I have been recently shifted from Vancouver. So I have learning license of class 5 of British Columbia. According to law of Ontario It’s valid here. As well as I have abstract of ICBC. In which they clearly written, I have 24 months experience. But the both receptionist can’t accept that documents. They can’t switch my license or book my new drive test, every time they made unlogical reasons and waste my time. Now I choose another location and they accepted my license. At last, I said in Hawkesbury, it’s my worst experience in Canada during 2023…

Rude. Border line personalities. Passive aggressiveness. Yelling at customers. Belittled them. Laughed at them. It's really degrading and humiliating.

If these two can have a job and stay at it. Anybody as a chance. Seriously, can't do worst. I'm questioning how are they still working there? Especially one lady. How can you be so verbally aggressive? Definitely some anger user or personnal/working issues.

Zero star. I'm amazed. Disgusted actually.

When I had got there the lady with white hair was rude and kinda set a bad impression for the place but when I started my exam I got the man with the tattoos really awesome dude really friendly and looked like he loved his job. Really recommend to go

The older blonde woman with the bangs mentioned by many 1 star reviews was as rude as described. She would not let me finish my sentence explaining my situation. Constantly interrupting me even though we proved she didn't understand the situation.
We drove an hour to another drivetest and had zero problem.in and out within 30 minutes

It is not possible for an 80 year old driver to pass his practical test in French, because the one who passes the driving test is not bilingual. The driver speaks English but the one who passed by was extremely condescending I Ce n'est pas possible pour un chauffeur de 80 ans de passer sont test pratique en francais, parce que celui qui passe les tests de conduite n'est pas billlingue. Le chauffeur parle l'anglais mais celui qui passais sont exament etais extremen t condescendant

There was no rush. But the server was down on the day I gave the test. I had to wait for 5 hours for my turn

The staff is polite and walk ins are treated quickly as possible. My Drive tester was Crystal for both times and she was calm, great, professional and informative. I recommend you pray to get her for your drive test as she doesn't make you feel nervous. Thanks from Timothy

Crystal my drive test eximiner was very relaxed, informative and a professional for both my tests. I appreciate the info she gave me after the road test. Any driving tips are useful if you take them in the proper way and realise she notices ecerthing. Thanks you for your professionalism. This location has always been polite professional and I've always felt that their drive testers are very polite, professional and informative. My son got a few different drive testers and he said they were always down to earth and didn't make him nervous. He had to redo the testing because he let the graduated system expire and did a few repeat road tests. It's a great location.

The lady would not accept my son's birth certificate because she said the date of birth on the document was not visible and was too light for their photocopy machine. She may need a new pair of eyeglasses because the date was visible. We left and went to Ottawa and had no problem whatsoever. In and out within 30 minutes and my son now has his G1.

Receptionist is so rude. I was waiting for 2 hours in a car and when i go inside to ask that m waiting for two hours for my G road test and then she said u are not in a car and starts shouting on me which is really disgusting.

My daughter took her G test there yesterday (yay, she passed).
Our experience was amazing from start to finish! It was quick, effortless and the employees were (in our opinion) going above and beyond to help her and allow to her to feel comfortable. Thank you!

Both lady on the counter they don’t have manners to talk, they both are very rude. They don’t give answer in a good way and show bad attitude.

I just took a test this morning at this location, and the white lady with front bangs hairstyle, sitted on the right side of the counter was very condescending to me when I asked for clarifications. She has zero customer service ethics and racist.

Both workers at the counter were discussing personal matters in a very loud voice while I was taking the knowledge test and distracting me. Very unprofessional.

I do not recommend this location.

Had a good experience with both my daughters here. Make sure you study, follow the rules of the road during testing, and bring a car that would pass a safety check. Pretty straight forward stuff. Lady working the counter was great, informative and super polite, and had cool ink

Had a great G exam experience with a leady examiner. Professional and helpful - a few minor observations for improvement but passed. Listen carefully to instructions, follow and things will go well. They seem to be running a tight schedule given COVID backlog so make sure to be there a bit earlier and register at the self-service kiosk.

On March 4th I was there to Write my air brake endorsement Z License I would recommend all truck driversThat when there are break is dueIt would be the place to goThe staff are friendlyAnd very fast serviceAnd also very quietYou can't get better service than that

I was there for G2 and went very well. Examiner name was Cristina and experience went so worth full.

She's really nice person and she will keep on tell the things with cool mind. Overall, i enjoyed my G driving test with this lady.

I would say it's an worst place to give your drive test, examiner (Fat guy) was racist & rude.
I was there for my G test, I ached in everything (examiner literally said that) also I'm driving in Canada for last 3 years but after test was over examiner said I failed to maintain speed limit on one of the street, said I was driving 44 km/hr in 40 km/hr speed zone. It was the dumbest reason to fail me.
So, my advice to you guys is this, stay the hell away from this drive test.

Trans friendly very professional and kind. Just be sure to bring your passport. I had to drive all the way home to get it.

My friend had her road test other morning. She was nervous and he made her really comfortable and relaxed. The staff were all amazing and friendly. During the crazy times and her being so nervous, it was much appreciated! Highly recommend.

Booked a road test but did not receive a confirmation, is that normal? I don't even know if it went through

Temp was really hot outside but not busy and the two girls inside were really nice and welcoming and Pierre that ran the test outsode for motorcycle was really nice with us.was in total a good experience

Very very bad experience with rude examinar.be aware from fat guy and he is very rude guy and just failed for minor mistake. I stopped fully on stop sign and he just failed because it was not 3 seconds iam sure it was 3 seconds.well the examinar name is peirre.becarefull guys from this examinar and this drive location.

Very bad experience with G test I had test with lady and she was very rude and due to minor mistake she just failed me.

Worst place ever seen as mentioned its closed mostly according to the details provided by Drive Test. However when you check online it mentions it is open. How can details be so inaccurate being government body. #canada

I had my road this morning. I had to write a review at how professional and good the gentleman instructor was with me (. I forgot his name) I was nervous and he made me really comfortable and relaxed. The staff was all friendly and I left very happy. During this crazy times it was much appreciated! Highly recommend.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
NO STARS IF I COULD. DIDNT TELL ME THEY CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT TILL I WAS STANDING THERE (THEN THEY SENT THE EMAIL)
DROVE 5.5 HOURS WITH MY HUSBAND AND MY DAUGHTER WHO 4 FOR THEM TO TURN ME AWAY, ALSO 19 WEEKS PREGNANT.

Went to exchange my Quebec’s driver license and They didn’t add my experience and gave me G2 and then went to ottawa and they added my experience, this center SUCKS, don’t even know their JOB,

Unfortunately this center is inhuman
We drove from Ottawa to the center in this pandemic and there are no appointments then the mentor came and looked to the car and said it’s not safe cuz there is a line in the window it’s not broken it’s just a line
And the mentor turned her back without saying i’m sorry or discussing just it’s not safe

The personel is very courteous, welcoming and professional! The electronical systems are up to date and function well:)!

I passed my g2 there and even though it was snowing a lot that day, they still stayed open unlike some other centres. Fast service as well.

I entered at 4: 15pm they said me that you are not able to give your G1 because it’s to late they close at 5pm. And I only want to give g1 only rules. She is very rude. They all are free not doing any work not picking up the calls also and not giving chance to give a your g1 test.

Had a really pleasant experience at this DriveTest location. Stuff was super nice and professional. I have got my G license here. The examiner was polite and professional. The driving instructions were very clear and given well in advance. All in all a very good place to pass your road test, highly recommend it!
