The person who was my examiner haven’t even greet me. First there was a tire in my back seat he told me very rudely to move it. After that anybody gets nervous but still I greeted him but there was no response from his side.

Thanks to Mr. Yu, I was able to pass my G test the first time! He's very patient, responsive and knowledgeable. He's an excellent driving instructor who was flexible with my schedule. I highly recommend him!
The Tillsonburg centre was friendly. The examiner was fair and clear in his instructions.

Booked my G test here as it was the soonest available place around me. I didn't realize the pass rating was so low, started to worry after seeing that and some of the reviews. I went early as they want you to, they were backed up a bit so wait time was a little longer but I did as I was instructed and passed no problem. 4 stars because of the extra delay but it could have just been that day.

Why you book people in if you have lunch break! Have some respect and dignity if possible. Irresponsible management here. Stinks

I completed my G2 road test here, the staff were extremely friendly and cooperative. The examiner was polite and patient. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to book a G1, G2, or G test.

They keep failing me but telling me I did great they don’t listen to reason I was at at stop I seen a truck coming I just moved little further so I could see better cuz there was a sign in the way she failed me for that even when I told her that I was just trying to see

Worst place ever like how hard do you need to press the brakes to indicate that you have come to a complete stop far as I am concerned it doesn’t matter how hard as long as you come to a complete stop

Guys, Do yourself a favour and Save your Money, and Do not book your G or G2 test. Especially if you are a person of color. The examiners are old rude people. Extremely Rude.

Would give Zero stars if I could. This place nearly has a 50% failure rate. The Man that takes people out yelled at my younger cousin to go to the doctors and get medication. Fire this man immediately. I will me filing a formal complaint.

Not recommended for you to road test here. They work not pro and just want you to pay money for that, easy to catch you small mistake and didn't look when you check blind spot and tick on you exam you failed for blind spot. They make you confused about turn left right or straight, talk too late. Too strict.

The test centre representative was arrogant and didn't add my Indian driving licence extract experience in my test and neither gave the reason.

Don't go here, instructors are biased, very unreasonable when it comes to marking "apparently I didn't scan traffic at a red light" whatever that means next time I'll just drive with my eyes closed. Simcoe is much more friendly go there next time

Cancelled 3 hours before my test because "tester got sick and went home". What a joke.

I went there today and took my G2 test. When I first got there the lady working the desk who assisted me with checking in was very friendly. She could see i was nervous and told me to breath and that i would be ok. My instructor Heather was amazing! I was extremely nervous. But she made me feel calm and comfortable. I passed! I cannot say enough good things about her. I would highly recommend taking your test here! All of the staff are very friendly and have excellent customer service.

Staff inside is very efficient and well mannered. Driver instructor had a very snarky demeanour upon first interaction. He was not very observant and he became anxious when in large amounts of traffic. After that, I didn’t really feel to well with him beside me.

I would avoid this place if you can.

Poor experience. Would not recommend. Older blonde woman threatened me with an out of order before the test even began because I was in the “wrong parking lot”. Also lied on my results saying I made contact with an obstacle, and in the final review just called it a "situation" so I had to wait to read the notes online to see that she lied. There was no contact, I was just close (still a screw up by me). I’d have to be off a shoulder and in a grass ditch to have made contact. Did not give instructions early enough, she was actually more of a distraction because of it. In driving school they tell you to know your route. Since you can't in a test, you expect the examiner to give you instructions in a timely manner. Examiner ID 539.

6 Months ago, went here for test drive. I got the guy I heard he was easy by my driver teacher. But, he talked so fast and unclear for me to hear what he said and make me failed and I did 2 small mistake and still failed me. Didn't over speed the limit, did everything he asked and I have to asked him twice of what he was saying. The 2 people inside were somewhat rude don't understand why being rude to new drivers and make them nervous to failed.

I can’t remember the name of the man who came with me for my G test today, but he came out 20mins before my scheduled Time. Which was great. But from the second he came into the car I could tell he was fed up with the day and didn't have a single care. We proceed with the test and I am doing everything as I should. Checking my mirrors, doing the exact speed, checking my blind spots etc.through the whole test. I made one mistake with taking my hands off the wheel at a red light but quickly fixed the mistake. So I figured that would’ve been the only negative thing about the drive. We arrive back at the test centre and he proceeds to tell me I failed the expectations because I apparently wasn’t checking my mirrors enough when coming up to a red light/ stop sign to ensure no one was tailing me. Even if they were, what do they want me to do? Run the light/stop sign to prevent the person behind me causing an accident? Regardless though, I was checking. Every time. And at one point he had me switching lanes multiple times within the matter of seconds between lane changes. It threw me off and according to him I didn’t check my blind spot quick enough. Which out of all the times he got me to do lane changes, it was only the one time I was a little delayed but still checked the mirrors to make sure there were no vehicles. So therefore, he failed me. And now I get to waste another $90 in 10 days because he failed me over stuff I was doing right in the first place!

