I don’t remember my examiner’s name (he had an english accent) but he was super kind! Made me feel relaxed and more confident to pass my g2:)

I had my G test in August. I understand that the lady failed me for another $90. What shocked me was the behavior of her as soon as she saw me. She was very rude. Felt discriminated. The way she sat in the front seat was very inappropriate, her left leg was totally on the seat and she was facing towards me, making me feel uncomfortable. She touched my steering and honked at a car that turned right (on a red light) in the intersection. Restless and unprofessional. When I followed the speed signs, she kept on saying that I should speed up as there were cars behind me. And then she failed me saying that my speed was high in the industrial areas. On the highway, I kept enough distance from the cars in front of me. She had the guts to say that my car was too close to the cars ahead of me. I still have the drive test video saved on my computer. Not even once I was close to any of the cars. Had a very bad experience here.
After 3 weeks I took my test at Hamilton, where I had never been to. I had another lady examiner. She appreciated my driving and passed me with zero mistakes.
I don't blame the whole team, but there are people who don't deserve to be the examiners. At least, they should learn the manners to behave with other people.

Qasim, Need training you need to read and understand your examiner manual again, you are poor on all standards.

People who take the exam are incompetent and uneducated, how many complaints and no response from management, terrible. Management is in the wrong place, because of which people suffer. Instead of dealing with their subordinates, management simply ignores the huge number of complaints. My wife took her exam today in this disgusting place. The exam was taken by an Indian man, not the one who wears the pagri. He behaved provocatively. How can he take the exam if he can't speak English. He muttered something incomprehensible, she asked again, he got angry and immediately wrote it down as a mistake. She did everything correctly according to the requirements, but he did not like what country she was from and as a result, for some fictitious reasons, he said that she did not pass the exam. This is not the end of the story, wait for you to file a complaint with the government.

Just an inquiry why doesn't the mto make individual handbooks for each licence class ie b and c or f or e like m and g would be great just let me know what I specifically need to learn to focus on that

Worst place to get your G2 done. Did everything perfectly but failed for doing a right on red (when I could). There where no signs indicating that I was not allowed to make a right turn on red and she failed me for it even tho I got everything else perfect. There pass rate here is low for a reason. They fail you just so you could come back and pay again. Money grabbers don’t waste ur time.

I passed my G2 at Burlington Drive Test! I got an examiner named Chris! He was super nice and friendly!

Today I went for my G2 at Burlington at 10: 30am. It was wonderful, the lady examiner Maira was amazingly friendly and fantastic. She made me so comfortable that I did not even realize that we are back in the drive test centre. We did all the stuff, uphill park, parallel park and 3point turn. She was super sweet, calm and kind, very clear in her directions and a lovely personality to talk to while driving. I wish her all the best in her life. It was quick and centre service was very professional too. No waiting, the test started right on time. Special thanks to my Instructor Asma Zia, another jem of the person who helped me a lot in getting this lisence. I recommend her with full confidence. She is professionally very sound and a charming personality to work with.

The young man who tested my daughter for her G license does not seem to know what he is doing. He seemed flustered and nervous during the test, probably because he has never been that close to a girl before. They need to get some more mature people to perform these driving tests. He was also extremely dishonest and lied outright about why she failed on the written evaluation she downloaded from the web site. He does not seem well versed in the Ontario driving laws. He should be fired. We did not get his name. He was wearing a lime green article of clothing which was extremely distracting.

My examiner was Safiyah, and she was amazing! She talked to me during the test which really calmed me down. Also gave clear and concise instructions when appropriate.

I rated 1 star because there is not 0 start rating. This is a rip off. This guy was jealous because I was driving a nice car and did not pass me just because did not like me. Very unprofessional. He asked me to present the test again (they need people to fail to have more money)

OH MY GOD!

I was so nervous and done so many mistake in my lesson but my examiner was so nice he make me comfortable while my whole exms and he make me laugh talked and calm me with his conversation and i passed my exam with no mistake.

