Sarah was my driving examiner and she was very rude. Even though I was going 60 which was the speed limit she kept on yelling to speed up and when I did she failed my for speeding up. I heard she has a bad reputation among driving examiners.

If you want to pass, stay away from Sara. She is the worst person i have ever met in my life. The management really needs to rethink about her being an instructor specially when she is going with the new people who are new to driving. She failed me twice by giving me unnecessary reasons. At first i got it but i had very bad luck i got her again tomorrow and when my teacher asked her can i not gave test with her because i am uncomfortable with her as she yelled at me in my last test so many times if i was doing something wrong even if its small and made me so nervous, she said we do not have option to change it either to take her or cancel the test so i had to go with her. I almost spent like 2000 dollars on my license and classes and i was 100 percent sure that i am gonna pass but she failed me because she took it personally that i was not ready to go with her, she failed me bcz i forgot to gave one indicator when she was yelling and shouting at me the whole time of my exam. I was shaking because she made me so nervous and i had problem of anxiety. I knew that they can ignore 1-2 solly mistakes for sure because i saw a person infront of me has hit the curve but still got the license bcz he got good instructor but not me. Now i just gave up because she was so rude and bad that i dont want to drive anymore. I wish i get another chance with any other instructor yesterday. Dont go with all the positive comments for her u see here, they all are fake because she is seriously the worst instructor u will get in your life. Stay safe from her

Be aware of Sara. Simply refuse to go with her if you don’t like troubles

Not the best place my wife went for her G road test today. She got the examiner name Sara. Before they started the test the examiner Sara had alot of issues. First she asked to take off the camera from car, then she asked my wife why was car parked in reverse and who did it, she also very rudely told my wife's driving teacher to get out the car, then while driving she slapped my wife's hand and said your turning to slow.this kind of attitude from an examiner is not acceptable and unprofessional. Watch of for this rude examiner named Sara at stratford location she has some issues. She is definitely not qualified to be an examiner. Sara is a racist as well. I am not surprised to see all these bad reviews about Sara. What goes around comes around hope she will learn a lesson in a nasty way. Going to file a complaint about Sara through ombudsman and better business beauru. Also going to send an email to secro management.

My wife went for a G2 test, she got a lady named Sara, and she was insulting. Talking all the time in the car, she is always shouting and yelling, which makes her distracted and makes her fail.

The instructor Nikki was amazing, she made my wife comfortable throughout the test drive. Thank you

My sister she had her G test drive in this location last week the examiner was on training the trainer was in the car too my sister says the examiner was yelling and over acting and she was so rude her name is Sandra.

UNPROFESSIONAL! BIASED! Barb AND Vishal. I was at driving Center today to add my wife driving licence abstract from india. Barb, told me that she can't accept this abstract as it doesn't meet ministry criteria. Upon further asking, she told me she can't reveal what are the criteria that are not being met. When i told her that i would like to reach out to your superior. All of sudden, the abstract was all good! She made us to wait for 2 hour without any reason while it was not busy at all.

I feel so sad that her behavior towards us was so BIASED and UNPROFESSIONAL may be because of her prejudice!

I am going to write to ministry as well. Please make sure to write to ministry if it will happens with you as well.

I had my G test today. My examiner was Mr. Ahmed. He is very nice and polite. I were very nervous but you feel so comfortable, then the examiner like him takes you test. Thank you so much For a lovely experience.

If you have mobility issues with your neck you better tell them befor they get in the car. Even after pointing out to the instructor i have a disability permit i was told i was failed due to my disability and they wanted another 92$ in 10days even though i was told other then not moveing my head witch is hard and hurts i would have passed i feel discriminated agenst my disability. People with wears disabilities then me can drive felt defeated today for the first time in a long time.and your told you will get plenty of advanced wornings i came to 3 different stops wihout Instructions and had to ask the instructor which direction I was to turn/ go straight

Absolutely useless, I Just needed a misprint fixed on my license. They had no idea what they were doing, sat around for an hour before I finally walked out.

Very good place and the gentleman who was my g test examiner. He was very nice, kind and great.

Driving instructor too my Dad’s exam on 27th Sept. My dad doesn’t speak much English but the instructor was very polite gave clear instructions and my dad passed the exam. Highly recommend this location for drive test.

