The instructor Lori and the staff is very friendly I was very nervous and passed my G first attempt
29 December 2023 7:00
The examiner a fat blonde old lady she has extreme anger issues starts yelling and doesn't have any manners. The person in charge should seriously look into this matter because i read other reviews about the same lady earlier but I am shocked how the managers are not taking action against this lady. She puts the drivers at risk she has zero manners and give harsh remarks. Drive test should definitely fire this kind of instructor who don't have the basic manner to even greet someone.
15 December 2023 11:07
Had a great experience here. When I came to do my Knowledge Test I was greeted by Jennifer, she was very polite, people friendly and welcoming, a true ambassador for customer service. Today I had my G Test, My examiner was Rabia. She was very professional while at the same time made me feel very comfortable and confident. She took her time to explain the process of what she expected and verified that I understood everything. They both represented the Test Center well. Thanks again for making my experience here great.

I had a great on road experience with Victor in Kitchener! It's always nice to have a positive interaction during such an important milestone. Keep up the good work!
06 November 2023 8:36
Terrible experience, both of the examiners I had the bad luck to drive with were arrogant ones, giving you instructions too late and on the top of that they are referring to it as your failure reacting too late. Neither of them said goodbye or either shown any sign of basic human decency. The latter one became super aggressive by the end of the drive. Massive disappointment.
04 October 2023 15:27
Try to go somewhere else. Worst service ever. They are always in a bad mood, and they have rude answers. They also rejected all the paperwork and the official translation from a friend because of a technicality. They do not use the common sense.
26 September 2023 21:53
There is a woman who screams for now reason and illegally asks you to go over the speed limit. She looks nice at first but is terrible in dead!
27 August 2023 3:18
Just took my son to do his written test and the clerk working booth 2 on the morning of Tuesday July 18th was the kindest and most pleasant person to work with. She was funny, light hearted and made the experience great.
03 August 2023 9:05
Went 2 months ago there, One of the worst place in Ontario, unfriendly and rude staff, noticed 2 times that few members finish their job before their hours, wasting time in gossip and chit chat while customers in waiting, I know its a government funded secure job but they need the work to be done first. Staff needs basic customer service skills and behavioral training.
01 November 2022 23:00
Failed G2 once, passed G2 the next test

Expect to wait at least fifteen to twenty minutes after your scheduled time.
Huge difference in examiners; while I do agree that the initial fail was warranted, the examiner himself was also incredibly curt and at times borderline rude. Second examiner (introduced himself as Jon) was really nice, reassuring, and incredibly grateful to have had my exam moderated by him.
29 October 2022 8:38
The instructor “Megan”. Failed me for no reason. I didn’t do anything wrong.she wrote on the paper a complete lie saying I “failed to yield”, which NEVER happened. She has attitude, she was very rude when approaching my car. She needs to be fired because I’ve read more reviews about her failing people for no reason!
23 October 2022 2:47
I passed my G on sep 18. It was sunday i didnt have to wait at all. My test was scheduled at 1.45 the examiner John was there at 1.44, he was very nice, which helps to reduce my anxiety. It was the same route as described in the video on youtube. Overall it was a very good experience, thankyou john
21 October 2022 15:45
I had to my G test for the second time, and was lucky enough to get Rabia. She was amazing, very calming and made sure I was feeling relaxed the entire time. I’m a crier and she wasn’t put off with my tears of joy. I can’t express how much she made the experience incredible for me. I really appreciate it Rabia
20 October 2022 3:57
Extreme slow place
I come in quê at 7: 05 am still I don’t get a chance to go in it’s 10: 06 Aug 26,2022, you guys should increase the staffs it’s tough only 1 drive test in kwc and it’s always toooooo long
Again updating review at
12: 08 still I didn’t got my chance I am in from 2: 30 hours inside office
Tooooo slow

It’s 13: 21 still it’s huge quê waiting and no number yet.
20 October 2022 3:00
Why have they not made a new place. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen.there's a 100 people in line every day and they have to wait for hours, come on do something about this.
15 October 2022 0:01
I came here at 6.25am, Thursday for G1 knowledge test. 2 folks were in the queue already.