I will start with this: I passed. And yet, it was one of the worst experiences of my life — Elizabeth (209) was the rudest person I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. At the start of our G2 test she basically called me dumb and then began yelling and never stopped. At the end, I snapped, and told her you cannot talk to me that way, and you need to calm down. She balked a little, but it was too little too late. I should be happy I passed, and yet I am enraged, disgusted, and incredulous at this stranger who screamed at me or was snidely making comments the whole time. My nerves are shot. She said that’s her job, and I disagree; she actually did her job horribly by fostering a negative experience with driving. She impaired my driving. Shame on her, and avoid the blonde Elizabeth with sunglasses if you can.

I still give 5 star, but to all examiners not only in this location please talk calm while your teaching not like your giving us attitude.
Because it's nervous to do the driving test

I did my G2 test today at this location and my examiner was very polite, healthy lady. Her instructions was very- very clear and she didn’t make me nervous. At last when I am doing reverse parking in test centre, I got nervous and juggling very hard how to park, got confused. She said try one more time and give me little hint, and then luckily my car parked. She gave me my license and before leaving she thoroughly tell me my little mistakes that needs more practice. I waited for 45 minutes beyond my test time but I think it’s worth for waiting over here. Overalk, I have a good experience.

I took my G2 Road Test today with Paul. He was very clear and communicative from the very beginning, explaining expectations and giving directions well in advance. Perhaps most importantly, he was extremely patient, kind and calm in his demeanor and instructions. Even though I was prepared, I still felt nervous, but his attitude made it so much easier and (almost!) fun. Thank you Paul!

Worst location to book your drivers test they gonna fail you without any concrete reasons. The instructor was rude and unfriendly.

Best experience, Mr. Paul is very professional examiner he explains very well at the end of the test and help you to correct your mistakes.

I re-booked my G test at this drive test centre recently after going through a horrible experience at the Brantford drive test centre. Because of the horrible experience that I went through at Brantford, I didn't know what to expect taking the test at Burlington - I arrived early & made sure that the vehicle was backed into the spot to be ready to drive out when the test started. I went into the drive test centre to check in at the road test kiosk on the far wall - as i was checking in, I was assisted by a wonderful lady who made small talk by asking me what test I was there for & guided me when I was checking in too soon - I waited the 5 minutes or so & checked in again & this time - success! I was checked in & went outside to wait in my vehicle for the tester to come. I was pleasantly surprised when the same lady that assisted me with checking in came up to the window & introduced herself as Marilyn and she would be my examiner! She gave very clear instructions & was absolutely pleasant throughout the test. She really boosted my confidence & I had a feeling throughout the test that I was going to pass - when we returned to the drive test centre & she gave me her feedback, she told me that I was successful & that as an examiner, she felt comfortable driving with me! I will never forget the kindness shown to me after what i went through at Brantford! I hope that everyone that books their test here gets Marilyn as their examiner, because she is fantastic!

The attention is lousy. I had already finished my written exam for the G1 and my mother sent me a message to my cell phone and a worker canceled the exam and told me to go back to the other day to do it again. The problem is that I speak a little English and she won't let me explain that my mother is sick with cancer in Mexico and at that time she was undergoing surgery. He behaved the worst and yelled at me in front of everyone. It was today August 25 at 2pm

The examiner was from Pakistan. I did with her 2 times G she failed me with stop sign, the first time was right but the second time she was not completely right. She observed me incorrectly and she was mean. This is racism. This examiner should not be to examine anymore.

