Very arrogant person. Been driving since 2005 and failed my road test cause I was very confident and had a control of the vehicle was not sufficient for him.

Terrible service waited 2 hours and they served someone 12 numbers behind me because she new someone so she didn’t have to wait. Just in case you want to give them the benefit of the doubt like i originally did, she definitely didn’t return she grabbed a number originally so I know she didn’t return her number was 122 they were supposed to be serving 78. Then they let someone who had written a test rewrite after telling everyone else there was “no rewriting today” had long conversations about their kids and how “they raised them right so they don’t talk to people like kids today do” with people who didn’t have to wait in line unlike the 2 teenagers who were waiting to write their tests patiently. Then told everyone that she treats people with “respect and kindness” and can’t understand why some people just aren’t nice. Maybe it’s because they get tired of waiting hour’s while you serve people who just walked in and break the rules for people you think are better than the other people waiting. I did say something but I was told their computer was being updated. I guess that means the cameras were down.

The old lady behaviour was rude and she refused to accept my pakistani license experience although i had original documents but she was saying again and again (this is not original and give me the original documents) so this old lady should be replaced and she was not helpful ao i recommend to others dont go there unless u wanna waste you time

Polite and helpful staff. Went out of their way even though I showed up 15 minutes before closing. Chantal especially was so helpful and kind.

Very good and friendly staff. For the G1 driving test, walk-ins are available and there are not much people in the early morning.

My wife gave her drive test today at Cornwall. The staff were very supportive and she was able to clear her G2 in her first attempt. She booked her test at 12: 16 and though it's almost lunch time but still they maintain on time. I would definitely recommend anyone who planned to give their G2 and G road test. It's better to get practice here at least 3-4 classes or 3-5 hrs on these road conditions to get awareness about the road and just the traffic and school zones, yield sign locations and all.

Good staff but understaffed. The location is on the far outskirts of town. For people with no cars? Only to be turned away because the lines are very long. That’s four cab rides 25.00$ a piece, 116$ To write a test. Not impressed

Arrived at DriveTest Ontario today for the driving license. The place is okay and the staff is also polite but the place is small. The sitting space is limited and no place for people to stand if they have a busy day with a huge crowd.

Great experience overall! Nicole was very insightful and helpful during my G examination. She also took the time to have answered any of my questions before the exam started.

I went there to exchange my driving license. The young lady who did the process for me was very nice and friendly. She also explained how to transfer license plate of my car. Did vision test, picture was taken and got temporary license paper till i get my license card. Thank you for providing excellent service.

Tres belle experience dans ce centre. Agent et personnel super accueillant. Ce qui est important dans l’examen de la route c’est le premier contact et le fait d’être mise à l’aise dès le début et il l’a fait. Merci profondément.

Due to unavailability of appointments in Ottawa, i had to book the test in Cornwall center, and i do not regret to drive 90 km to make it.
The staff were very nice, the examiner was so profesional, she explained to me the test before starting the car. The test took around 15 minutes of smooth driving. Her instructions were very clear and accurate. There were no at all traffic on the roads although i made it at 3: 30 pm.
Reccommended for every one to book their test in Cornwall driving test center.