Office opens at 7am. Completed test around 7.30am. Have to wait after you pass the test to issue the temporary document. If you have a Driving License from another country, you can show the experience here. But remember to bring the documents with seal/signature of issuing authority.
11 October 2022 20:00
Don’t believe the lies saying positive things about this place. The lines are out the door and down the sidewalk. Go out of town a few miles and get better quicker service because if they mess up your paperwork, the other centers may not be able to help you and you may have to come back to the same place the problem began.
11 October 2022 5:28
Got their at 3pm, got in the doors at 5pm didnt get in for a test till 7: 10! 20 mins to write my m1 failed by two. So glad i did my driving test decades ago when the test was hand written and they would help you. Deffinetly different years we live in now.
08 October 2022 9:46
I was so honoured to have Rabia as my driving examiner today. I am always so nervous whenever I have a drive test examination but the way she talked to me rejuvenated calmness. I have never had an examiner who communicated this good. Thank you Rabia for being my examiner today. Great job
02 October 2022 6:39
Excruciatingly long waits, easily 2-4 hours, and even for scheduled appointments there can be a 30/40 minute wait. On top of that, the staff are very rude and many of the road test examiner’s basically fail people for fun.to be clear, this place is a purgatory on earth thats run by sadists. If you had a good experience here, you are in the vast minority. Genuinely embarrassing.
01 October 2022 22:14
G test: I came in Kitchener for g test and they failed me because I made a right turn on red light with green right arrow examiner fail me because I didn’t stop so guys tell me what the law says about this turn?
23 September 2022 22:18
Tested for full G and came across Gurprit (I hope no one gets him). The guy made a fuss about changing lanes during a left turn which happens to be against the rules. Ridiculous tone and attitude throughout and it felt like he wasn't interested in doing his job properly. Worst experience!
21 September 2022 22:02
Obviously this office has horrible wait times. That part if the service needs drastic improvement as it took me 2 hours and 15 mins to see anyone. This was midweek about 10am.

Besides that, as there are plenty if other reviews that complain about the wait time issues on here, I must say I ws quite happy with the service I received from the drive test reps once I actually got to the desk to speak to someone. Super helpful, friendly, and efficient. I had to go 2 separate times this week and both times the women who helped me were great!
21 September 2022 12:45
There’s always a long line for those taking the knowledge test so it pays to arrive early. However if you’re going for a drive test you may not need to wait in line. Just reach out and you’ll be scheduled accordingly.
17 September 2022 20:48
I just passed my G road test! Rabia, my test instructor was amazing! She took me on the road test at 10: 33am this morning. She was so professional, very knowledgeable, skilled and kind. She gave me very constructive feedback which will help me be a better driver. Thank you so much for your guidance- much appreciated!
13 September 2022 9:05
These people like to fool around. Tell me how I get the same driver examiner and they mark even more errors down than three months ago? They marked me on the same errors so that is how I know they are not being genuine. I made sure to drive with multiple experienced drivers before the test as well. I was told by all of them that I should have passed. If you want to pass your G2 or G I would suggest a different centre.
06 September 2022 6:03
Well organized in managing the queue. Good and polite staff. I had a very bad experience in the beginning wherein an employee broke my existing driving record in 2 by twisting the card and then told me they can't accept it because it is not valid. When I asked what the issue was she wouldn't say and said that they can't accept this as it isn't a valid. How ironic since my partner had the exact same driving record issued by the same transportation ministry as mine and she got her G2. On escalating to the manager, she understood, sorted the issue for me and made things work. So I appreciate her understanding and support during such a time. I only wish some information could be shared beforehand like cancellations etc. Did not personally affect me, but due to covid there were multiple restrictions like short staff, drivers from red alert areas, cancellations etc.

Second update:
It is weird that my spouse followed the rules laid out by the Ontario government to give the pedestrian the right of way but the examiner wanted her to still turn left while the pedestrian light was on. Another examiner also confirmed that it was right to go as well, was another examiner following? Why? Because the current examiner is a newbie? How is it, that the examiners words are safer, than the driving regulations? You don't want us to use automatic controls and expect us to maintain a super exact speed while driving? Why is it that my examiner was ok with being within 5-10kmph of recommended speed (specifically told to me before the start of the test) and my spouse's examiner wasn't even ok with a 5 kmph change in speed. If the max speed is 90kmph why is 85kmph a problem?

What's this idea of making money by failing people?

