I dont know why they are canceling test without any valid reason
He (Pual) dont feel safe even when there is no reason everything was good with my car even i asked him if i will change it if he feels unsafe he refused to do so. Why why why you dont want to work when you are getting paid. You are not feeling safe why are you in this Field
then. Dont waste peoples time and hard Earn money.

Please note that if you get the one-armed elderly white gentleman, you will fail. I suggest you ask for another tester immediately. Before he even got in the car, I knew I failed. He was berating me right off the bat for NOT having my car on and idling while parked, which would be illegal by bylaws. Throughout the entire test, he was yelling at the top of his lungs for me to slow down. If I weren't a relatively calm individual, I can completely see someone panicking and causing an accident with the way this man was yelling at me. The roads were snowy, yes, but I had driven to Guelph 2 hours before the test to practice on the roads and familiarize myself to the road conditions. He was yelling at me to slow down when I was going 20km below the speed limit with no cars in front of me. At one point we were entering the highway and he once again yelled at me to slow down when I was going 30-40km on a 70km road, I even said to him 'sir I'm going 40. ' To which he replied he doesn't care. This man should NOT be an examiner. I'm very frustrated that I did all I can to follow road rules and still failed because of the judgement of a miserable man. I don't care that I need to retake my test, but NOBODY should have to experience this.

Go with an open mindset. Don’t be too anxious. They will answer you politely if you talk to them in a calm tone. Obviously they are too busy to greet and welcome you as they are busy with services, so be patient and kind.
It can be crowded, it can be less crowded- all depends on the day, weather conditions etc.overall, I had a good experience.

Staff has a very rude behaviour. Specially a black lady out there.just asked her questions she does not know how to answer them with patience and smile on face. Should get rid of such behaviour or Such employee.

Great experience. My wife had a G road test scheduled here, it was smooth process here.

Check in on the machines and it will print out a number and you just wait in car. The instructor comes to you in car.

Test also did not take that much time. Hardly it took 20 minutes and no waiting after test completion. They will give you paper licence and you good to go.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude.she practically yelled at me for not parking at the back of the building, I was unaware that was the procedure.she also cancelled my appointment, making me lose my deposit and having to wait another whole month before I could schedule a retest, because I was 25 minutes early and not 30. I got stuck behind the train on my way there, and don’t see how that’s her decision.

Did my class A test today, the team that came to serve was very professional, you can just call them the best. My observation of the Guelph team is that they take their task quite seriously which is seen in the manner in which they execute their duties in putting out quality drivers on Canadian roadways. Tony was my examiner and he was very humble and intelligent. His mannerism had me believing he was a senior supervisor. He skillfully assessed me, unfortunately I failed in one area in my execution of a maneuver to effectively reverse. This was a minor error in my judgement and Tony and I discussed it. I am pleased with my test today and I will be back soon to execute %.

This test center is not recommended at all, as the people who work there are so rude. For simple 1 question the lady gave us 5min of lecture instead of guidance.
The worst examiner ever I have seen there. My examiner was young guy may be age between 20 to 25, he has no sense of talking to ladles absolutely rude people whos has no sense at all no manners.
During whole time of driving test he was yawning continously and has no sense of being examiner and yelling on me for no reason, I guess as he wasn't sure on the road where to go first on each road he was like take left, no take right no ok go straight, making person confused and pushing break in the middle of driving on the road. Even he push break hard Nd turn steering wheel rudly without any reason to enter into the center again. The pedestrian was so far during the stop sign though he make excuses for that, he don't know how the person feels like when you have no sense or courtesy to talk with ladies and because you're examiner you failed people. I hope he learn some lessons in the future from someone being rude.

My test was on 11 august 2023 at 8: 52 morning
Firstly I waited for about 2 hours and when I asked them about test they were talking very rude
And specially one guy I think he’s Indian boy
And he did not wear any blue shirt like others and he was in his casual clothes he talked very rudely to me and he gave me two times threat to me about to fail in exam before starting exam
And he also treat me to cancel my exam and he was not good for drive test because he have no manner how to talk with others os if you want review so please fired him because his behaviour is very aggressive and he’s not suitable to take drive test because his behaviour is making people comfortable and at end after test he failed me without any reason I’m pretty sure I checked all blind spots nd everything nd he gave me reason likes I did not checke blind spot on one place and he failed me so if that guy reading my review so I want to tell him bro without reason to fail anyone is wrong because you don’t know how people make money with lots of hard work and u have lot of attitude I’m pretty sure if I saw you again i can control your attitude brother you properly know about Punjab

Passed my G test here. Examiner BEN is amazing. I don’t think there can be anyone better than him. Giving instructions clearly, making sure you understand, making sure you are comfortable.everything. Amazing! Thank you sir!

