Sophia was an amazing examiner, took my G2 on October 16 at 8: 20 am. She made me quite comfortable and was a polite lady. She provided me all instructions very carefully and made sure if I was ready to go. Quite helpful administration as well.

Made me wait 30 min after the scheduled time to do the test, very rude and condescending staff, possibly racist. Not recommended

Dont listen to the reviews, the staff here is incredible! I had Kelsey for my G test & I have nothing but great things to say about her, she saw i was nervous and tried her best to distract her from feeling that way, super professional & was extremely kind I would most definitely recommend going to this location

Hello everyone, i had G test in morning here and my examiner was kelsie, i have read reviews about her and she was exactly the same polite, humble and kind.she gave proper instructions during my test and i passed the G test. Thankyou so much kelsie you’re really the best examiner

I had yesterday a road test at the St. Catherine Drive test center date: 02/10/2023. The examiner (ID: 420) from the beginning was not clear about her instructions and had An accent that impeded communication when she came to check the turn signals she didn't specify the directions right or left! When I asked her she got annoyed! Once I attempted to leave the center with her she unreasonably started yelling at me asking me to stop because there was a pedestrian who was not even close to (too far from) the intersection coming and he also turned right before getting to me! So I blocked the traffic for a while waiting for that person to reach the intersection and turned right! She kept yelling at me all the time repeating what happened with the pedestrian! (I was silent). At the center, she claimed that I was almost hitting the pedestrian! That is a serious false accusation that is not acceptable! The lady in the driving center was useless justifying her attitude! The examiner gave me the instructions in the last second before the turn! I politely asked her to state her instructions clearly in advance! She started yelling at me saying that I don't follow her instructions! She also claimed that I said it was her fault! Indeed I didn't! She was also trying to put me down saying that she was not here to teach me how to drive although I was just asking her for instructions! She told me I should know that by myself to get back to the drive center as she didn't want to continue the test! I don't live in St. Catherine, I can not remember the route! When we arrived at the test center she unrealistically asked me for front parking in a spot where there was not enough space to be able to park safely as there were big trucks! It's clear that she just wants to fail me and mistake me as much as she can! Her attitude was not acceptable and insanely! I want to get a refund for that test and also cancel her unfair test result that was based on discrimination, racism, bad mood, anger, unnecessary panic, and prejudice!

AVOID THIS LOCATION! And god save you if you get Examiner 420, Anita! She’s rude, she’s condescending, she’s always in a bad mood and of course on a power trip! Here are some specifics:
1. Anita is down right rude. We do not expect kindness but being rude to people hopefully isn’t part of her job description or requirement.
2. You cannot ask her to repeat what she said, she gets very rude and impatient. Hopefully that’s not a requirement for her job either.
3. She shouldn’t ask people to do illegal maneuvers. She asked me to park by the the non-parking sign. Was that a trick move? One cannot tell. Clearly she herself ignored the sign herself, I mean irony just died a thousand death here.
4. If you ask her a question, she rudely responds that she’s only a instructor and we should just follow what she says! I went to another location and the instructor there encouraged me to ask questions. And yes, I was declared a safe and rule following driver, thank you very much!
5. Having said all the above, if she has made you nervous enough and induced anxiety to make a wrong move, she says things like ‘what the hell are you doing’ hopefully such language is not encouraged by the organization. Being professional hopefully is one of the requirement.

Having read other reviews, there is clearly a need to fail these instructors in their own job as they’re so drunk on power and they require training themselves. There is a constructive way of doing things and then there is unprofessional way. Unfortunately it’s the latter in this particular location.

I just had my g2 today and i had lisa as an examiner.she was so kind and gave very clear instructions.she talked the whole time which helped me calm down my nerves and allowed the radio on during the test.i appreciated having her because she made me feel extremely comfortable.thank you lisa:)

My step daughter took a test today and the lady with examiner #507, was a unprofessional and extremely rude right out of the gate. She instructed my child to illegally merge onto the highway and then proceeded to fail her for it! Reading all these reviews it seems to be a pattern here and I don’t understand how they’re still able to get away with this? It’s not right at all and something needs to be done about it.

Hey guys i want to recommend to go to st Catherines and do your exam they are the best people in Canada. Specially thanks to Kelsie she is one of the best examiner with sweet voice and good nature.

DO NOT GO THERE! This centre has caused me a big trauma. I am a new comer to Canada and I have two driving licenses from two different countries. I paid so much money to train for the new rules in Canada, but I failed once in full G and twice in G2. I am a very experienced driver. However, this centre only looks for chances to make you pay money as much as possible. Examiners will look for the slightest mistakes to fail you. Anita failed me although she gave me late instructions to change my lane to the left and she was so unprofessional and impolite as she was yelling at me during the test. This has already made my status worse. Also, her English is not clear at all and it made it hard for me to understand her instructions. Today I failed for a very silly mistake. I will never ever go back to that centre again. DO NOT GO THERE. It is a waste of money.

I was so surprised to read the bad review of Anita. Because my experience with Anita today was great, she was very polite and nice and very clear in her instructions.

It was a good experience I have a reading disability and I got the opportunity to do my license so if anybody out there has the same problem as I do just go practice on YouTube and believe in yourself

Anita is a lovely instructor I took my G2 on September 6 at 8: 37am. I was a bit worried at first due to the reviews, though I could not disagree more I had such a comfortable and great experience. My instructor made me feel safe, and helped me understand areas I was lacking in and was such a sweet soul who gave me great company. It was a smooth day no issues inside or out, super well organized and there was no extra stress added on. Great drive test location. I recommend coming here as the help and service here is wonderful.

