Passed my G2 test here yesterday. I read so many negative reviews about some examiners that discouraged and made me really uneasy a day before my test.

On the day of the test, I was pretty nervous as I didn’t know what to expect or who my examiner was going to be. Finally, after waiting a While in the car, Mike came up to my window and he was so pleasant! Made me feel at ease and comfortable and told me to think of it as just going for a short drive. I got clear instructions and truly felt that Mike was testing my ability to drive well and safely, and not to victimize me like some other examiners.

During the test, I did the parallel park, uphill parking, three point turn and forward parking and all went well.

Thank you so much Mike! You are such an amazing examiner. If you get Mike, even if you fail, you’ll know it’s because you need more practice or you made a dangerous infraction, not because he is wicked and just wants to fail you.

Thank you again Mike for making this a great experience! I hope you get recognized for your service.

I failed the driving test because of the person who tested me. I did not speak English, and my friend explained this to him. When we started the test, this person was angry from the beginning because he asked me to change lanes, but I did not find the appropriate opportunity to do so. Then he started shouting at me at the top of his voice while we were on the road. This made me angry and I began to get nervous and confused. If I had spoken English, I would have insulted him and quarreled with him because of his rude and immoral behavior.

Even though I didn't pass the examiner that I had was very calm. Gave me some tips for my next exam when I asked. Sept 20 815am test for G

I had an exceptional service today. The office was well organized. The lady staff was polite and indeed helpful. She assisted me with high profession but gently and politely. She gave me proper instructions how to add my experiences from the past. Overall everything went perfect and I cleared by G1 knowledge test. Note- Best time to reach the office is at around 9am-9.30 am. Cheers!

Unprofessional long wait times
If u ask them question they know nothing if you want to save your 4 hours go to other drive test locations

I'm writing to provide feedback on my recent G2 test on 20Sep, 2023. My examiner id 697 a black hair woman took my test. There was no major mistake marked by her but still this examiner failed me in the test. When I asked her to explain why she failed me, she said she takes several number of test in a day & she don't remember about it. I have past 10 years experience in driving in my home country, I was confident about passing the test as I took driving lesson before the test so I know the rules & regulations. But this examiner failed me without any major mistake.

Our system has chosen to work within their own hours. We work on their clock and not the time it is listen online. Travelled 30 minutes and paid just to be told 20 minutes before close, they will not take anyone else.
I needed inquiries about my license and they couldn’t do that. Quite terrible how we are thrown to the side for money and mistreated from overworked, angry employees.

Had to go to this ridiculous and unrelenting place once again for my G test. The examiner was a fat guy who would in no way fit into a smaller car. He failed me for just not moving to the right lane after taking a left. That's it. Its complete nonsense. He didn't ask me to move and I was just following his instructions to the dot. This place requires you to predict things and have ungodly driving skills. I have driven 15,000 kms in my car after I got my G2 with zero traffic infractions or accidents. Find someplace else to take your test rather than this disgusting place

I took my G test here with an instructor named Rachel who was very kind and understanding during the test (especially helpful after some horrible service from the Oakville location).

This review for International Drivers going with Driving License Extract. This centre you have to avoid at all cost. They have stupid reasons to deny your prior international experience. When i went there everything was in order but they have not accepted by stating that my DL extract doesn't have stamp despite of the fact it was electronic government record with valid QR Code. After a month my wife went there and this time the reason they stated for refusal was that her Foreign Driving License was damaged and asked her to go through the entire procedure starting from G-1. She refused and we went to another centre where it was accepted without any question.
In my advise don't succumb to their pressure to go through the entire procedure again if your documents are in order according to you. Try your luck at more professional centres.

I don't know where these bad reviews are coming from. Everyone was friendly. Place was jammed but pretty organized. They don't take you on QEW for road test, you go on Red Hill.

Even the road examiner was nice.

This is specifically about one driving tester named Mike. He made me feel very uncomfortable, yelled at me, and called me stupid while operating my vehicle.

I’m happy that I’m a grown woman, so I can handle an arrogant man like this, but this is a person who should NOT be allowed in the car with teenagers. He is a complete basket case and extremely rude. I have already filed a complaint with the ministry of transportation as well.

It's a very long wait in uncomfortable chairs, HOWEVER! The staff are incredibly nice, supportive and friendly, they go above and beyond to make sure you understand everything and offer no judgment for a failed test!