I can't express my frustration enough, being treated rudely, not having the instructor sensibly listen to me, help me, and more so make me feel extremely anxious and belittled. Condescending and dismissive is just not acceptable! At a time when people need extra patients and understanding, during a stressful test, this basic idea seems to have escaped this place and particularly this instructor.

Why do we actually have this service in Ontario.is there a way we can fire this place as a province and receive more professional service? I can promise to write my MPP!

We visited for G1 test and lady asked for any other country license.when we showed indian license she reacted awfully and gave us entertained expression. Really bad experience with staff, atleast they should behave professionally as they got salary for their job and work not to make fun of people’s nationality. Ministry should hire better staff.

0 Star. I had the G test exam with examiner David at this drive test center. I was disappointed and scared of David. It's the first time I've met an examiner with emotion. I've never encountered racism like today. First, due to the rain, my brother and I were waiting for the test in the car. After my brother left. The examiner got in to the car and said is this seat for the short guy? Second, his voice was so low that I couldn't hear his instruction clearly. He asked me how many times I drove the 400 series highway. The first time he asked me, I didn't hear him. The second time he asked me, I looked at him and told him the number. Then he asked me a third time same question in an angry tone "why you didn't answer my question? ". I looked at him and raised my voice and answered his question AGAIN. Third, when I driving on the road, he always turn his head to the right and look outside the window. I did checked all the blind spot when I was turning left, turning right, and crossing the intersection. David put check mark on ALL my blind spot. That is so ridiculous. When I started the car, I double checked left and right before leaving the parking. But when I received the paper from the drive test center (the front desk lady was so friendly), there is a check mark on it too. When I finished the test and came back to the center, he didn't allow me to adjust my car on the parking lot and shouting at me to turn off the car right way. I told him gently that I needed to adjust my car or I might block other examinees. David started shouting at me again said why I always had to argue with him. I'm terribly afraid to talk to him. The G exam with David was a spiritual shock to me, I've never had someone yell at me like that. The exam ruined my whole day. I will NEVER come to this test center and I will tell ppl around me DONT BOOK A TEST HERE.

I made my G exam here because Kitchener center was overbooked by driving schools (they sell these slot for extra $50 or 100). Guelph drive test is less crowded than Kitchener so easy to get appointment. Examiner was strict and was tightly monitoring my driving skill until we reached the drive test parking and she said (congratulations you have passed the test).

Really disappointing experience. I'm a Canadian and have had a G license for many years but was away overseas for work and therefore had to switch my foreign license back for an Ontario G now that I'm back. When I got to speak to one of the drive test reps, they looked at my paperwork and offered to swap my NZ license for a G2. When I asked them to double check because I had been on a G prior to leaving Canada, they all of a sudden needed more information from me, and told me they couldn't help me until I had gotten written proof from the NZ government that I had been allowed to drive on my Ontario license longer than 60 days. This was not in their online criteria for switching a foreign license from a commonwealth country back to a G license.

I ended up having to go to Kitchener, where they helped me through the process super efficiently and without any issues. I was really disappointed with how rude the staff at the Guelph branch were to be honest, and how they did not have a solutions-oriented attitude towards the situation. It felt like they didn't want to help me as soon as the process started. This was a stark contrast from what I expected from a government customer relations office such as this.

Pathetic drive test centre. If you belong to the BIPOC community, would suggest to not go in since some employees there are bluntly racist. I come from India with 5 years of driving experience which makes me eligible to get a waiver for G2 (so, technically I should only be giving G1 and G) but one of the female workers sitting on the counter for G1 was absolutely racist and denied the waiver. When I questioned her that many of my friends with even less experience have received the waiver, she was like “then you can go to some other drive test centre”. She wouldn’t even let me complete my sentences and had the most rude expression on her face. This is today’s incident, hence wouldn’t recommend people of colour to visit that blond lady with curly hair who might be named Karen.

Went for my g test and passed! It was scheduled for 2: 34 and I arrived at 2, checked in and was able to start my test at 2: 11! The driving examiner was very clear with instructions and gave me tips for driving at the end of test (I think his name was Steven) overall great experience!