My Examiner Mr Ahmed is a wonderful human being and Versatile professional even he failed me due to my major mistake in Intersection, He is very polite and briefing me my mistakes during G test and given ne amazing tipps to improve my driving skill in future।

I had a nice experience with the centre. The drive test examiner Lisa was very good. She explained all the things that we were going to do in the test and always gave right instructions at each stages. I like the way she conducted the test.

Unfortunately only one person was working the counter. So it took a little longer than expected. But wrote my tests and renewed my license without issue.

Absolutely the WORST customer service representative I have EVER dealt with.
Unprofessional, rude and not helpful at all. These 16yr old kids are approaching this woman after being told for 2yrs to stay home. Have some patience with these kids, they're nervous enough already without you being nasty to them.
Then telling me I'M WRONG, that I infact would've got a paper copy of my daughter's student ID not just digital.
I realize that she deals with all sorts of people, however it is no excuse for her to speak, act or treat ANYONE that way when they haven't done anything to her especially a child! She was acted this way with everyone who walked it!
Barb, you NEED TO RETIRE IF YOU ARE THAT MISERABLE AND UNHAPPY.
If there was a negative rating on here I would put it down. Do I recommend this drive test center ABSOLUTELY NOT!

Just got my G road test this morning at this location. My examiner Mr. Ahmed was so nice. He understood how nervous I was and tried to make me relax and encouraged me and also gave me a clear instructions in advance. What a wonderful experience! He was a great examiner I have never seen before!

Do not expect above and beyond service expectations here. When signing in for the Drive Test, make sure ask them which side of the building is "Front" where your test vehicle going to be parked, because options on Sign in screen says, spot number, front, side or back. Problem is that their main entrance is sideways, there is NO Front or Back on this building. Then the Examiner will be wondering around the buidling where exactly the test vehicle is parked and take that frustration or anger on the person there for the drive test, at times very rude, no replies to hello or hi, good morning or even appear to be courteous. Few Examiners have more ego than the Minister of Transportation. Streets in Stratford have multiple missing Street Signs, no speed limit signs in vital spaces either. If entering from a 50kmph zone into an 80kmph zone at an intersection, you will never know the speed limit has gone up, may be the municipality have lack of funds to erect more signs at such intersections to say its a higher speed zone, then the Examiner will yell why are you so slow in an 80 zone, go figure. Another problem is that driving lane widths on local streets are very very narrow, it is like they ran out of space, there is no planning department it seems, houses are not built symmetrically and then they built streets around those houses, so don't expect Stratford to be like any other better designed cities streets with wider lanes, therefore check Blind Spots more regularly, leaen that skill from a wobble head toy, keep shaking head whether you really check the blindsopt is immaterial. They could make drive tests or exam experience better for people visiting from other cities by making these small changes. Good luck with your tests and make sure to bow down to the Examiner before the test begins, it may make them feel better. Few restaurants are nearby so at least you can have a place to eat after or before the test. Place was clean, washroom and entrance are wheelchair accessible, so that's very good. There is a bench in the tunnel, where you can sit and wonder which side is the front or back of that building. Customer Service personnel behind the counter are super awesome, compassionate and very friendly.

I had a great experience here today getting my G test. I arrived about 25 minutes early for my test, checked in on the computer by the door (SUPER easy and intuitive) and waited for a very short time. My examiner—I regret forgetting her name, she was a younger blonde woman—came promptly and was super friendly, and she was able to put my very anxious mind at ease within a couple of minutes. All the instructions I got throughout my test were clear and given well in advance, and I am very proud to say I passed! I have no complaints from this visit nor from my G2 test in 2019.

I arrived 30 minutes early to my driving test and the line wrapped around the corner of the building so I waited in line for my appointment and I ended up being five minutes late by the time I got in there. I gave my license to the lady at the counter and she informs me that I missed my appointment and that there is nothing she can do. The customer service and organization of this place is truly awful. Go to Clinton!

This place really recommended for G2 and G road test, the examiner are very good and give clear instruction on the road

The large one behind the desk was rude and ignorant. Made wait 30min then denied service as she didn't like my face covering.

The man at the front desk with tattoos and the older woman both need to check there customer service skills. I was treated SO poorly 2 days in a row and denied to write my M1 with no reasoning. I highly recommend driving the extra hour + to avoid these individuals.