I cane here from BC, and i have visited this this test centre twice, Really huge differences between bc service and here. This staff doesn’t want to understand us, only explaining what they have in their mind. If I asked them the same thing again they started screaming. Is this the way to talk? It was even in the early morning fresh day for them as well as me.

It is the worst place I have ever seen!
I wish I could give them zero star!
The woman in written test section is so rude and unprofessional!
In this location there is no proper instruction what people they have to do upon arrival!
People get instruction from other people in the line!
The most disgusting place and most unprofessional people!
I tried to call to discuss this matter with someone I was not able to do because it was going on voice mail that is full!
I am so disappointed to pay my tax for this type of service!

Unbelievably uninformed, all they care about is to not get “audited” they won’t waive my G1 exit wait period despite the fact I have a previous expired G2 and a foreign license and decades of experience in driving inside and outside Ontario, all because they don’t like how my name is spelled on the foreign license despite me bringing a certified translation with the correct one. They don’t wanna help they just want to ruin your day even if they pretend to want to help. Horrible experience and total lack of knowledge about regulations. They would not take any initiative to make your life easier they just want their fees and they don’t care if you can drive or not.

I took my sister here to take a G1 test. I was writing this review while waiting for her.

We were served by a lady in wicket 3. She was very helpful and friendly.
No matter whether my sister would pass the test or not, I couldn't deny that I have received professional customer service.

Very welcoming and informative staff members.
If you come early in the morning the wait is not too long (25 min).

I completed my G drive test and had a great experience with Abdul as my examiner. He was very professional, polite and gave clear directions well ahead of time.

The front desk receptionist was also very polite and courteous even though there was some kind of mix-up with my ticket and I did end up waiting an hour and a half.

I definitely can't give 5 starts because I was appalled to see in the ladies' washroom the toilet paper holder was out of order and there was just a roll of toilet paper on the back of the toilet. So unhygienic. I wouldn't have used it if I hadn't been so desperate from my long wait.

Got there at 5: 15pm ticket number being served was C198, my ticket number was C214 at 6: 15pm was told cannot be served.

I did my g1, g2, and G all at the Kenora location! Abdul tested me for my G2 and G and he is great! Very calm and doesn’t make you feel nervous at all! He is very kind. Thanks Abdul for a great experience!

Had to wait an hour and 20 mins just to be told that they were running behind on their G tests, the manager was kind but I wish I had been told WAY sooner. Another 20 mins and I finally got to take the road test, my tester was rude, encouraged me to drive fast (I think it was because they we're already 2hrs~ behind schedule). She failed me for merging at 60km on the red hill parkway in spite the fact that I merged BEHIND a semi that was going 60km (impossible to merge at 80km/hr if the truck in front is going 60), also because I slowed down on the exit ramp when there was a caution sign saying to take the exit at 40. (I was going 60 on the ramp, was told I went too slow and that it was an issue because the truck behind me had to slow to 60 as well). When I calmly told the tester at the end that I disagreed with some of the issues she flagged, she got defensive and aggressive (saying "EXCUSE ME!? EXCUSE ME!? "), did not properly engage my own feelings on the matter and completely dismissed me. Rediculous, hours wasted; 100 dollars down the drain thanks to a spiteful and incompetent tester. I wish I could speak to a manager but seemingly they're impossible to get a hold of. Good luck if you take your test here, it'll be of more use to you than good solid safe driving skills.

5 times I been there, so busy because most of the counter empty, few are working for road test nothing much they are not paying serious attention for people!
Today I waited from 1: 45 to 4: 45 Only 2 woman working rest of windows are close.

Don't go here. Did my G test here after 2 years of driving on the road w/ my G2. Had an extremely rude instructor who was extremely abrasive, berated me over small things ("Why are you braking? " very suddenly and aggressively, while breaking in an attempt to keep to the speed limit). Sometimes he just gestured indeterminably with his hand rather than verbally state instructions. He also did not wear a mask during the entire drive. He yelled at me to do a sudden lane change while we were very close to the light (demanding loudly "Why are you in this lane? " after giving no indication prior he wanted me in the other lane), causing me to run a yellow and brake suddenly to avoid hitting a car turning left. I have never gotten in a dangerous situation in my car driving on my own, but after being berated in the middle of driving I suddenly found myself in the middle of one. Taking this test reminds me that I would never let a dangerous person in my car who yelled at me while driving - so why do I have to do that to get my driving license? Go anywhere else.