I wish I had option for negative or zero stars. I went for G2 test at this location and brought the manual transmission car in which I am comfortable.
My Examiner was Elizabeth I remember the examiner id too which was 209. She was such a pathetic person I have ever met. Firstly, At the start of my road test she started screaming at me and getting rude and all over the test she was shouting at me for the manual transmission process.
Also, I obeyed all of the rules but still she failed because according to her my pickup was not smooth and all of that she made me more nervous. She is such a nasty, disrespectful monster. Her tone was high all the time with rude behavior. I don’t understand what she think of herself if she was an examiner then she have the right to do anything or she was raised in such rude environment at home only may be the reason. She should know we are paying money to get examined and not free and with that money only she is getting her salary so she should respect the people appearing for the tests that is her job. Also government should expel such examiners from the job if people are inconvenienced of such examiner. My experience was very bad with this examiner……

No accountability of time… token makes no sense as people are taken in random order… they say come 30mins prior to your appointment but they will test you only after an hour of your appointment time… just sad

I just had a drive test with Angie, she was so amazing and kind and helpful. She was very friendly and helped me in calming down, I had a great conversation and I can’t help but think that her calming me down helped me a lot during my examination. I appreciate all that she did.

My examiner Sandria (Andria) I forgot her name she was very calm and clear. For my whole driving test, it was a pleasant experience. I was very nervous before the test. During the test, I felt like driving with my friend. Thank you so much Sandria. My instructor also very nice and cool guy he waited long time he said do your best otherwise no problem.overall my drive test experience was all good thank you.

OVERALL: so bad, make that extra 20 mins drive to Oakville or Milton or Hamilton driving centres. Especially if you are young or doesn’t speak English well Cas they take advantage of you. Not only my experience but heard many more. My experience was next level trash with drive test

I went to do driving test for full G, didn’t even hit the road but instead ended up getting threatened with a restrictions order for 57 driving test locations lolllllll for asking for refund and for requesting a another tester.

Even though I failed my G2 test today at this location, I wanna thank the staff and my examiner. My examiner was so respectful and I really appreciate that he didn’t try to make me nervous. I forgot his name unfortunately. (I believe his name was Paul). The centre wasn’t packed and all the staff were working perfectly in spite of Newmarket Driving Centre. The only problem I had was the Lady’s washroom. I got nervous when I saw it’s not in service and I had to go to the Men’s washroom which door’s lock was broken. I believe this impacted me a a little feel nervous and failing my test.

The examiner Nicholas is very friendly and patient, with clear instructions.
The staff at the counter is also nice.
The center is organized as well.

Really unsure if I fail because of driving mistake. Or just because the Examiner felt like I should not pass? Seen alot of reviews about this but not sure what's going on? Staff was a little bit rude that's true. But yeah left me with questions if I actually failed or not? Apparently I made the mistake of turn left when the yellow left turn arrow just disappeared which is understandable but then the Examiner in the back said (I had two of them in my car) : I didn't crawl up before making right turns (bushes were blocking the view) Question? You're in the back how do you have my view from the front sear?
I slowly proceed after a complete stop, check that there was no traffic and proceeded.

So yeah those 2 mistakes. I don't maybe I failed and just bummed out or not who knows? But definitely don't recommend Burlington!

Did my G test here yesterday, my examiner was super nice, if you want to take your G test, do it here, it’s much easier than other drive test centres.

New nervous drivers! Don’t let the bad reviews scare you! I just passed my G today. First off, the staff was extremely kind. From the lady directing the outside line, to the front desk people, to the examiner! Very well mannered and polite. When I was finished my test, they all congratulated me with a genuine smile! My examiner’s name is Qasim. As soon as he got to my car, he had the biggest smile on his face and greeted me with a “Good afternoon! ”. I didn’t feel nervous one bit with him. As soon as he sat down, my nerves went away. He was very patient. He helped me a lot throughout the route & complimented me telling me “you’re doing good” which reassured me so much. Even when I misunderstood instructions, he never showed annoyance. I felt so happy to have him. When I was done, he smiled and congratulated me. Overall, great experience here, if I can give a 6 stars, I would.