My examiner was wonderful. She was friendly, clear and also gave me feedback after the exam. I’d given my G2 test and passed.

This place is a joke. The examiners do not know the basic rules of the road. They failed my wife for making a left turn while someone going the opposite direction was making a right turn. Both turning the same direction, and both cars are required to turn into the closest lanes. There were 2 lanes of traffic, so both cars are able to turn at the same time, provided they both turn into the correct lane. The examiner failed my wife for turning left as someone was turning right. He was completely wrong and I even proved that my wife was correct with the MTO drivers handbook. We were given a new test date without having to wait to rebook, but still had to pay an additional fee.

My wife has a wonderful experience with location. I bought her here to take a G2 test, the instructor (Mr Ahmed) was very nice and calm person.

Went here for my G2 passed no problem, the guy instructor was polite, cheerful and also gave clear and understanding of the rules and made me less nervous. Going for my G here too soon.

Took my G test today, Natalie was my examiner and I think she did an amazing job. She gave me clear instructions throughout the test and gave me advice after completing the examination. I followed the rules of the road and the instructions given and passed no problem.

I completed my g2 test here yesterday. The lady at the desk was very kind, explained all COVID precautions and definitely calmed my nerves. My examiner was Natalie, and she was good. She was professional, but kind, gave clear directions, and in the end I was successful. She also gave me tips at the end of the test on how I could improve in the areas that I didn't do so well on. Overall, it was a fairly enjoyable experience. I 10/10 recommend this drive test location.

Some of the employees are very rude. One lady in particular has no business at all serving the public. I would give zero stars if I could. The employees here should learn some people skills from the service Ontario building on Huron st.

The fact that they have more negative reviews than positive says it all. Lady failed me because she needed to meet the quota in fail to pass not to mention I’ve been driving for years. Should definitely look into the Kristen or kristy fail to pass ratio as he was rude for no reason and not to mention she was discriminating to the the people whose language is obviously not English. I was in the test centre when I heard her and the guy laughing and making fun of the poor women who was asking a general question. Will not come back and she definitely had some issue against people who don’t look like her. RACIST it’s 2021 you need to grow up and realize that everyone is human and shouldn’t be judge on the basis of their skin.

I had a wonderful experience. I did my g2 road test there. The staffs were really doing a great job. They are explaining even very small things clearly. The office was really clean and they were sanitizing the counter after each person. The instructor was also really friendly. Overall I had an amazing experience.

I understand people have given plenty of negative reviews. However, my experience was quite the opposite. People are welcoming here and Test and licencing procedure was smooth.

Michelle is GREAT! She was super friendly, both to me and another person that was there to take a test. There was no line, it was VERY clean, and directions were very clear. I come from Kitchener every time

You need to update your business hours online. So many people are trying to get their license during this shut down. Your parking lot had multiple people in it, people online are reporting you're one of the only centres open. I drove an hour and a half to get here, as your automated phones don't provide any real information. Extremely unprofessional to run a service like this and not have accurate information. Especially when so many people are desperate to get licenses.

Ive been here 3 times to write my m1, each time ive been there one hour before closing and the only one waiting.every time the employees here take so long with whoever is being helped, by the time i get to the counter it is "too late" to write.get more employees or figure something out to speed the proccess up

Has anyone be going to their test with this virus? Going around second id like to know how many left turns they make you do on your g test?

I came here for my full G. I was tested by Natalie. She was very professional, clear in her instructions and to the point. If you know to drive safely, you would get your license here.

My experience at the center was ok. We moved from another province, so it was a bit of a complicated matter, where it seemed they were totally inexperienced. But they were nice. Today I called to book a road test, and oh my that lady was angry! I could assume she'll send the cops to arrest me just for trying to book a road test. Anyway I didn't get an appointment, I need to come in personally, because we come from another province.

I’ve waited 10 months to get my license back, my doctors office told me to bike across town to the drive test place to hand in my medical forums clearing me to drive again. The drive test place guaranteed me that they would fax my forums off to the ministry so I can drive again. They lied and never faxed anything. I’ve now waited an extra 2 months because these people don’t know how to do their job. Absolutely ridiculous, typical government employees.

Me and wife came here for G.we were tested by Ben and Natalie. Both were professionals and to the point. If you know to drive safely, you would get your licence here.