I did my G test at this location with Paul as my test examiner. He was very polite and friendly. Also, he was easy to understand and made me feel comfortable while doing the test. The experience overall was so positive and I’m glad I got the chance to meet such a kind and upbeat person! 10/10:)

I had best experience here today, I was scheduled for my test on Monday Jul 4rth but I was practicing around the town and noticed the test centre was open, so I tried my luck, the Guy upfront his name was Tony, was very friendly. My examiner Joanne was very very friendly and polite. I was extremely nervous before the test but she made me feel so comfortable and my test was a breeze. Thanks Joanne for being polite I was so nervous after reading all the comments.

The three categories of driver's licenses are stupidity of the highest category. But do they really think they can drive better than me? It's ridiculous, you can't trust these people to decide whether to give me a full g or not.

Staff behavior was too rude. Never go to this site. I was late few minutes and another girl come after me and she was late too and they added her In que second time manually and took her test but not mine. They asked me to wait without giving any waiting time limit for test. They are doing discrimination between white people and brown people. #racistpeople

I, had a bad experience here. The supervisor felt like a racist. She don't even listen to any one. I had a G test she canceled it i waited for 6 hrs over there if they could adjust it but she just keep on ignoring me even the driving instructors were free.she judge me with my colour and turban.

I took my g2 exam today here. I was late but lady at front helping a lot …she is nice to everyone. Lady named SAM she started taking my road test along with old guy …. And i am doing everything correct whatever she is saying me to do but from starting up-to the end she just nervous me saying speed up speed up even when there is curve at least we need sometime to move from the curve and to speed up right But still again and again saying speed up speed up.i got so nervous and uncomfortable.

This is the worst location ever if you don’t know how to speak English nobody is gonna help you they are so selfish not helper they are so mean so You’re gonna find the meanest examiners ever there and they are so rude All the staff are mean rude not helper Especially the blonde lady front door OMG god help you guys. Also The supervisor named Nicky is the most racist Indian lady I have ever met! She only helps the Indians and ignores the rest. Stay away from here!

Very disappointing! We booked a G2 driving test MONTHS in advance only for it to be canceled just before we were leaving. We live an hour and a half way so this was a trip/day for us. We tried to call the center for an explanation as to why it suddenly got canceled and got no call or answer back. We decided to go anyway only for us to be told that the "poor weather" was the factor.below is a picture of the weather that day. It was clear and the roads were bare! Drivable for sure! He was of no help. Now we will half to wait till "next year" to get another test. Waste of time.

I have been to this branch before and found them very thorough. Today, I was just dropping of my F class medical paperwork.
The 2 women working the door, and trying to bring the crowd chaos outside under control were fantastic. Kudos to them for keeping their cool in a high stressed environment. A thankless job that deserves more recognition for sure, especially during Covid times. You rock ladies.

This test centre is private it's controlled by people the majority of people who coming for test are you can see them they're coming from around Toronto and they're passing just for the first time because it's fixed already.

Passed my G2 here. Made sure that I didnt take my mask off while wating for the examiner. When they say “keep your mask on” keep it on. They’re dead serious about it.

Very bad experience. I went for my G test, I waited more than 1 hour outside. Examiner was very rude.

The examiner was so rude that he just cancelled my test for fixing my mask. Eventhough, i told him that i am so sorry sir I am coming from so far please don't cancel the exam. But he was so rude. He just cancelled it.

Everything was going to good but suddenly my examiner loudly speak on me yellow light, i said i know about light but he speak loudly and i got scared and stop the car before 3 feet the stop line also that time light was yellow, he fail me.i went to superviser she told i can not change the resuilt because she was not there, i told her please you can ask to the trainee who set on back seat in my car, she surprised and say how it is possible not any trainee with victor, i said but one was with me she not know what is going in her center then she told me she will talk about it with your examiner

Giving them 2 stars because the staff were at least friendly and were clearly trying their best. But getting told to wait in my car for an instructor without giving me any estimate wait time, then making me wait almost 2 hours in a parking lot? I went on to watch drivers come into the lot after me, get tested before me. Like I said, I don't want to blame staff because it seems like the intake procedures there need to be organized and refined on an administrative level. Was ultimately a terrible experience.

Worst experience ever, they said my photo on international driving license didn’t match my driving license, the staff was very rude and racist!