I will express my experience today. I had a bad experience in the past here. I failed 3 times for G2 then I got my G2 from the another location then as I started driving and realized the major mistakes that led me to fail my G2 Exam Also Realized the examiner was right.
Your examiner will assess you based on how confidently you drive your car during a test drive if you aren't confident enough and want the examiner to give you good marks It won't happen. Have some confidence before you go for the test drive.
People who are going for the G2 Test you have to think about other persons life too you never know your small mistakes during test can cause some major problem. Accept your mistakes and try it again you will get the result but if you are keeping your ego over your mistakes you will fail again and again.
My G test time was set for 9: 04 I was there by 8: 30 and confirmed my appointment with a kiosk machine. The examiner was a very nice person I am sorry I don't know the name exactly but he was very Humble Friendly and Helpful (I think his name is Andrew or Patrick).
He showed up on regular time, checked all signals and horn then Gave me guidance for the test drive. The whole trip from the drive test center to the highway was easy and awesome. He was super friendly.
The test was done and he congratulated me and told me I have passed the exam very nicely and I am a good driver and advised me to go inside to get the paper. The lady at the counter was very nice and supportive.

In the end Do some practice Get some lessons from the driving instructor and have confidence and follow all the traffic laws then you will be okay.don't judge the examiner based on your bad driving habits.

Prepare to wait for 3 hours to try to pass the exam. But if you will be late a little - you will lose your chance. Ridiculous.

My test was at 8.10 Am on 30 August my examiner was Britney she was so polite and very nice talking with me she was so professional one of the best centre in Ontario thank you so much

Some lady instructors whose responsibility is the road test drive are rude. Sorry to say that, but this is the truth. Dealing with applicants should be in a respectful way.

I was here for my G license. People here are so rude, I encountered three in a span of an hour. They know that they have the power to fail you, that's why they act like that and don't care about professionalism. Especially Anita, who yells at you in the middle of driving if you don't turn a millisecond she says turn on a street when there's a 10 wheeler truck literally beside me covering the turn. She yelled like a child who didn't get what she wanted. Who yells like that on a simple turn? And why yell in the first place? I was SO in shock. What they said about this driving centre is true that your test is based on their mood and not how safe you're driving. I was going out the centre when I was waiting for the cars to pass by before i proceed to turn right and she said i have the right of way and should have gone. How is that my right of way? And when i went to proceed she said there's pedestrian. The pedestrian was sooo far away and it was then safe for me to turn right so i turned. I failed that too according to her. It's actually better if there's an actual third person in the car who really knows what they're doing and have their own evaluation of the test and also evaluate their own employees smh i hope we could leave a review for them as well at the end of the test honestly and also highly recommend a dashcam for proof in case they fail you on something you didn't do. That was my mistake. At the end of the test she said i ran a red light which im not stupid to do that and i CLEARLY remember it was a green on eastchester not even a yellow. That's basic. Im not stupid to ran a red light. Before me she failed another person who she was yelling at in public. Shouldnt they be telling what the person has done wrong inside the car before getting out not in front of a crowd? Smh

This drive center WILL fail you!

They make up rules as they go.

You will hear things like "Your signal wasnt on for 3 seconds before changing lanes". There is NO rule on this BTW,

Or "Go 100kmh on the highway" as you're stuck behind a truck unable to make a lane change and then questioned on why you werenty doing 100kmh and fail you on it.

Or "I prefer you use a hand brake vehicle instead of a foot pedal emergency brake vehicle next time.fail".

Or "Can you please just move over in YOUR OWN lane a bit and because you didnt signal it, fail" even though you werent making a lane change, just moving about a foot in your own lane?

I will be making a complaint to the ministry regarding these made up laws that they fail people on!

I guess when a heavily tattooed punk is the test centre instructor you can only imagine how intelligent these "instructors" are.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT CLOWNS!

I was here earlier today to do a road test and the parking lot was full and I have a big truck, was not able to squeeze in the 2 parking spots available.so I parked in a parking lot behind the numbered parking space in a different parking area. The girl was extremely rude from the start also she was 5mins late, and told me I couldn’t park there in a rude tone, I would have appreciated if she said “I understand, but unfortunately it’s a liability having you start your test here” would have been a mature response, but she was almost yelling and very condescending. So I go to park in the parking lot, and I told her where I was parked and she told me to go get another ticket and wait at the truck again, but like you were 5mins late and I made it a few mins more late sure, but I don’t see the fairness in that. I go to the kiosk and it won’t print one as I already should have a ticket.so I have to get a ticket for customer service. Clearly a young girl power tripping, I wasn’t waiting any longer so lady and see her talking with people… like clearly had time to still test me. 2.4 star ratings should really tell this company something.

Am so excited thank you to my examiner was Britney she is kind and professional She was absolutely amazing. She was very nice, and made the test a very relaxing experience, her instructions were so clear.

My kid passed! It was also almost 2 hours from the appointment time to the test. Bring snacks and a book while waiting

The whole experience was terrible. They were unprofessional, rude, and arrived very late for our scheduled test at 1: 35pm (they arrived at 4: 10pm). It felt like their ability to judge the situation was as bad as their exhaustion level.