Most of the staff there are racist and unfriendly. No matter how nice you talk to them they answer you back rudely and will not help you. I went there 2 times to do my C licence and my examiner (PHIL was his name) was racist and fail more for minor mistakes and he even went ahead and told my school instructor he could not understand me because of language barrier, I was shocked. He will pretend to smile and act nice but at the end he is gonna fail u, unless may b ur white.

Passed my g test here. The examiner is very friendly and patient. My test was around 10: 30am, there were some traffic nearby this location but not busy.

Everyone was polite, but had no idea what was needed to transfer a foreign licence. Had me run a round for weeks, common sense doesn't prevail here.
I was asked to do my eye test and they failed me, I asked for another machine and passed. They made all excuses that the machine was faulty. Being in aviation, i was confident i had 20/20 vision as per my airline test. Go to Oakville, much better service, they know what they are doing. Good luck. Sad to say, Canada is so behind from the rest of the world in service

I passed my full G road test yesterday. Raj was my examiner, he is very professional. He clearly explained all the rules before the test and instructed me clearly during the test. He is very calm and made the test environment relaxing and easy going. Thanks Mr. Raj

Absolute terrible people around here.i had my road test today and first the lady inside was freaking rude and then comes the examiner with the terrible attitude.i knew i am gonna fail just because seeing his actions and words.i dont know his name but brother you need to chill and examine in a proper not just finish the test within ten minutes and fail them so that you could go and fail other too and make money.i am sorry for the guys who had this instructor.best of luck to you all

I had a great experience today doing my G road test. My examiner was Melissa and she was very nice, polite, and gave direction well in advance. I was so nervous before doing my test but just being in the car with her made me less nervous. This was my 2nd time doing my G test, I previously did it in Hamilton and had the WORST experience there. So I highly recommend this drive test centre.

This center superior is racist and very rude and staff is supporting as usual she is not listening what is my problem she miss guided me 4 time and when i ask you give 4 time wrong information she shouted on me she threatened me that if i come again she will call the police i am new here i don’t know anything and after that she took my license and she miss use her supervisor authority she block my license for 1 month we are that why they behave like this with us.

Had an appointment for a 'Full G' road test around 10: 30 a.m. I had a G1 license, and added 10 to 15 years of driving experience from another country to my record. So I had the option of not having to go through G2, and I went for a 'Full G' directly. Reached the drive test center 30 minutes earlier, and there was a separate line for written test applicants, and another line for road test applicants. There were hardly 2 or 3 people in each line. The place was practically empty. I was asked to go to a machine, and type my details, and the machine gives you a ticket. Went back to the parking lot and sat inside my car and waited. The driving examiner came to my parking spot and checked the vehicle for indicators, brakes, etc. Then the road test started. The examiner instructed me on what I should do as we entered different roads and highways, and took notes on whether I was doing it properly. The test was for a total of 30 minutes. Depending on how many instructions you follow correctly, and how many you make a mistake, I believe certain number points are given for each action. I might have made a couple of small mistakes, but overall I passed. Irrespective of which road you are and what instructions are given, I guess safety and patience are the two most important things that the examiners check. As long as you follow complete safety precautions on each road, and keep a cool head, the rest of things are downhill. I was given a temporary license paper, and they said the original Card will arrive by mail in 6 to 8 weeks. I left the place at 11 a.m. Overall spent an hour.

I had given my G road test at the Burlington Drive Test Centre (1250 Brant St) on September 21,2020 and I failed for reasons which I agreed with the examiner. During this time, I was told by a Source that the Ministry of Transport had instructed all test centres "NOT" to pass more than 60% of the drivers in a day. Hence, they made it tough. It is my belief that they go easy on residents of Burlington but I may be wrong.