If you do go here and the examiner is an older white man who does not wear a mask in your car, demand another examiner. The supervisor explained you are always allowed to request another examiner after I complained. Of course, there's no way I would ever take my G test here again. This man talked like an abusive father and with him in the passenger seat I got into the only dangerous situation I've had in the past 5 years!

Edit: One more thing I forgot. Afterwards he told me the reason why I failed was that I was in the wrong lane from the very beginning. Apparently, after making a right turn, I should have turned into the middle lane, not the rightmost lane. What? I have always been taught that when making any kind of turn, you turn into the nearest lane. I.e. When making a right turn, I turn into the rightmost lane. Certainly people break this rule, but it's a risky move depending on the intersection and never one I would attempt on a driving test. This man should not be examining people if he gives out dangerous advice.

Slow, there was 4 of us waiting and 2 tellers open. Multiple new clients came in and was served right away. I went to teller asked if number on wall will lower as it's been going up per client told yes it will lower for me to grab a seat and continue to wait. It's alittle frustrating as the numbers being called are candy higher then mine. Poor service.

Despite being very busy the process was very quick. Instructor was pleasant and knowledgeable. Overall good experience even though these tests can be nerve wracking.

Dave is the best instructor he is so generous and humble man he is the nicest person and kind person

One person processing people's licenses with a ton of people waiting. Their computer system crashed so no one could write the g1 test and they didn't have the decency to tell people who have been waiting 2+ hours until they were specifically asked by someone what was going on.

So, yesterday I went to get my g2 and as I was waiting in the car for instructor, I put my musk on but not all the way. It was under my nose and once he came I put it on but apparently it was too late. He refused me saying “sorry buddy you are not wearing your mask, I am not able to process this test with you”. I came to him to apologize and he just refused me again. I was keeping distance from everyone, there were people in lines who weren’t wearing mask nor keeping distance. (Profile of the instructor: tall, shot hair blond, arrogant). Then I witnessed this lady next to me was screamed at by this old instructor (female) BecAuse she was confused about turning the brake lights on. Hopefully you get your appointment somewhere else because this place is horrible and i hope their stuff members are gonna be replaced.

The staff was very rude and did not know how to behave with people. They have their own rules which are not mentioned on the website and not in any document of the driving test centre.
You will pass or not it all depends upon their mode even if you park the car wrong example

Worst drive test center I've had the displeasure of dealing with. On what planet is it okay to have just one counter open and have people standing outside literally in excess of 3 hours. People actually had enough time to go home and bring tent chairs. Ridiculous. So much for check in and out.

My experience was great as i went for my AZ truck exam, my examiner was Dav. He was very polite and enjoyable to ride with

I waited hours outside hoping someone will show up, but nobody did and after enquiring what was the deal inside, the lady told me my appointment is cancelled. The examiner KHAN is not worthy of being called an instructor or examiner. The staff should atleast make a clear decision and should have given me a clear indication that my appointment is cancelled rather than putting me under the shadow and darkness.

I went in to upgrade my M1 papers to my M2. I waited an hour to be served, there was only one service window open. Whoever schedules breaks, maybe stagger the times so that you don’t have everyone on break at the same time.

Make sure you book your appointment and have nothing to do for the rest of the day. I spent 4 hours waiting and was there from 2 to 6. There was a delay since some of the driving instructions left hope everything is okay with them, but no one came out and said anything about a 4 hour delay. Got one thing wrong on the test so I waited 4 hours to fail lol.

Very rude staff and don’t want to work just refuse my docs without even properly checking issue date. My Indian license was reissued in 2021 and first time issued in 2012 that was written on right side of my license but two ladies were working there today refused to add my Indian experience said its issued in 2021 and you have G license already why you need to add experience! No worries I got my experience added from another drive test centre. Thank you guys for sending me back after made me wait for one and half hour.

This place is ridiculous and not fair! My partner went to get his G2 was waiting in the car with his mask below his nose. By himself waiting for the instructor. When he saw the instructor he was going to put it over his nose. The instructor told him to re schedule just because his mask was below his nose. My partner apologized trying to explain he was going to put it up when he saw the instructor and that he was socially distancing. But the instructor told him to reschedule. Now he has to wait till February and has to pay again! Don’t recommend going here ever!

