at 45 kmph in a zone of 50 kmph and she was asking me to speed up again and again. I was extremely nervous at starting but when she pulled the steering wheel for first time I was so scared and even after that she did same thing 2-3 times. She made me feel horrible and after my test she failed me saying you need to speed up to the limit instantly also when you take turn. People like her should not an instructor, instead of making person feel comfortable she stress them more.

Passed my full G test today. I also had Jay as my examiner. I was so impressed how professional and flexible he was during the test. He was doing his job marking and observing my driving skills while making sure that I was not too nervous by engaging me in some short and funny conversations. So grateful that I had him today. I wish we have more examiners like him so that the road test won’t be a life crisis for many people.

Man at the door was nice same with the lady at the counter. I went there for my G test. Instructor very unprofessional. He didn't stop talking about himself the the whole way throughout the test. Telling me how his friend cop closed the rd near by so he could race at a speed of 230km, " for real". He failed me, he mentioned I missed many blind spots check. At the end of the day he was the one making the tablet. Honestly I don't know how he had the time to mark and catch anything when he didn't stop talking for a second. A month later I booked in Oshawa, very professional instructor, very smooth and easy test NONE mistakes, and I PASSED my G:)

I took the G test today and certainly enough, I was so stressed out. I had read the reviews about this driving centre prior to attending today’s test and I read about all examiners, and one of them was Jay. Luckily, when he approached myself at my car and introduced himself, I felt so at ease. It was true all I read about him, he was extremely professional and made me feel like I was having a ride with someone I had known for a long time. Jay was so thorough with the points and ensured that I understood all the requirements before leaving the driving test centre. He was thorough with instructions during the test and again, first and foremost, it is crucial when in front of you is a people person and then a competent worker. Thank you Jay. Stay as you are! I had my g test today! I passed. I have to say the ppl here were great! The guy at the front doing the screening was very welcoming. The ppl at the front desk were very friendly. The lady who did my road test was great! Definitely recommend this drive test center!

I was really nervous for my g2 test but my instructor named Lisa was very nice. She told me what I can correct and some tips on driving. She was very patient with me and understanding the whole time. If you're a nervous person like I am, this is a good place to take your g2. I would reccomend taking one earlier in the morning like I did so the traffic was not too bad.

My examiner was Angela, she was very nice, kind and patient which made me feel comfortable not nervous at all and she shared some great tips after my test. Overall she was was a great instructor god bless uhh dear thanks

I did my G test with L*sa, she failed me for not any particular reason. She was very rude from begging of the test. I think if she doesn’t like her job then she should quit rather than admitting such unreasonable reasons like your observations is good but you are very slow on highway and didn’t explain me briefly by saying no major mistake (although i was driving on 98 kmph to 102 kmph for entire test while max speed limit is 100 kmph).
I feel that my skin tone might be the reason for my failure.

Code Examiner 183 very rude. She says the person with turban are crazy. She doesn't know how to speak. She doesn't know that students are here for learning the rules not for fun driving. She asks go beyond the speed limit on highways. She talks rubbish and speaks anything.

It was an excellent experience. Very organized and super safe procedure against covid19. Employees were all very pleasant and helpful

The best drivetest centre i have ever visited.i took my G license from here 8 months ago and now my friend took his G license last week. The staffs are friendly and they try to make us comfortable.

I had my G class test today with a male instructor, I forgot his name‍️ But he was the nicest instructor. He made me feel welcomed and comfortable during the test and I wasnt nervous after meeting him. It was like a friend is sitting next to you, we chatted and he also gave me good tips about driving he was good at his job because his instructions were very clear, he observed everything and he explained alot of things including what they were expecting. Also the man on the door doing screenings was very sweet and helpful. Overall my experience here was great. I really recommend taking your test at this location.

I went here to have my G test today, it was snowing and late in the afternoon. And honestly I was super nervous, but I did pass it. I have to say that I was so lucky to have the examiner JAY, a super cool and amazingly warm person. He did not make me feel that he was exhausted even though I was the fourteenth person that he took today. Many thanks to him and wish him all the best!

