DriveTest - Brockville

The front desk lady is very kind and helpful. But the lady who instructs us on G2 Road test is a sort of gross. She gave me some lame reasons for failing me in my road test which were not even this close to not meeting safety requirements. Hire good and proper staff who has proper knowledge and understanding of DriveTest. Now it would waste both my money and time.

The lady was suuuper friendly, she did an amazing job and was fast and very helpful.

I went there to get some info since I'm studying in Ontario, but my permanent address is in Quebec. She helped to figure out if I had to change my license and stuff.
(For people who are wondering: you don't need to change your licenses if you're only STUDYING in Ontario, wherever you are)

The ladies are so kind and try to behave. But there is a very racist manager (one lady said he is the boss) He will talk with arrogance ignoring you.

He couldn’t honour us as human beings, I am very sure he behaved that bad only because we were black. He is a hateful and racist. I have never seen such a person

We went their with a license and authentication letter from the Kenyan embassy, He could not even give us a proper reason as to why he refused our documents and couldn’t accept.

He was talking to us shouting from behind and doing other stuff.

Very fast, and good service. If you’re looking for somewhere to write your G1 without waiting 5 hours in Ottawa I would suggest coming here.

Just did my G test here and it was great! Really friendly service inside and my tester was very professional.

Do not come here for Road Test!
Unless you want to spend well over $300 and get treated like garbage, with still no license for it. The seatbelt on the passenger side is crumpled up in the door because the instructor was 'done'. I received a threat saying I needed to complete my entire road test in Brockville, not Smith Falls.
He needs to be reassessed.
This instructor was rude from the start. He is condescending and a bully. I will never recommend Brockville Test Center!

If I could rate this drive test centre, more so the examiner a zero, I would. I recently went in for my g2, already feeling nervous as all students do. I was approached in my car by an examiner that was clearly angry because of his day. He felt the need to take this anger out on me, and make rude comments and quite literally scoffed at me for a simple error. Considering I could tell he was already upset before we even spoke, I was prepared for him to make a rude comment, however when he actually did, I felt quite upset. This business deals with many students, and we all know this test is a big stressor, I was appalled by the way I was treated, and I hope no other student gets treated this way. It was obvious, he wasn’t a fan of his job, that should be his problems, not mine or any other students.