Overall had a pretty good experience with this DriveTest centre. The employee at the front door was extremely helpful in guiding everyone and was very nice. My G test examiner didn’t talk much (understandably) but when they did she was very nice and don’t have any complaints. Only thing that sucked was waiting in my car for an hour and 20 minutes after my scheduled G road test time. You have to wear a mast the entire time you sit in your car alone with no exceptions to drinking water or pulling it down for any reason. The day was very hot and as I didn’t want to leave my car idling for an hour and 20 minutes to get air conditioning while having my mask on, it got pretty uncomfortable. Minor inconvenience though.

I book my test in may, came early register in advance and now had to wait 1 h 10 min
and still no one came to do test

The lady she called her self she’s the the supervisor the most rude person in the world shame on driving test Center to have some like her to work in this place she should be in crazy hospital until she feel good and after she be allowed to be stay between ppls she the most rude person in the world.

Great experience! I just passed my G2 road test now. Only good things to say about this place. Paul Pryce was my examiner. So respectful and friendly! He made me feel comfortable and confident in my driving. Thank you, Paul, for your professional job.

Saw a lot of negative reviews for the centre so was a little nervous but my G2 test went amazingly! Contrary to many reviews, my test started soon after my booked appointment. The test taker was very polite, she kept me comfortable and was very professional. Please try and remember that they take several tests in a day, with some not so great experiences for them as well. Be kind to them too and all the best!

This place is horrible do not go here even if there is no where else we had a schedule for 2 pm and we waited literally till they are closed it was a horrible experience they take pride in failing people they do their absolute best to fail you and they do not care about people I’ve met a lot of people who said they drove 3 hours 4 hours to get here and they told them because their masks were not covering their entire face their nose was out they cancelled their exam garbage place

I never saw such stupid staff and spl such a rude supervisor lady they made a issue that my dad did not wear proper mask I told them to tell me the way he will wear mask according to that but they said now they canceled his test appointment. If you see a girl name Vicki have fun becuse she is probably one of the worst people you can talk to at the drive test becuse she speaks very rudely to customers that are trying to do their thing and gets really mad if you don't do you screening have fun

I had my G test here yesterday, my examiner was Antony, super sweet and polite, gave clear instructions and yes I passed the test. Although they made me wait for quite some time in car for which my examiner apologised before the test. The staff was fine as wel, everything was systematic.

I went here for my G test. I was very nervous, the lady at the front door is a little harsh but clear with her instructions. My examiner, Jon was friendly and calm. He gave clear instructions and the route was exactly the same as the ones online. He didn’t have me parallel park or reverse park which was very surprising! When he told me I passed he gave clear instructions as to where to go/what to do inside and everyone was very friendly. Thank you Guelph drive test!

Employees here do not value time of the person coming for test, irrespective of the rude behaviour they also find irrelevant reasons to cancel tests and make the candidate wait for the whole day. Nikita (the supervisor) gave baseless excuses to avoid the situation upon bringing the issue to her.
No covid formalities are followed by the examiners themselves!

What an absolute joke this place is. I’ve been driving for 3 years in Quebec yet they exchanged my FULL LICENSE for a G2? ! Absolutely ridiculous. Looks like they just want to make more money off people paying for road tests.

The brunette ladies at the front behind the counter when you sign in are incredibly sweet and welcoming and helpful, as well as the security who stands at the front door and lets people in, he's also super nice. But the female examiners are the problem here. I work in retail and am in shock at the way they talk to people From my experience and what I have heard from friends and family, the main thing everyone says is that "The lady examiners are always in a bad mood the second they enter your car. Theyre yelling and screaming at you from start to finish. " The way they scream at you is dehumanizing and no stranger should ever scream at you like that over a simple driving mistake.
I have heard the most rude stories about Melissa she is known for screaming and has made many close to me cry as well and shaken up by her screaming and I have seen many reviews about her aside from mine.

That has become the reputation of this place. Too many people go home traumatized after getting a women examiner. Its become a norm for people to wish they get a male examiner. Every story I have heard about a few male examiners were always incredibly nice, Viktor especially he is amazing! They actually want to be there and are kind and reassuring, whereas the women examiners act as if your existence is ruining their day. I understand if people make a mistake, but they scream at you like you are their 5 year old kid and it seems like every single review agrees with me as well as everyone I know who has taken a test here.
They should not work such jobs if they are not capable of being empathetic. I feel for the elderly people or the foreign people who can barely speak English who take tests here and get screamed at.