After a few failed tests, she decided to take classes for a week at a stretch, few hours everyday. The instructor with 30+ yrs experience cut short her training in 2 days, saying she drove so much better than most other drivers who cleared their G test. She has driven in blizzards and snow storms between 3 provinces. She has not had a single ticket, claim or blemish against her driving record for over 2 years. And this test centre feels she isn't up to the mark? It is our mistake to have kept coming back to you'll.

To top it up, a complaint form was denied! At least give us a mechanism to point out improvements. Ofcourse you wouldn't if you knew you messed up. I understand you need to protect your employees, but please don't categorize people into a percentage that you need to fail. Please be fair and consistent with all.
03 September 2022 18:29
I gave my first exam somewhere around 11th march 2022, I don’t know my examiner’s name but she came late and rushed through whole process in just 15 mins. She was running late on her schedule so she was not paying attention throughout my exam, She told me I was using break on highway which is not safe and That’s why “you have not met ministry standards” So if I pushed my car into back of a huge truck, I would have passed my exam!

Anyway second attempt on 20 july, early morning slot. Jean was my examiner, She was calm and compassionate. She took her time explained everything, She was paying attention, during exam also she was slightly helping me to observe certain things. At the end she pointed out some minor errors like I was driving a bit faster than traffic to maintain speed limit which is not necessary. All in all she was great and I can’t thank her enough! 3 star only because of her, minus 2 for the first examiner!
28 August 2022 14:20
Good thing I was able to get my examiner's name. Of course it was nerve-racking but she made it clear that I should just drive like how I should supposed to and that made me relax and perform well. Thank you Rabia, for being calm and accomodating for my questions after the exam! All the best and keep safe!
25 August 2022 11:10
Went for my G Road Test. If you have a road test booked, DO NOT wait in the line. I made that mistake and was late for my road test spot. Thankfully the staff were kind and helpful to rectify the situation. They worked quick to get me on the road for the test.

The test itself was straight forward since the route was the exact one that I practiced mentioned in another review I saw (Ottawa St to Highway 7, down until the Victoria exit, 3 right turns and back on the highway until Ottawa again).

The instructor I had was Megan and she was relatively nice, but had a commanding voice when I made a mistake and that did not help with my nerves.

Okay experience overall, just make sure you don't stand in line when you have a road test booked.
24 August 2022 21:23
TL;DR
Your success in passing is determined by the mood of your instructor. You wont get an honest answer, just excuses why you failed and it won't make sense to you. Passing your road test here is like playing the lottery, you either get lucky or you don't.

Due to character limit I had to make this short and sweet, I have taken my g2 test 3 times (i let it expire the first time around) and my G test once. I had the same instructor back to back for my G2 twice and G test.

First G2 attempt I failed, examiner said I was too distracted and kept checking my rear view and side mirrors and checking for pedestrians at intersections. Said I should be more focused on the road. Second attempt same instructor said my driving was perfect. I don't know what had changed, but i'll take it.

My G test I had the same examiner, I failed my G. Instructor said I failed as soon as I started because I wasn't paying attention to my rear view enough or my side mirrors or checked down the roads at intersections (even though I was) she said she can't tell simply by just looking at eyes, even though she mentioned she noticed me constantly look at my speedometer. I told her my examiner (which was her at the time, didn't tell her that though) failed me on my G2 for doing the very things she (present examiner) said I didn't do (which I did do because I remember what passed me and failed me from before). Her response, that's a different test. To me that's confusing because what failed me on my G2 is what would have passed me on my G, but what passed me on my G2 was what failed me on my G?

She also mentioned that she couldn't tell where I was looking because I wasn't moving to check everything. I have a big vehicle and to check my blind spots I have to do full body movements. Her reply " There were no blind spots" Last I remember when changing lanes, you have to check blind spots and I don't recall blind spots magically disappearing from your vehicle.

But I know I was checking them because like i said, I have to do full body movements in my vehicle and when I checked my right hand side blind spot I made eye contact with her.

I understand if I fail for a reason, but I don't like being fed BS and vague answers for the failing. It's not my problem if you had a bad day or don't want to be there, in the end I am paying to have this test and expect professionalism, not some person power tripping and being inconsistent and lying to me.