Just did my highway test today, my instructor was awesome! I was super nervous with the bad weather, he made me feel way better about it, very positive person, I would recommend him, thank you for making this a great experience

I was lucky enough to have her as my driving instructor today and I had a great experience. I was insanely nervous and she was so empathetic and kind. I felt like I was driving with friend not an examiner, She was very clear with her instructions, Really relived a lot of the nervousness I had. She was not rushing me at all and she also gave me good driving Tips, AWESOME INSTRUCTOR

Super unfriendly doorman. Had an appointment for 1: 13 and its now 1: 28. The one in Ottawa was wayyyy busier but always on time or close to it. Also doorman told me to park in a handicapped parking spot (there's and empty one next to me so not awful but come on) while I wait for the test giver. Moral of the story is go to kingston and hope it's better than this place

Fantastic drive test center with courteous and welcoming staff. I gave G2 here and had Jay as my examiner. He very patiently walked me through all the points before starting the test and all throughout was very clear with his instructions. Jay is very polite, calm and patient which helps make the overall test much less stressful. He is very knowledgeable and a keen observer and towards the end of my test he shared some great tips. Overall great experience!

My experience was Amazing! The wait was very short and the examiner, Jay, was awesome. He was super friendly and outgoing. He made me forget how nervous I was and because of that, I passed my test.

Wait time was 30 mins but felt longer because of the heat. Doorman was very nice and friendly, as well as the 2 desk ladies. The driving tester was new and seemed very friendly as well, though I didn’t really get a chance to meet her because of a broken tail light so they sent me home

Where do I start?
Honestly, I did my drive test here today. My instructor Jay was great. Jay was superb and gave me positive vibes while on my road test. At first, I was overwhelmed but afterwards it super easy if you feel confident on yourself. Actually, it also depends on your instructor. 10mins drive test from the centre. Parallel, 3 point turn is the main thing. I will highly recommend this drive test centre.

It's not the staff working there's fault at all, but STOP LETTING NON LOCALS COME HERE. People from Toronto and other cities shouldn't be allowed to do road tests here and take all the resources up. At 8 30 am (which is when the place opens) there was at least 15 cars in the lot and a huge lineup. I have nothing against these cities or the people that call them home, but it just simply is not fair to the people that live here to have to wait 4 hours in a line in the heat because people from the big cities have flocked here because they think a road test will be easier here.

The best driving center, all of emloyee are so polite and super friendly. My examiner is so so friendly and kind. Best high recommend for the test.

I did my G2 test here. The examiner Angela was disgusting. She bugged me a lot. This lady also failed my friend. She pressurized her a lot and as a result my friend hit the curve so badly. Angela had brakes on her side but she didn’t use and when I was taking my test she was using brakes unnecessarily. She confused me a lot. Her silence is worse than her anger. Apart from this, she didn’t greet well. She was like “no you can’t do parallel parking” Even, I was doing it right she used brakes and stopped me. Miss you need to fix your attitude or leave your job.

If you are an independent driver, they will make you wait for 45 mins just to come over to your car while if you come with certain driving schools, they accommodate you within 15 minutes.
The (lady) examiner testing me was not only rude but pressurized me to speed up and when I did, marked it as a traffic violation.
If she is there as a examiner, she should not be giving instructions on HOW TO DRIVE and Only where to drive!
When she couldn't find anything good to fail me, she marked it as too many little errors.
Also, at the end after failing me, she encouraged me to just leave the test centre, without even taking a copy of my test.
I wouldn't recommend this test centre to anyone! They are clearly biased and have no respect for other people's time.

From the way they welcome you at the door to the ladies on the front desk they are awesome. Lady that tested me was friendly and very informative and felt so welcomed and by the awesome staff. Got my G class and she encouraged me to go to the next level that's the DZ.