Appenterntly they were removing 3 point turns and a couple other things from the G road test but my instructor still got me to do a 3 point turn, I failed cuz my head wasn't looking around every 5-7 seconds.

I had my G2 test here with Stephinie. I was very nervous and she was very understanding and polite to me, I really appreciated her positivity!

Today I present my G2 test, unfortunately I don't remember the name of the examiner, but of the male examiners he was the youngest. My experience was very good, the examiner has a strict and very respectful posture, which indicates that he is an excellent evaluator. He also gave me a lot of security when I told him that he did not have much practice with English, he very kindly gave me the instructions with signs and patience. Thanks to that security, respect and example of Canadian values, I definitely recommend this Drive test!

It may be the single best experience at a drive test. I chose Tillsonburg, hoping the wait would be less than London. I had to renew and write for my A and Z. The two friendly and knowledgeable ladies were very accommodating. I will keep coming back to this drive test kudos to the staff. Thanks.

VERY easy to get your licence here, you just have to wait an insane amount of time. (shutdowns from covid, idk how backed up they would be normally.) Everything was straightforward and easy, the staff were friendly enough though visibly stressed. Good experience.

Best place for your g test, my examiner is very nice Canadian lady, and front desk lady is very helpful and welcoming to

My experience was terrible, the person who attended us was very courteous and treated my husband and me badly. We are going to put the curfew, this is terrible for people with that we are as we are. I will never return to this place I will not recommend it to anyone.

As a representative of and providing services for the Ontario ministry of transportation they certainly like to deflect responsibility for gaps between what they do and what the government does.

Passed my g2 today here.the examiner was great! He was talking to me in a kind and relaxed manner & i was actually able to small talk a lot with him:) great guy.there were two ladies at the front desk.one was very quiet and didn’t say a single word to me except when i brought my license to her after i passed and she was pretty nice.the other one was just plain miserable and incredibly ignorant.i was extremely close to saying something due to the way she was talking to me and others.it isn’t a very welcoming environment when you first arrive due to this one person.there are so many new drivers coming in and out all day and i would at least expect some sort of kindness or compassion when it comes to that.i’ve noticed that almost everybody i’ve come across that works at the front desk of a drive test building is really really unkind.overall a great experience during the test, but whoever this lady is please don’t forget to be kind and have some compassion for the highly anxious kids coming in and out of your work place all day.she really sounded and looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there.

I passed my G2 test today. It was a great experience. The young lady “ stephinie” was my examiner, nd she was very polite and calm. She made me feel very comfortable while I was driving.will Must recommend this location to everyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the male drive instructor here was completely off side today. It started off with him telling me to cross over into the far lane of traffic from the parking lot on the other side, then he would go whoa whoa whoa, careful, watch out and other distracting things. Then he started giving instructions more then once. First would be from about half a block away and the next would be a few Seconds later for the same instruction. He talked the whole time and through me out of concentration. He then stated I ran over the curb during a parallel park when I felt nothing and when I looked I was not over a curb. He was super distracting the whole time I do not recommend going here if you have a choice. Good luck if you do

It was an amazing place and instructors are too good. Focus on your speed and relax.best place to give G2

I had to book my G test here because I did not get any schedule in my hometown in next 6 months. I was little nervous since it was a new town for me. However, I found this test center a calm and quite place with full of helpful staffs. Specially, I found the G examiner (Scott) as a very nice person, he was polite and very clear about the instructions. It was really a very good experience.

Easy roads for G2 and G test

I was nervous at my G2 drive test. But Jessica was my instructor at that time. She is a very nice lady. She helped me to feel comfortable at beginning of test and i passed my test. I highly recommend this place for G2 road test.

Jessica is such a sweetheart. I was a bit tensed when giving my G2 test but she was so friendly which helped me calm down. She explained everything in detail before starting the test and gave instructions well in advance & BOOM! I cleared my test in my very first try. Not just Jessica but the rest of the staff whom I got to meet at the center, were good as well. I would totally recommend this place.