We should get review emails asking us how their instructors did and give them a rating and if there is any feed back we should give.
20 August 2022 1:50
Today I failed my g2. Instructor name Megan took my test. She was saying that I am thinking too much and waiting too long to turn while I was waiting for upcoming traffic and way was not clear. She kept saying “hurry up, hurry up”, while maximum speed limit was 40 and I was driving at exact 40. On right turn (Red light) my way was not cleared as pickup truck was standing other side to take left, i had to stop and wait till my way is clear, she stated “Oh you wasting all ur time in thinking, n not taking turn”. Such a horrible experience. Very disappointed with these instructors who working at test centres and not bothering to care about peoples test n money.
18 August 2022 5:41
Lines are too huge, always. Even to book test online takes more than 2 -3 month. For G1 it is more than 4 hours wait time. All staff working super slow even if line is huge. Not best customer experience.
13 January 2022 22:20
Great location for doing a road test. Notice that the negative reviews come from people who're doing the written test because the line is always very long.
The road test process was very quick, I showed up 35 minutes before my test, 5 mins later they let me in to do the registration. Waited 15 minutes inside my car until my examiner showed up.
Be careful, you need to keep your mask on while waiting inside your car!
I passed the G road test. My examiner was Joanne, and she was nice. She even told me to speed up above the speed limit when changing lane, lol.
03 January 2022 11:54
Long, slow lines, useless staff. Avoid this location, you'll be treated better at any other drive test location.
27 December 2021 4:54
Came to drive test at 9 am to a long line up, but nothing unusual with that considering the times we are in. Once I got inside, staff was very friendly and helpful and I got done what I needed to get done. Not something a lot of people want to hear, but if we ALL followed the rules, processes and procedures that are in place we would fare a lot better. Thank you for helping me achieve what I came there for.
26 December 2021 0:09
There’s got to be a better way to deal with the backlog from covid. I was unable to book a road test online or over the phone and have come to the DriveTest location 3 times because there has been a massive line each time. I got here at 7: 07 this morning (7 minutes after open) and there were already 50 people in line. I have now been here for 2.5 hours and there are still 10 people ahead of me in line. We’re all waiting outside in the cold. And this location is consistently busy. At the least, we need a second temporary location and we needed it months ago.

Edit: After 3.5 hours, I was able to enter the building, where I waited for another half hour before being helped. The DriveTest employee who helped me was great and was able to book me a test in about 5 minutes. The earliest I was able to get a test date is late March 2022, which is fine. But a 4 hour wait is just ridiculous.
25 December 2021 22:13
Worst ever service on the bot assistant. I kept saying "Guelph" to get transferred and still it didn't understand that. I also typed it and it was dumb as its *ss. Also they canceled my booked G test for no reason, and didn't give me refund of it.
19 December 2021 11:22
I went there to exchange my Alberta driver's license to Ontario. After 5 hours of waiting outside, they told me they can only give me a G2 license, since my Advance Alberta driver's issue date was less than two years. I told them that first: I changed my address a few month ago and that's why the issue date is less than two years. Also, having an advance class 5 driver's license in Alberta means at least 3 years of driving experience and giving me a G2 license is basically a downgrade to my driver's license. They didn't even listen to me and their only answer was: "This is what I see" (referring to the issue date of my current driver's license). They were so disrespectful and rude and wasted 5 hours of my time for nothing.
16 December 2021 22:34
I guess the staff and friendly and your work gets done. Unfortunately the only issue was the long queue of people. I went at 7: 30 in the morning, but have to wait till 12: 00 to get inside. I guess it's a only drive test in the tricity region, but it is hard for the people to go through all of these hassle.

If you are going in winter, make sure to take warm clothes as you would have to wait for 3-4 hrs in cold outside.
16 December 2021 16:19
Passed my G today! My examiner, John made me so comfortable- he went through all the p&p regarding MTO. He was super patient and his instructions were clear and concise. He made my day
15 December 2021 3:56
I really appreciate the staff effort for processing the massive number of people that come everyday due to the backlog generated by the pandemic. I got my G1 before the pandemic and the ladies were super nice and friendly speaking slowly and with much details and care. I did my road test with Erin which was super nice as well, she gave me amazing feedback about my driving which I bring with me everyday. I know this job is not easy and people are often on their nerves because of the long wait/etc, but I think they do a great job given the circumstances.

