These guy's are super friendly and my car always comes out clean and shiny and the high power dryer hardly leaves a drop of water on the car. I highly recommend this place. A1 staff and A1 service

Probably the most friendly and helpful staff I’ve encounter at an auto spa. I went to purchase a gift card and the staff helped me decide on how much to put on the gift card to cover everything I wanted to have completed. Everytime after that they’ve been professional and friendly.

First time at Dry N Shine and never looking back. Exceptional customer service and quality of service. Joe was beyond helpful ensuring I received the best service. Seeing customers walk in they were welcomed warmly everytime. I will definitely be going back and recommending to everyone I know - in and out of Hamilton! It is worth the extra drive, for the out of this world shine and service.

2nd year coming for the Halloween clean and scream and so fun! Owner was so kind to have a couple people come out for pictures with my kids as I don't have a car but we sat on the curb and all the people with costumes came up to me and my kids with high fives! Thank you all! Made my kids night for sure, they are looking forward to coming back next year!:)

Not enough room for a full review here but I will never consider using this facility again. Management and staff really need to learn how customer service works and it’s not just a smile and saying thank you

I’ve been going here multiple times with all of my cars for the past year. Quality tunnel wash. Nice bonus of free vacuum. I left my car’s carpet mat and came back a couple day later and they had safely stored it for me. Great service. Great management.

Great car wash, touch or touch less. Can do manual was as well. Dog spa available. Vacuums are strong. Haircuts next door. Hope you open more locations.

I am trying the monthly subscription if I use it once a week it works out to 10 dollars a wash for the Ultimate wash and the results are awesome happy customer

We are happy with the service but we are not happy that there’s a sign outside advertising memberships starting at $29.99 per month which is now obsolete. Also states $49.99 per month for ultimate which is also not the price. The sign should be removed as it is false advertising. We understand the cost of goods going up but don’t false advertise to bring customers into your facility.

I should have taken a before and after photo of my van. It went is so dirty as I used it for work and when the crew a dry and shine was done with it, it looked brand new. My wife wasn't affaird to put her purse on the floor in my van.

First time at this Hamilton tunnel car wash, very impressed, lots of soap and many brushes. Got the ultimate for $22.

Just picked up my F-150, had the exterior and interior package with gift cart. Very impressed and happy with the results and will use these guys again. Truck has a cleaner interior than when i bought it from Barton St Hyundai couple years ago

I was expecting far better service, especially for the cost. The interior of my vehicle had places they didn't vacuum, the dashboard and doors and console areas were not wiped down properly and left behind streaks. Exterior wash was good though and the staff were friendly. All that being will not be returning.

I have been a customer since they started about 2 years ago. Today I went for an indoor cleaning for $40+tax. I think service quality is going down. While cleaning the car the told me the back seat needs shampoo ($20+tax extra) and I said ok. After finishing the car I found the trunk was not touched so I told the guy why wasn’t it cleaned? He said it’s extra (car is sedan). I wasn’t even asked about n the beginning if I need to clean it or not. Eventually they vacuumed the trunk but it felt like they were doing me a favour. After receiving the car there are few areas that were not cleaned well. Their starting price is not cheap and they try to charge ridiculous extras. I don’t think I will go there again.

Came to wash the salt off my car in one of the self service bays. I had been here a few times before it was great. Different story today, every bay is covered in garbage, looks like no one has been here to take care of it in weeks. The icing on the cake was the foam brush that was just MISSING…. Turned it on to use it and foamy soap fell from the ceiling because the whole brush and line were gone! Not a single sign indicating perhaps this bay was out of order or anything.

Just around the corner from my home, decided to give it a try for my full size pickup, asked for interior exterior service, truck came out looking excellent! And price was a bonus! Certainly will recommend and repeat! Thank Dry N Shine!

Cold water self wash bay. Ice build up everywhere. Ice on the floor etc.

I slipped on the ice at the entrance of the wash bay and hurt my elbow and sprained my knee. And couldnt finish cleaning my car bcuz soap just freezes over while applying it.

I changed wash bay three times i thought maybe water is not working properly.

So i tried to wash it off with Cold water pressure washer as much as i could and drove to other place with Heated water to finish it up.

I called them and talked to one staff for complaining about the cold water in self car wash in winter and ice build up on entrance.