Staff was very friendly. Examiners were personable and really made the extra effort to relax the examinees. Very courteous and respectful and even recommended some local food stops after the exam.

These drive test centers need to be a part of the government not a private entity. And people taking tests at facilities should need proof that they at least live within 100km from it! Can't get into anywhere locally because of Toronto residents that would fail there!

I felt racism here. A test takerwith pony was very rude.when he sat in my car to test. I felt like he was not happy to take test.he showed me like he was frustrated to take a lot of tests. Even I drive a lot of time on highways.he said you are not driving in the middle.he did not left any reason to fail me. He said you are not checking mirror and blind spot. Next time may we need to tell him advance during like we are checking blind spot now. Please look at me

I feel the testers are not properly trained. And it's sexist that there are no men testers. It has majorly gone down hill. Just for opinion sake yes I did pass my test but was not impressed with the lacking knowledge of the drive tester

Uhm the driving instructor I got (55 year old man with different ideas on what driving means) did not tell me what he expected me to do upon turning lanes, and then when we arrived back, he told me I failed because I didn't do this convulated thing he believes is right. Worst drivetest in Ontario, please take the extra time and go somewhere else.

The staff are very rude. I took my niece to flip her license and I was the one paying. I was given marching orders before I could even blink. She did not want to hear why I had walked in. After I left she kept bad mouthing me to my niece and assumed that I did not understand English simply because of the colour of my skin and my accent.

I did my G test here last week. I recommend this place for doing the test. The examiner was very clear in her in her instructions. She gave instructions well in advance. I was a little slow in the beginning, as I thought speed limit was 40 kmh on the road just outside the test center. She told me that speed was 50. I was not marked negatively on that. On the highway I was trying to keep my speed fixed at 100. She told me to drive with traffic, which was 105 or so. Later a slow truck was impeding our path. She said that we should over take the truck and I could go to something like 110 KM/h. It was still taking time time to overtake the truck. She said I could go to 115 also if needed and that she was not looking at speedometer. That really took stress off. I will say that examiner was looking for practical driving skills and not looking at bookish nitty gritty. I had a horrible experience at Port Union, a few years ago. It was so off putting that I did not take final G till my license was about to expire.
One Tip: Before you start your test the examiner will ask "Do you have any questions? " Use this opportunity to clarify with examiner if heshe would like you to drive at 100 on highway or along the traffic flow, even if that means going to 105-110. Different examiners may have different perspectives.

I am giving 0 star to instructor today I have my truck test A test I don’t know the name of that guy but remember he have long hairs old guy he failed me he don’t have to much knowledge very unprofessional just seeing paper my road my back coupling uncoupling was good he failed my still to rude instructor totally please take step on that guy he failed in front of me 4 guys all are not wrong

Today I have my a test here I was full ready and know everything I don’t know the instructor name but I remember his batch no was #181 long hair guy old age and old from mind don’t have knowledge for truck only knowledge for paper work and fail to student today he didn’t do good I have no major mistakes road was good backing was good coupling uncoupling 0 mistake in cab zero mistake he put my 4 mistakes in daily inspection unnecessary I have total 18 mistake at all but that guy failed me literally he don’t know anything according to ministry of law I am passed so please discuss my case and let me tell he is the worst instructor in belleville without reason he fail me

I had a lady who told my daughter her birth certificate wasn't finalized and wouldn't let her write her g1 test. They don't send you your birth certificate unless it's finalized.

It was very smooth, on time, they were organized considering the Covid situation. To check in I needed a few minutes. The lady at the door was super nice and welcoming. I passed my g2 with Craig. He was great, made me feel relaxed and confident. The actual driving was 15 minutes maximum.

Easy and quick! Went for my g2 test, waited maybe 15 mins and the examiner came into my car, put a plastic wrap over the passenger seat and started the test. She was very calm and positive. She asked me to complete 3 point turn, up hill parking and parallel parking. Totally worth the drive from Toronto!