I read the reviews before my test but couldn’t not believe how bad this place is until i test drove my self…. The lady in the front controlling the costumers is straight up disrespectful. Also be prepared to spend 30minutes-1hour waiting because they are so understaffed and so lazy doing their job. On the actual driving test be prepared to get a fail because they just want you to rebook and pay them again and again…horrible place go literally anywhere else in ontario

Extremely racist and rude female Caucasian middle aged staff member (AZ examiner) unprofessional! Very sad that to this day people are still racist. People are scared to speak up for themselves because they don’t want to fail. Staff need to learn how to properly communicate with clients and not just yell at them as soon as they walk in the office and tell them to go outside! No mannerisms!

Had my G test today. My examiner was an older thin lady. Right from the start of the test she was giving me attitude. Did not tell me which direction we were turning on Kenora until I got to the stop sign to exit the centre and asked her which direction. When I asked she screamed the direction at me. We proceeded with the test, I got on the Redhill at queenston and got off at Greenhill. Did my parallel parking and maneuvers. She yelled at me for fixing myself while parallel parking when you get THREE tries to fix yourself and I only did it once. I did NOT hit the curb. We got back onto the Redhill from Greenhill and as I'm waiting to merge over there is 2 cars beside me so I slow down a little to get behind. Before I did that she screamed at me that I was trying to merge while cars were beside me and SHE TRIED TO GRAB THE WHEEL! Then as we are turning from barton onto Kenora there is an advance left turn so I go and I'm not even doing 20km/hr and she screams that I'm speeding and that I went thru a yellow light when it was 100% green and failed me for that alone. When we got back to the centre she says to me that I did great on the highway and great at all maneuvers but the last thing is what failed me.when I went in to complain about the disrespectfulness I had experienced they gave me my paperwork and on the paperwork the examiner put things down that did NOT happen. She put that i hit the curb but I definitely did not because I was even a little far from the curb and she said my parallel was perfect after I had fixed myself.

I'm not mad that I failed and I'm not fighting it but I am furious with the level of disrespect I had experienced today and the fact that she almost caused an accident by grabbing my wheel. My test was perfect other than the fake things she put down. Do NOT let your examiner be #268. She didn't tell me her name before the test and the centre would not give me it.

I would put ZERO stars if I could. Driving Instructor was Miserable from the second she got in my car. This instructor failed me on could haves not on what I actually did. I was giving no paperwork at all at the end to show me what I was failed for or any further information. This should be addressed and looked into. ALL INSTRUCTORS SHOULD TEST PEOPLE ON THE SAME THINGS AND GIVE THE SAME RESPECT. CLEARLY RE TRAINING ALL STAFF SHOULD HAPPEN OFTEN! I am seeing this kind of thing happen SOOOOOO Often in Hamilton.

I did my G test today in Hamilton around 11: 15am, I had a good experience, test was on time, all staff were friendly, driver was very nice, and the route wasn't overly complicated or difficult.

I booked my G. Worst Instructor ever.she was a short, blonde and bit healthy. I am not sure if, I made a mistake or not. So while turning left I was behind a car on the white lane before crosswalk. The car Infront of me took the left and I was in the motion and my car reached crosswalk suddenly light turn yellow and there was no incoming traffic So took the left turn.she said I did a traffic violation and said told me I was behind white line.it all happened at the last moment of the road test.

She told me I was slowing way too soon on exit but I was following the exit recommended speed sign on highway. Also, I was steering uncomfortably during three point turn. Although, it shouldn't matter my hands were on the wheel all time.
No other mistake on road test.
To me it looked like she was not in the mood to pass me.

This place is crazy just did my test, I was told I’m a bit too fast lane change (I mean that’s the point I check all mirrors turn my head everything etc, indicated everything). And that I turn too fast etc G test in Toronto I be told I’m too slow I’m now lost. The guy appeared nervous telling me I failed. When he came in he asked how many times I have tried (indication if I will pass or not) I guess.

I tried changing test location but was too late already paid and when I call the drive test general line they said a 100 persons was in the que in front of my to change/reschedule. And the bummer is I read reviews after booking.this place gets a high off failing I guess they should be a military camp. And oh they are serious about the mask, don’t touch it or fiddle it on your face.