Today on November 10th, 2021 at 10: 50 a.m, after a 14 month wait due to Covid-19, I gave my retest at the Burlington Test Centre (1250 Brant St). I did a lane change which I deemed safe. I was going at 100 KM, I let the first speeding car pass me and the second speeding car was far behind and thus, gradually changed my lane (leaving a safe gap behind and front of me) and my left indicator was on during this entire time. The examiner considered this maneuver as dangerous. I requested a copy of my score sheet and the reason put for failing was Dangerous Lane change at QEW Toronto at speed of 95 KM which caused the speeding car behind me to change lanes. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS because while I was changing my lane I told the examiner that I am already at 100KM and pointed to my dashboard for him to see. I wished that I recorded the conversation (not an ethical thing to do).

There were no issues when I changed my lane back. However, he made me do another lane change on the second highway including changing back, which also went well. He still failed me, despite the examiner saying that everything else was done well (this includes the lane change for the second time on the second highway including changing back, road side stop, third lane change in the inner roads including changing back, backward parking, front parking, 3 point turn, emergency stop, watching my surroundings and kept to the speed limit at all times). What more was expected of me?

The staff in the centre are very RUDE.

I don't understand why they look for reasons to fail, unless this is a way of making money and keeping their jobs secure by re-tests. Today, this happened to me and tomorrow, it will happen to someone else. I have reported them to CP24, CityNews, CBC and written to the Minister of Transport.

Everyone at this location were very nice. Everything was well organized and well thought of. It is a busy location especially in the morning when I was taking my G2 exam but the lady outside managed the line very efficiently. My examiner was very nice and professional as well as the lady inside.

Passed my G2 at the temporary testing site. Raj was my examiner and I would say he is THE BEST. He is very professional. He clearly explained all the rules before the test and directs you perfectly during the test. It is just that you should know the rules well and obviously practise makes you perfect.

I passed my G2. The examiner Pardeep at temporary drive test location was very nice and made me comfortable during my test. Also the front desk staff was very nice as well. Had a great experience. Must go location for your G2. Previously had horrible experience at mississauga location with rude examiner.

Terrible Staff and place to go fail you for any reason they can to make you pay again been there 3 times and been failed twice for the slightest mistakes even staying the most careful I can in all situations passing everything fine but 1 minor thing. Go anywhere else if you want to pass they care more about money then human life or your best efforts.

I can't even imagine. I had G road test today @9: 40am as you all know QEW to Burlington and most of the Burlington roads had traffic because of that burned truck.
I was coming from Niagara falls, I moved @7am but reached the center at 9: 50. I made this appointment last 6 months.with too much stress and traffic as the woman saw and knew about news and traffic she said I'm so sorry you are late.hah maybe I had to move since last night. I hate this place. JUST ACT LIKE HUMAN.your not even human.

I had both good and not so good experiences here on 2 consecutive days! The examiner fortunately was very cooperative and understanding, he asked me how many mistakes did I think I made. I was honest in pointing out the areas and he said so you know what things you need to improve at and said i have passed the test! The staff inside the office are a mix of both polite and impolite bunch of people so its really a matter of chance who you come across. By the way, one IMP thing that I learnt a hard way.if you have got a lasik/ vision correction surgery please get the restriction removed on your DL. I wasn’t allowed to give my road test because I missed this piece and it would have been disastrous had I not got the appointment for the very next day (oh yes, I had to log in atleast 20 times to keep checking appointments, my anxiety levels shot off the roof), I think I was really lucky though that I could go again for the drive test the very next day.

Very supportive staff and quick service. I recently passed my G2 here. Less traffic before 10: 30 so try to book morning. Best of luck to all

Usually I hate pretty much anything the govt runs. Especially drive test. However, this particular location was a pleasant surprise.

Came here in December to get my G license, the testing centre was completely empty but I still had to wait a long time to check in and even longer for the driving instructor (I wouldn’t have had a problem waiting if they didn’t make us keep all the windows down for 30+ mins in -10 weather). The instructor I got was very rude and unprofessional, as soon as she got in my car she very abruptly put the AC on full blast and played with the other controls which I thought was strange. I recommend taking your G2 or G test at the Oakville location, the wait times are much faster, and from my experience and from what I’ve heard through other people, the instructors are much nicer.