That said, I wish the government would invest more so they could have more staff or more temp locations to be able to process the backlog of people in a timely manner.
13 December 2021 19:35
While the wait might have been long, the staffs still manage to handle things efficiently. The wait is only long for folks doing a G1 test. Folks doing a road test don't have to wait that long before they're attended to. For other folks, it's on a first come first serve basis, except you have an appointment.
09 December 2021 20:46
I'm really upset at this location. Provincial government really needs to work on providing more drivetest centres. I waited FIVE HOURS IN LINE only to be told they are cutting off the line because there are too many people waiting inside as well. They supposedly are open until 5: 30 pm but they cut off the line outside at 3: 00 pm.
Then the lady proceeded to explain its unfortunate and it happens EVERY SATURDAY. Organization is lacking and there are no clear signs either.
05 December 2021 8:43
Go as early as possible to avoid waiting in the line for 6 hours. As early as 6am. Experiencing waist pain as a result of standing. Good customer service though but limited staff
02 December 2021 13:54
Horrible experience. Took my daughter for her G1. It was walk in and unable to book appointments. Stayed in line out of the building for 5 hours in a cold weather. I could not believe how they are running the center.
02 December 2021 9:04
This is the best place to take drive test. Especially the test takers are so cool. Mine was Rabiya. She took both my g2 and G test, she is awesome. All the best.
02 December 2021 0:36
Please note that this drive center is very crowded you may wait in a queue for 2 hours or so.
30 November 2021 15:42
Ontario's drive test system is a joke. Everything is booked up, they don't know how to hire more people! Every single day there is a line up of over 100 people outside the drive test due to the overflow. I've had my bookings canceled the day before after waiting months as well. This entire organization should get defunded and the funding redirected to actually competent businesses.
30 November 2021 12:10
Only two counters were working
Through the lady at entry was trying hard to streamline the procedure
Biiiiiiig line up
MTO should be frequently checking these drive test centres
29 November 2021 5:13
Gave my G2 today at 3 pm. Don’t look to the past reviews as my experience was way opposite. I was a bit nervous by seeing the reviews initially but everything goes out well. My examiner was rabia who was great.
23 November 2021 23:10
I highly recommend this drive test center, their service is incredible. I had my G2 yesterday, my examiner was Rabia. She gave great instructions, was very patient and communicated with me very well.
21 November 2021 8:08
Great experience! I had my G drivers test today and it went great thanks to my amazing instructor. Her name is RABIA.
07 November 2021 5:59
I highly recommend this driving test centre. I had my G2 test today & my examiner was Jatin. He communicated with me very well & gave me clear instructions. He made me feel so comfortable during my test. Really appreciated.
28 October 2021 16:29
Quick and easy, was in and out of the exam in 15 minutes. Staff is very friendly. Shoutout to rabia for being amazing during the whole process.
24 October 2021 16:48
Every time I have been there, there is an insane wait time, usually no less than an hour. It smells bad, it looks bad, out dated, never look forward to being there. I hate it there. Typical government building, typical government wait times.inefficient garbage.
21 October 2021 16:05
Always busy reach 1 hour before closing. Large crowd.
They should set up an additional drive test for the tricity area.
17 October 2021 9:01
My examiners ID is 757. No one here seems to know his name because he makes sure not to give it out for a reason. He has long hair tied in a pony tail, wearing a hat and sunglasses with a bunch of skull rings. I’ve seen so many complaints about him on here for the same reasons. He failed me for things I didn’t do, like apparently I didn’t “turn my signal on when turning left” when I know i definitely did. I complained to the one of the employees there and said I definitely shouldn’t have failed for these mistakes especially since I made it clear that half the things He marked me off for was not right. The manager said there isn’t anything she could do for my failed test and that my examiner left early for “unknown reason”, which really makes me question That he left early because he knew I was gonna complain about him for treating me and grading me unfairly. I don’t recommend this location to anyone, and he was definitely mad that I was driving a Mercedes’ which was wasn’t even my car and he didn’t understand how the car worked!
22 May 2021 3:45
I just hope the examiners would understand that no matter why the driver react a little bit slower than you expect, probably English is not their mother language or they're just too nervous, yelling won't help. As a teacher, I hope the examiners who love yelling won't do the same thing to their children.
I moved to this country 7yrs ago and all the unfriendly people I met in Canada are at this place. They roll their eyes, don't talk back, and yell. All their body languages show that they couldn't care less. If you hate your job so much, just go find a new one and I wish you are happy with your new job. If you love your job because you have power to yell others, seriously, go to see a doctor, that is sick.