The only good thing about this is the front desk lady (older lady with glasses and short bob blonde hairstyle) she was super nice

Got my full G license last saturday staff are very professional and very helpful theyre the most nicest staff i meet, ROB is my examiner he is super cool and very friendly my anxiety was gone and nervous i recommend this drive test centre

Absolute worst, no organization, staff is short tempered. No proper instruction on where to go depending on service requirement. Long lines outside. Go anywhere but here.

My sister had an awful experience here this past week with an older female instructor with whom I have also had the displeasure of dealing with in the past
My sister failed. She was aware of the mistakes she made but the attitude and snark from said instructor was absolutely unnecessary as was the grabbing of my sisters arm and not once but twice!
Based on other comments this seems to not be the first time it’s happened either.
If you don’t like your job that requires you to work with the public then it should be in your best interest to vacate your position. I’m sure with the current state of affairs there are people out there who would gladly step in and be more pleasant.

The woman directing people at the front door is a horrible person. Treated the young guy in front of me so rudely I was speechless. Then my turn came and she was condescending and unbelievably rude. Blonde older woman with German/Dutch accent should be fired.

Minus 5 only because the floor and desk employees were professional and deserve a few stars or it would be minus 8.

The examiner was DISRESPECTFUL, HOSTILE, ARROGANT AND IMPATIENT from the parking lot.

His instructions were said too rapidly and not clearly enough to comprehend and attempts at clarification were met with additional hostility and impatience.

I was under the impression that safe driving was the criteria for this exam, mind boggling to me I was driving too safe at the intersections, not willing to take the chance to rush into on coming traffic.

The disrespect and arrogance increased during the journey to a point where his attitude became borderline abusive.

In my mind I was thinking that I have been driving internationally without any incident for almost as long as this individual has been alive, and he has the audacity to criticize me for safe driving.

According to his observations, I missed blind spot checks and hazards, which I know are impossible, he missed me doing the checks and I got penalized.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt after reading the reviews, now I understand why there were so few persons there, the reviews were correct.

Horrible service today. I could go on but i will point put that an african man should not have his job there they just decide to cancel at last minute or tell you you have wait an hour cuz you didnt have a mask on right away when instructor came to vehicle. He should be working around no one. Didnt even want to give a star but i had too. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE TOO!

Great experience today. My examiner was very calm, patient and extremely helpful with questions. Thank you for the long hours your working to clear our backlog. You don't go unnoticed. Signing in was super easy and we were off shortly after start time.

After experiencing one of the worst driving tests today, I do not recommend or suggest anyone to attend this driving test centre. The instructor Dave, was belligerent, verbally abusive and racist towards people of colour including myself. He claimed that his life was in danger after he put me into an extreme panic while yelling on the top of his lungs during my three point turn exercise. After doing so, he marched out of the car, joined another vehicle and drove off, leaving me alone in the middle of the road during my test. This is inexcusable as not only did he leave an unlicensed driver alone in an area that I was completely unfamiliar with, but if there was an actual accident, the person whose life would have been at risk was myself! I am saddened and disappointed that this had happened. Not only did he yell at me, he had yelled at three young Asian men with an extremely condescending attitude, exclaiming that he is the "big dog" and therefore knowing of it all. This leaves me with no choice but to know that he is racist and uncaring towards any of the students that come here for their driving tests. This place is not even deserving of my star.

It went great but omg do not touch you mask! There were people who had their test cancelled for taking off the mask they were wearing or touching it. Please be advised!

Had my G2 test today passed! Instructor was very kind, calm. I had to do uphill parking with curb, 3 point turn and reverse parking. Took less than 10 mins.

They are running 45min.behind on Monday. Be sure to wear your mask while waiting for your test agent!

Wear your mask at all times, especially while waiting for the examiner to come to your vehicle.

Took my son for G2. Very polite, pleasant employees. My son said his was attentive and professional. So appreciated under these trying circumstances.

Don't trust all the negative reviews! I have taken my G1, G2 and just the other day my G test here, passed the first time for all. Staff have always been very nice and i've never had a bad experience. It's a busy place especially with COVID, prepare yourself for an extra 45-60 minute wait and listen to what the employees are telling you. I saw multiple people not listening and just walking wherever they wanted, taking their mask off and getting mad at instructors for having to wait.