Well it wasn't my test but since when does a person fail a test for turning right on a red light (after stopping) ? !? Seriously.

Great staff! Following covid restrictions. My instructor was an older lady was very nice and clear with instructions. I did fail my G test but that’s due to my own error, was too slow merging on highway. Great place to take test, practice marks perfect.

I passed my g test my examiner Mr Rafid very nice and professional I was nervous and he made me feel comfortable. He was very easy going.

Good place to take your G2 test. The examiner I got was an older woman who was quite rude (I think I’ve seen other bad reviews about her) but you’re only on the road for 15 minutes and as long as you’ve practised, you’ll get your license. The route was very simple.

All these negative reviews must be from people who failed their driving test.

Great experience. Customer service was quick and efficient even with covid protocols. Instructor was calm, fair, and very understanding. I forgot to submit a positive review of him at the test centre after my test and I don't know if he wants his name out there but he definitely deserves some recognition.

I had a very bad experience last Nov at Hamilton test ctr. They make me waited for 2hrs and 50mins. Btw my G2 test time was 12.30pm. And ended up with a very rude tester name Mike. So I file a complain against him. He was unprofessional, rude and treated "us" immigrants with no respect. So I decided to book for my second test with Burlington Drive Test Ctr. My time today was 9.21am got there half an hr earlier to register and went back to my car to wait for the tester. My tester is Elizabeth. She's so awesome, she's very professional and speaks clearly but not intimidating at all, she make sure I understand all her points b4 we drive off. It was a smooth drive and when we got back, she congrats me and announced that I pass! I almost cry lol. Ppl should come to Burlington for their test. Ppl here are polite and so.much nicer than Hamiltons ones. Thanks Elizabeth!

In pandemic times, it is nice to see a service actually functioning correctly. They have effective and adequate COVID-19 prevention measures and they enforce them correctly. Went in for my G test and was told to keep my mask on in the car while I waited. Because my glasses were fogging up a bit, I lowered my mask below the nose. When the instructor came by he told me I should have kept the mask on correctly. I had to go back in and ask to be placed back in queue and air out my car while waiting again. Totally understand that.they're exposing themselves everyday to multiple scenarios and possible sources of contagion, they should be strict about these measures.it's their health on the line.
Made it through my test and passed. Intructor was cool and professional.

I had a really good experience in this branch of drive test, went to take my M1 Kniwledge test, due to Covid there were taking care of safety protocols. The center was not busy at all, although not enough people were working as two counters were active but the whole M1 process around 80 minutes for registering, then taking test and then finally getting your license paper.

Passed my test, examiner Rafid was great very nice and made me feel less nervous before the test started and was very clear on his instructions

I am a new immigrant. Un fortunately, you cannot call and ask before hand what document you are required to bring in with you. I visited the centre on friday. If you donot have a car, it means you reach a driving centre either by taxi or by bus. At the entrance a girl was checking temperature and asked me to show passport.not sure why the ywere asking my passport right the entrance of the centre? I was confused I showed my other ID's like Ontario Health card, my work permit etc. She was not convinced by ushered me to autmatic queue number dispencing machine. Now middle age Lady with spectacles at the main counter asked for passport again for identity, I showed her my Ontario Health card, I told her I have work permit and and my work place photo identity card, but she was adamant that I need Passport. Dont you carry your passport, HOW DID YOU TRAVEL
I told her that I am visiting from other city (as due to covid some city drive centers have limited activities), came all the way here just for written test. Please accept these ID 's as they are issued by Canadian government and are considered as valid ID's.
She refused straIGHT AWAY. In picture its a shot of MTO website and it clearly states that OHIP card, work permit, PR all are valid Identities. Due to her lack of knowledge about her own work, she has costed me time and money. This is very unfortunate, how such people gets behind such counters and make others life miserable. Can we humbly request that Govt.of Ontario atleast hire staff who atleast know MTO regulation properly, so that they can moe efficient in helping people.