To avoid any complications show up on time at the drive test center and wear a proper mask and also wear your mask if you are waiting in your car.don't complain if you are not following these basic covid precautions.last but not the least come prepared and research all rules (YouTube has a great video shot decades ago.watch it and learn everything). Tillsonburg is a small town and has many stop signs and the drive test center has schools nearby.speed limits are usually 40km instead of 50km so watch the signs. Staff was very professional and unlike anything described on the bad reviews here

The worst place i have ever been to.i was on time but still they refuse to take my test because they prefer to leave early because of friday.i went there all the way 300 kms but they did not listen.they were extremely rude and behaviour was ridiculously pathetic.do not come here no matter what.

I was refused service because I didn’t have proper face covering (Mar 4). Taking the cvor written test. I was wearing a cloth face cover as required written on their website. Bigger guy behind counter had a black bandana on and said they can’t help me if I don’t have the right mask on. Lady in grey suggested I go and buy a blue mask. Talk about one law for thee but not for me. Filed a report.

I was standing there (March 2/2021) and a Indian man walked in and needed to ask a question and the big guy behind the counter said before I can help you, you need to go to store over there and get a “proper” mask. He had on the same style of mask as the man that was works at the drive test centre. This drive test centre man never told anyone else (all white) they didn’t need a different mask. Very disgusting behaviour! We are all equal. I am white woman by the way. I went to my car and gave the Indian gentleman a mask so he didn’t have to buy a pack and he could ask his question. They need to do better!

If was ok but i was told that only the person who was needing the serves could go in and the they let other parents in.

Had an amazing experience yesterday as I went for my G2, I believe my instructors name was Scott I didn't quite catch his name but it was the male instructor, after reading multiple reviews I was super nervous but he was super sweet and easy going! The lady inside at the desk I didn't catch her name but she was very polite and understanding. As long as you know the rules of the road and how to properly drive you will pass, Scott was very thorough when explaining where to go. I forgot to grab my marking sheet when leaving which I wish I grabbed but overall I passed and was told I did fairly well. I did not break any laws and if anything made a few minor mistakes! I would highly recommend this location as it was a great experience and very polite workers with my experience.

I went to write the G1 and bombed because their test questions were rigged so that I fail and pay for a second test. The YIELD question answer was "you must give the right of way" and it was rigged to choose a wrong answer of, " you have the right of way. " My dad had the same problem when he did his CVOR test and had to do it 5x before getting it and then the clerk admitted that the test is made for 90% of people to FaIL it!: (What a money grab. Thats all this place was.

Worst customer service ever. Went there to right my CVOR for my corporation. After waiting an hour and half I was told I couldn’t do it because my birthday was in December and they were doing Jan to June. My birthday has nothing to do with when I write. It’s a corporation not personal. Long grey haired women just trying to be hard to get along with. She needs a new job if she’s not happy there!

Don't go here! There is only one driving examiner that is pleasant. Everyone else that works there makes you feel like you are annoying them, interrupting their day and hate their job. If you get Scott as road tester you might just want to cancel he will fail you 1st time guaranteed. Tillsonburg is full of racist people anyway so no surprise.

They cancelled my road test last minute and I didn't even get an email about it. I called in in advance and luckily found out before driving out to do my test.

Had Scott my first 2 times for my g2
He shouted at me over small issues and made me nervous so of course I failed. Had the shorter lady for my 3rd time and she was super friendly and i passed no problem

This place deserves more stars. Very friendly staff, short wait time even though there was only the one driving instructor. Definitely worth the drive!

Wife and I had to rewrite our AZ, we both thought they were vary friendly and vary helpful. What time was vary short. Our experience at this office was a 5

I've had to do a whole other process and went to the Tillsonburg center and passed my road test. The instructor was clear and when I asked for clarification, she acknowledged it with ease. She is very nice and has a relaxed manner for the test. Much worth the drive to Tillsonburg!

Don't do there. You have to practice where will be going to done the test. You have to know every street that has a school before you entry the street. If you slow down just after you see the sign 40 km/h will be failed. If you do not know every street close to this test drive do not go there.

The staff is Friendly and kind too people they dont yell at u when you take test.they will tell you your score at the end

The worst driving center ever. Ive been waiting for 2 months just to do my (G2) and when the day finally arrived, they canceled it 10 min before the test and they didn’t even call me to let me know. The funny part of this story is that the lady said “ Ohh I’m sorry it’s not our fault, let me book you another day 3 months from now” with a big smile. 0/10

I have obtained my full G. The reception ladies are very cordial. There are two instructors, one man and one woman. The short woman did my test. She is very professional, always has a smile, understands your nerves and transmits tranquility, does not shout at you like other instructors. She is wonderful. I fully recommend this place, I do not have a single complaint.