My examiner was screaming at me throughout the test right to the end and watching my face and reactions very carefully.

I passed.

They will put you under maximum pressure to check if you’re still a safe driver.

Examiner will scream at you for things your instructor has taught you to be correct. For example, merging on highway with no yield sign- you will be screamed at and told you don’t have the right of way if the car behind you is not slowing but speeding up.

Left turn if truck in opposite lane also turning left then you can’t see road behind clearly so you need to just wait.

When you’re told that you’ve passed the examiner’s tone will come to normal.

So, practice with different instructors, get your acquaintance to be the irate passenger, whatever you need to be super calm and be a safe driver. Kind of like the school bus driver.

In life you will get all kinds of road rage. You don’t react else you lose control of the car and you’re liable to hurt someone.

Ask examiner any questions you have like “right turn from this lane here? ” or “park in this spot near the grey car”? Yes the response will be screamed at you so you keep focus on your duty which is safe driving.

Follow all rules regardless of how loud and long the examiner screams. It’s all a test.

It was very busy and the speed at which the line moved was slow, but mostly because people were coming in by the busload from out of town. Many people did not bring the required documents and instead of returning at a later date, attempted to bargain with the employees for ten minutes or longer. They seem to know what they are doing and when you bring the documentation you need, service is quick.

Motorcycle inspector was fair in their assessment of M2 and M license tests. One star removed for faulty ear piece provided for M test, was so quiet I could barely hear the instructions over the wind noise, I was even using a full shell helmet.

I had a G test booked for 3: 43 on a Tuesday and arrived half an hour before in order to ensure I had lots of time to check in. When I arrived to the Guelph drive test centre there was a security guard standing outside. I explained to him that I had a G test booked for that day and I wanted to go inside to check in. He asked to look at my license and proceeded to tell me to park my car at the back. I said okay but asked if I could go inside to sign in and he told me no and to go park my car at the back. I then went and parked in the back and waited in my car for 50 minutes which was half an hour after my testing time. A worker eventually came up to my car and said that I needed to sign in and thats why no one ever came to my car and that they were not able to test me. I then spoke to the supervisor who tried to blame it on my for not realizing that I had to park my car in the back then come back to the front to sign in. They told me to come back the next day but I am not from Guelph and they did not explain how they just randomly had time to test me the next day which made me believe that they were going to make me wait until someone did not show up for their appointment. I tried to call the centre to get some more information about coming back and they did not respond. Overall a very bad experience that was not handled well I do not recommend booking a test at this location

Have twin daughters who both did their g2 exams. Monday was one and the lady at the door was extremely rude and yelling at everyone. I couldn't believe it. Thankfully her instructor for the test was nice and he made her feel less anxious.
Then my other daughter went today. Different lady at the door and she was extremely nice and made my daughter feel better. Then the tyrant came out. Very cold body language and the tone and way she spoke made my daughter very uncomfortable and anxious. She failed right away but continued to take the rest of the test pointing out little things like not knowing the intersection etc. I knew she was doomed from the start. These power tripping instructors need some retraining. These kids are already nervous. My daughters did driver training and passed all their mock tests with a 94%. So frustrating. Now to rebook and hope she doesn't get that biotch again!

Front door people were extremely rude. Went to get my G test and was turned down due to covid, fair. Some lady with a trench coat and glasses was extremely rude to me. After I got turned away and was waiting for my ride, she came back outside and said "why are you still here? I already addressed you" Like excuse me? She needs to be fired. And whoever trained her, needs to go too!

The only polite person there was the security guard, maybe they should get training from him.

TL;DR: I failed my test, my driving instructor Jasmine and the security guard are really friendly.

Everyone is at least slightly nervous performing a task in front of someone who is going to mark you as perform it. It doesn't help anyones nerves when the old lady at the front door is by far the rudest person I have ever met (coming from someone who works customer service). She is so short tempered, someone had said pardon me, and instead of repeating herself, she decided to yell it at him as if he were a child. She should be fired immediately. The security guard was super friendly, maybe he should train her how to be at least a semi decent human being.

Jasmine was my driving instructor. Although I did not pass (for a mistake I made and recognized myself as grounds for failing), she was calm and soothing. Helped the nerves. She guided me very well and was excellent.