I had my AZ test yesterday it was good experience. My examiner was sukhi she is so nice and polite. It was good experience with her on road instructions was so clear and i was so comfortable. Overall great experience and very helpful staff.

Absolutely brutal! Waited in line with 1 person ahead of me for over 30 minutes before I walked out. 1 person serving customers. Every few minutes they let a person in the door that had a drive test booked and walked them to the front of the line. I watched them walk 7 people to the front of the line before asking what the hell is going on? What's the point in giving me a number if it doesn't mean anything!? Terrible, absolutely terible service!

I showed up to my G test without my license. The employees there were very helpful and set me up with a one day license I could use for the test. Ended up passing, I am very grateful to the ladies who helped give me a replacement. 10/10.

Literally cancelled all tests (not even an hour before scheduled time!) because of the weather when its only overcast? ! Not surprising that it's mostly only bad reviews here.

I just took my G2 road test for the first time and passed with a near perfect score.

My examiner, Melissa, was kind and gave directions well in advance. I noticed that a lot of the 1-2 star reviews are coming from people who’ve failed or choose not to disclose the outcome of their g2/g examination. My recommendation is to practice and strive to be a defensive driver. Make it apparent to your examiners that you’re doing the absolute most to minimize any mishaps.

If you’re unable to perform g2 maneuvers, do not expect to pass. If you’re unable to pass on your own accord, do not diminish the reputation/judgement of the examiners who follow a checklist mandated by law.

If you plan to go to this place, I suggest you read everyone's comments first, so as not to be shocked like me.
The receptionist will not talk to you, she is ordering you, and even looks at you rudely.
Don't stop your steps there after you turned and left the counter. I just stepped aside and searched the material information I missed with my mobile phone. Within a minute, the female staff at the counter shouted: “You need to leave! ”
This is incredible. Why would Canada allow such government workers to exist? I mean quite a few people who come here to do business are new immigrants or people who haven't settled well yet. The reason everyone is here is to get help with a driver’s license and to adapt to Canada as soon as possible, we definitely don't want to be treated like criminals.
I deeply sympathize with these rude employees. Maybe they don't have enough love and tolerance around them to support their life philosophy. But no matter how, this will not affect my efforts to be a loving, friendly and compassionate citizen. Hope everyone who reads this comment does too.

One of female examiners was so impatient and not respectful at all. Very bad experience. Don’t go to this test place, especially you are very unlucky to meet such a bad examiner.

I went for my knowledge test and the process was smooth. Went around 10: 15 and had to wait approximately for 30 minutes outside. It wasn’t crowded and social distancing was maintained properly.

Had my AZ road test here recently and the examiner was Sukhi (hope spelling is correct). Very professional and straightforward instructions during the road test. All marks given to me during the road test were legit mistakes I made and I appreciate her making a note of them so I can correct these errors in future. Please do not take a lot of the negative reviews on here into thought because they are posted by people who fail and are looking for someone to blame other than themselves. I have seen their skill level and am thankful they are not going to be on the road with a massive truck and trailer. If you are confident in your ability and have come from a reputable school you will have nothing to worry about. You will be treated with respect during your road test as I was.

My test was two days back. I arrived 25 minutes before my test time and luckily there wasn't any delay for the test to start. The male examiner I got was polite and patient with me. I didn't pass the test, but after the test he explained why I didn't make it and the next steps to take.

This place is BAD, do NOT do your test here! They make you wait for a very long time, they're unorganized and the instructors are lame! They fail you over the smallest mistakes, and even when you don't do something the instructor looks for a reason to fail you by saying something to make you do it. The lady inside at the counter was nice though, same with the lady at the front checking the temps. But, you're coming for a road test, not the interior.