So I took my brother to get his G1 test, I was not sure where to park. Since it is covid then it was empty and I know that getting a G2 and G is not possible right now. When I am parked I look up at this woman is waving at me rudely because I can't park there. I immediately turn my car on because it was an honest mistake however, she proceeded to walk to my car and was at my window staring at me until I left. I am disgusted. She was a horrible person and this is absolutely rude. I cannot leave a parking space if someone is blocking me off. I was already leaving and she had the audacity to give me a dirty look and yelled "yeah" like how people do. You should fire this person. I did not get her name but, she has blue eyes, 50s, dirty blonde hair with lots of gray, I would say about 5'5". Do not go here.

Terrible, the short lady that did my test failed me before even leaving the lot for having a hart hat on my seat.please review your staff. Every person I meet, I will let them know TO NOT COME HERE.

The people and manager working over their are racist they will see a brown skin and automatically assume that u try to scam them

Worst experience of my life! And I have to re-certify my commercial liscence every 5 yrs. They had my daughter sign a signature to a blank iPad and didn't tell her why, when I was not around due to covid restrictions. Run FAR away!

I was pleasantly surprised how easy the process was. They only had two counters open and 10 people were waiting. Hoping they can improve on that.

I was there 3 years ago for my AZ drive test, instructor said yellow safety sticker has expired on my Transport truck. I told him/her "No" it expires at the end of the month, he/she refused to go on the drive test. Very fustrating! I later double checked with Transport shop and went back with paper work to prove I was right, I lost day's wages, of course I cant push to hard or they will fail me. So just took it as it was, still sucks.

Words cannot describe how ridiculously horrific my experiences at this drive test centre. As stated in the confirmation email for my daughter's G2 road test, we arrived half an hour early to the 4pm appointment. Fine. We waited outside for 20 minutes so she could sign in. Fine. She went in and as she tried to sign in the computer to verify her appointment. Awesome. She was immediately turned away as they had canceled EVERY APPOINTMENT AFTER 4PM WITH NO NOTICE. Her and several others who were already there and in line were told to reschedule appointments, and if you've tried to book a driving test there in the last year, you'll know this is near impossible. The computer system had apparently flagged all candidates with appointments after 4 as "grey zone" which we aren't currently in in Hamilton, and all appointments were canceled. This cancelation email was sent out half an hour before the appointment, meaning the exact time we arrived to check in. This is ridiculous.

Cancelled my test 10 minutes before it was supposed tobe. Does Not answer the phone to rebook it automatically hangs up.

I had a wonderful experience. My examiner was very nice and all of the instructions as it relates to the test was given ahead of time. Congratulations.

We moved to Hamilton from Mississauga and applied for an address change for our G2 licenses online. In the current COVID situation, the govt hasn’t mailed our new licenses to us yet, this in on Feb 24th. We changed the address in the beginning of Jan 2021 and we explained this to the lady who admitted people into the road test building. For my test, the person was very understanding and let me in, an hour later when it was my wife’s turn, she said where is a document stating your home address proof? She refused to listen to reason. She argued that it was written as a policy on the website to explicitly bring address proof documents as a “printed out” paper copy. We get all our utility bills online. I tried explaining things, showed address change confirmation on Ontario’s website. I tried showing utility bills on my phone. She refused to listen to reason and took no responsibility. She asked my wife to go get documents from home if she wants to have her road test. She said it was policy written on the website to bring such documents. I checked and the below was written in the quotes on their website,

“Bring the following items to the test:

Vehicle in good working order.
Glasses or contact lenses (if you need to wear them to drive).
Enough gas in the vehicle to take the test.
Current driver’s licence.
Print-out of your road test confirmation email.
Money for test fees (if you are hoping for a standby road test appointment). ”

No where did I find details of additional address proof docs on their website. She said it is related to COVID protocol on their website. That’s was a joke! I didn’t find anything related to the “policy” claims she was stating. The person before her was so understanding and I didn’t have a problem with my road test, but she was not only an unhelpful person, but also impeded us from moving forward although we did everything right. This was an absolutely horrible experience we had here!

The drive test if forcing workers to scream across the room and ask covid questions while they are also serving customers. I had to disclose personal medical information and be humiliated as well as its a breach of privacy and confidentiality.