Terrible experience ever! Jamie I believe. Worst examiner ever, I took my g2 test today and I believe there was no reason for me to fail. She was rude and had a terrible attitude and she kept raising her voice at me while I was driving, she failed me because my back tire was on a bit of grass when I completed my parallel park yet she was telling me to hurry up and making me very nervous because a car was waiting for me to finish. I therefore didnt get to fix myself and had to just give up on my parallel park. Then she told me how she will instruct me to do everything and to NOT do anything else unless told. So I took that and I didnt merge into a lane because I was never told to do so and then at the end of my test she proceeded to tell me I should just know when to do it and the examiner wont tell you when to merge yet my sister went after me and her examiner told her everything like they say in the beginning. She yelled at me for slowing down at corners to make sure there was no oncoming traffic because apparently you dont do that. Apparently you also have the right of way when turning right into ongoing traffic! I am very very mad. She told me my driving was good and she didnt feel unsafe but I didnt meet the requirements.

Testers comments that he gets “no joy” from failing a driver is irrelevant. It’s not about him.it’s about the driver who’s only error, other than parallel parking, (who does that anymore anyway?) was to execute a 3 point turn as instructed but at the apron of a driveway.

My test went amazing here! I arrived with my dad 30 minutes early as suggested in the email, and there was nobody else even in the building! Absolutely no wait. Went and sat in my car in the parking area and waited for my scheduled time. My test examiner came right on time and greeted me with a warm smile. She explained what I would be doing on my test, and we were off. She was absolutely lovely the whole time! I believe it was Lisa but I could be wrong.super sweet lady with blonde hair. Passed my test the first time! Afterwards, she explained to me any mistakes I’d made and politely told me to work on them, and to go on in and wait for my number to be called to get my license. The experience was super pleasant and I totally recommend taking your test here. Lady at the desk was also super kind and congratulated me. Especially if you’re coming from somewhere like Kitchener, the drive is definitely worth it as there was no wait. Awesome service

Jamie needs to just shut up and do her job. In fact she doesn't even deserve this job from the looks of all the other people who went through this.

Im 49 years old and just took my G2 road test on june 25,2019. The staff were wonderful and i'm sorry I made my instructor nervious going around a few corners fast and wide. I can hardly wait to get into my own car and practice all the stuff I learned from the driving school (Buds). Too bad I can't get my full M from this centre as well. See you all then I go for my full G:)

Went here today to find out my rescheduled test wasn’t actually rescheduled.the lady named BARB.was very rude and not understanding at all and already just wanted to get me out of there. She didn’t even bother to look into further details that I didn’t fully submitted my reschedule. She didn’t wanna help me at all she kept looking for ways to just get me out of there. Rather if it was I didn’t have a scheduled test or they didn’t have any available to I wasn’t aloud to bring my infant on the exam which yes was my fault I didn’t know which I think is unreasonable on MTOS part. Barb was also trying to get me to pay for my road test again. When I called mto myself they said my fund was still there regardless if I missed or didn’t process my reschedule or not. I paid to get my G test until I actually do it the payment is still there unless I fail then that’s another story. Anyways. Barb if you see this I understand it’s awful working for the government but you could at least pretend you have the best interest in people who are trying to better themselves. You’re in the wrong industry if you don’t like working and helping people. It’s your job, if you don’t like it or the place you’re in then change it. Cheers BARB.

Book the entire day off of work. Doesn't matter what time your appointment is or what it's for. Expect to spend the ENTIRE day here

I was examined for my G full license here by Natalie. She was very professional, all that she asked me to do on the roads was told in advance and I had plenty of time to react. I felt myself comfortable and relaxed, because I knew nothing unpredictable will happen to me. Guys, just obey ALL rules, signs and speed limits - this will let you pass an exam easily! No extra waiting time, all was at my scheduled booking. Even ladies at the office were nice and sweet. I can recommend this location.

Please please do not take your road test here. Nathalie was my examiner, she was very rude unprofessional and wicked i mean very wicked she failed me twice for my G test, i can't be that bad in driving after 15years experience, clean driving record. Nathalie just did not like my face, you could tell from her look when she entered my car. I'm not going to stop talking about this until something is done, i was treated poorly by Nathalie. MTO please do something about this mistreatment so it will not happen to someone else