It is near impossible to get ahold of these guys, service is garbage.staff seem to hate their jobs. Extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. I have no idea how this place is running without new management

Took my 16- year- old here for his road test. He was quite anxious due to having failed a previous test in Sudbury but Melissa's cheerfulness helped him stay confident and pass his test. Thanks, Melissa!

Simplest way to put it: worst DriveTest centre I have visited. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Melissa is by far the most horrible examiner I have ever encountered. She is rude and blatantly racist (yelled at my driver instructor, who has trouble speaking English, with no remorse at all). I knew from the moment she sat in the car that I would fail. She was mocking me the entire time, shaking her head, and making jokes of my mistakes. The way they treat you here is completely uncalled for, I have never been yelled at this much by a complete stranger. It is her JOB to examine my test, I was not forcing her to be there. Acting as if this was an inconvenience to her was completely unprofessional (seriously, who trains and hires the people here?). If she was having a bad day, it was not at all my fault, and she had no right to take it out on me and many others in the vicinity of that back parking lot.

Very good place.less crowded and polite staff. I cleared my G test from here and Highway maximum speed is only 70km/h.

I'm gonna preface this by saying that I passed my test so this is in no way coming from a bitter person that's just mad that they didnt pass. But as a person who works in retail I would never think of being rude to a complete stranger yet that was what I experienced. I had a feeling that I wouldn't enjoy the company of these employees when I met the first lady manning the door. An older lady that would yell and give confusing directions and yell some more when we didnt understand them. I was in no way surprised that she would be rude to me after she opened the door for herself and then let it smash into the man she was calling. From inside it was no much better, the person's manning the desk seemed to have never talked to a person before and seemed to not understand or care to answer any of my questions. After I had sat down to take the test (in the middle of small room) I had a hard time concentrating on the test considering that In one corner there was a lady yelling at people to leave because they took too long working a confusing paging machine, and in another corner was a drivers employee and a man screaming at each other; I believe the phrases "You cant do this" and "well actually I can" were thrown around. Luckily the man that I handed the test to was nice and understanding about how nervous I was considering I was strapped in a room with probobly the worst people i have ever met in a professional basis. After I was finally able to leave I vented a little and then decided to sit down and write this. I'd say the worst experience I had was the realization that these employees were being paid to be here and instead of treating their visitors politely with respect they took advantage of their power they had over everyone in the room and used it to create a toxic environment. I hope in the future the employees will treat their clients with more respect considering that there is no reason for them to treat us this way (it was actually surprisingly not busy. I wish I had a better experience because the experience I had taking this test has left me not so
excited for me future interactions with the guelph drive test center.

Rude Lady at the Front Door. Extremely irritated at every conversation that i noticed she had with someone and with me.

All employees but one were extremely rude at this location. People are already stressed when going here because they are taking a test of some sort and they don't need to add to that stress by dealing with ill-mannered employees. Should have known what was coming when I saw how impolite the woman doing Covid screening at the door was to everyone. Inside there was a shouting match between a driving examiner and someone they had just failed. How could anyone writing their G1 concentrate in that atmosphere? No one at at the drive test centre was courteous and none seemed to enjoy their job. Why continue to work there? I'm sure there are lots of people that would be happy to work at this type of government job and make a good wage.
It never ceases to amaze me that some in customer service could actually be so nasty interacting with a complete stranger. Do better, people.

Know someone who had their test done here. The instructor (George) wrongfully failed him within the first few minutes of the exam (George wanted him to make an illegal lane change and failed him for not doing so). After hours of fighting and getting into a heated argument where George insisted for them to "take it outside" and with PROOF that it was a wrongful fail, after a long discussion George admitted he was wrong but said he "did not want to confront his supervisor" about his mistake and therefore nothing could be done - how childish are you, like what? Own up to your mistakes.

The supervisor is just as bad, wish I knew your name to also call you out because you are just as much to blame for the yelling when you had no idea what you were talking about and making up lies defending your instructor when he admitted he was at fault. I wish I could give you guys 0 stars or even negative because you don't deserve the one I am forced to give. How can you threaten to call the police on someone who is defending themselves when a giant man is yelling in your face when THEY were in the wrong? What's wrong with you people. They deleted the previous review and I promise you there will be more. After this situation was brought up on social media, numerous people have come forward stating they had gone through the identical situation at this location.

How many bad reviews does it take for you people to see that YOU GUYS are the problem!