14 May 2021 21:11
#drivetest Ontario get you act together. A 16 year old with a health card, SIN and birth cert doesn’t have enough ID to write her G1? You would think with technology today you could do better than asking for a wet signature of a guarantor.archaic.
11 May 2021 20:08
Its a very nice place to go for a road test the examiner's are very friendly and professional. Nice customer service. Bottomline, its a great place. And I aced my road test.
10 May 2021 13:00
I passed my AZ at this location. Everyone at the test centre was super nice. My examiner Sara was really polite and really professional about her job. She made all the instructions very clear and i had a really good experience with her on road.
03 May 2021 12:52
I had g test on 23 of March. After reading all those bad reviews about rudeness of employees of this drive test center, i started worrying, but everything went smooth. Everybody there was nice. And I had a polite and decent examiner. Thank you John. Stay safe.
29 April 2021 3:52
Many thanks to Erin for making my exam a bearable experience. The covid precautions are in place, and the staff does a great job managing the traffic/lineups.
26 April 2021 6:12
The worst place ever! I failed my test twice with the same lady (Magen) she's the worst person I ever met and the way she talks to me like she's fighting with me. She was yelling at me for no reason and I'm sure she should be quite while the test so the students doesn't get nervous and she didn't treat me as a student she's so rude and I know I'm not the only one having an issue with her she shouldn't be an examiner we need examiners who are fair while making their decision and not make the decision depends on the ethnicity.
23 April 2021 22:50
I did my G test this morning with Megan, she was awesome! Organized and professional office, no complaints
19 April 2021 8:23
Waiting in line with 10 people ahead of me! It's 1: 22 p.m and there is 4 counters and only 1 person working! I've already been waiting 15min and the line has yet to move
16 April 2021 7:59
After reading all the negative reviews about this drive test center I was apprehensive about going to take my g2 test at this location. I was pleasantly surprised when everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful including the security guard! The woman behind the desk was very informative and polite, My instructor was so friendly and put me at ease which aided in me passing my test! I would highly recommend this drive test center!
12 April 2021 3:08
Great experience, it was very smooth. I took the test slip and before I could reach back to the car the examiner was waiting for me. Help facility was really good.
09 April 2021 13:09
Worst place ever. Try your best to go somewhere else. Most of the examiners are very very rude, they never answer your questions politely. I would tell them if you don’t like to answer students question then stay home and I guarantee you nobody will ask you any question. Not fair at all
08 April 2021 6:51
Come with your passport and study permit/work permit (if applicable) to take your drivers test. It's relatively crowded. Like there will be a good length queue if you come around noon. And the place is cool. Not so much of a bad vibe.
07 April 2021 12:06
Worse place EVER! Mean people, the girl I went with kept yelling at me, I can't focused with her yelling at me! She grabbed my wheel for no reason I knew what I was doing, and they are not allowed to grab the wheel, I lost all focused at that point, I was doing great until she grabbed my wheel
05 April 2021 15:16
I recently passed my AZ test at this location, but just wanted to say that my examiner (I think her name was Saira) was extremely professional and friendly, as well as provided great clear instructions when on the road. She really helped to make me feel comfortable whilst driving. Thank you Saira

My drive test examiner couldn’t be better! Erin, was so kind, fair and created such a pleasant experience. She had a great sense of humour and she really made me feel comfortable while doing my G road test. She instructed me well before I needed to make lane changes and turns and was overall a real 5 star. If you had a choice, she’d be the one you’d want to do your test with.

I thought those comments of yelling at people was exaggerated until i had my G test. The woman was conducting my test was very very rude. She was yelling at me since the test began which made me very nervous. I missed the exit on the highway because there was a car on the right lane and she was yelling at me. I explained her I didn't change to the right lane because it was not safe to do so. She said she didn't want to hear my story. The way she screamed at me could cause a serious accident. From there i wasn't able to keep the test anymore. I was completely overwhelmed and stressed out. Not sure if it was on purpose but i don't believe it's the right way to evaluate people as the situation itself is already stressful. Unfortunately couldn't remember the name of that person but she is blond, curly hair, mid age. Something needs to be done. Hope this type of "professional" don't have freely using her/his power to treat people like that. I have 20 years of experience and never had any accident. If i hadn't that experience i would probably be traumatized and never drive again. She didn't need to be nice and sympathetic if she doesn't want to. All i was expecting is to be respected.