And the staff responded with "COLD WATER is normal for self car wash bay and no other place uses heated water around here, i checked"
And i was like "are you sure? Bcuz i just went to the red h*** car wash and they use heated water" and the staff "maybe they just changed it they didnt have it when i went last time, i will go check after your call" which i said to him " they been using heated water for long time when i went like two months ago and also, on same day i went this place, too"

Anyways, after that this staff asked my information and said management team will contact me but its been a week, no response from them.

** (Edit. Been two weeks, no calls from their management team)

Hope this staff went to check and found out how much difference between that place and this place.

Maybe summer season they can use cold water but in winter, no.

FYI.
(I've been to lot of self car wash places bcuz of i like clean my car myself and joining my frds and none of them (DT toronto, hamilton, burlington, Mississauga, london) had Cold water. Maybe i could be wrong but if they do then probably small amount of places has Cold water wash bay)

Sent my suv with high hopes For almost 75 dollars this place may seem cheap but is a mistake, polite folks though but poor cleaning skills inside and outside. Wipe and smug marks all over interiors debris on floor.

Amazing, this is not just a car wash. This is a car experience. I have been waiting many years for a place like this.
I met the owner and had an amazing conversation with him. He told me he put his heart into the design and function of this place. I can tell you he got it right! Please use this place and trust me when I say you get amazing service, fast service, friendly service, amazing value for what you get, and most importantly, they don't cut corners and you will fall back in love with your car just like the day it was brand new!

This was the worst car wash I've ever had. Only did half of each tire, mirrors not clean and body wash HORRIBLE. I will never go back even if it's free. Went to Main St wash the next day. Nothing beats hands on for thorough clean and shin

I took my car in for interior cleaning and help with an unsightly amount of dog hair that had piled up from our beach trips. I don't know how they did it, but they really delivered and the carpet looks so good. Such a nice facility and family! I wouldn't hesitate to go again. Thank you.

If you want to go somewhere where half the staff don’t wear masks then come here. Doesn’t matter how well they clean if they don’t respect the people around them regardless of vaccine status.

Gives a total clean including air dryer and shammy stages. Tire rim cleaning option is also available.
No tight tire track to line up with and no self timing your advance during the drying stage!
I see they offer independent wash bays and multiple vacuum stations as well.
I appreciate how well lit all areas are for any of after dark cleaning.
Will definitely return.

WOW. All I can say. I ran my new Murano thru the wash. It washed every inch of my car NEVER had a car wash do that to any of my cars in the past. And get this at the end it has a rim and tire shine cleaner.you kidding me! SUPERFAB, So after being ask how the car came out by the owner (I think Rick was his name) I decided to buy a monthly pass. I will never drive a dirty car again. State of the art place. Well done owners! Do yourself a favour and go for a wash. You will not be disappointed!

My 2003 GMC Yukon (black) has been through a lot of carwashes over the years, but nothing like what I experienced today! I had my truck washed at the new Dry N Shine Autospa and I can't stop talking about it! From the moment I pulled in, to the moment I left, I honestly felt like I was in another world. I have never in my life experienced anything like it! This has to be the first of it's kind, and I think everyone needs to bring their vehicles for what I would call the absolute best carwash you will ever experience in your life! I still can't believe how my truck looks brand new just from driving through this state-of-the-art carwash. You have to try it!

Great Staff very friendly but not very good truck wash when you pay for the best that they offer you expect it to be perfect and not have dirt still on your truck

Wow I am blown away by Dry n’ Shine Auto Spa’s car wash! The facilities are state of the art and like nothing I have ever seen! The kids loved the lights and all the coloured and rainbow suds, the conveyor belt system is so much better than track systems (Even with all the cameras on my car I’m always worried I will miss the track and dent my rims) but the best part is the drying cloths at the end! My car was spotless and perfectly dry! I’ve never been excited to wash my car before but am looking forward to my next wash!

There was lots of salt and lots of mud and dirt baked on my car. Took it to this place today for the first car wash in months. I was amazed with state of the art car wash facility. It’s not cheap but TBH I don’t know if i want to wash my car anywhere else after this. All other car wash places look like half car wash compared to this place. Also very friendly staff! I wish they had some point system or reward system to encourage me to go more often or give their more expensive options a try.

Visited Dry N Shine Auto Spa today for the first time and was blown away by the Exterior Car Wash, it is a beast! The automated ordering screen is very user friendly, Rick- the owner even came over to greet us and explained how everything worked. There was an attended at the front to guide us onto the conveyor belt system, I find this much better than a track style car wash especially with having wider tires on my husbands truck. It really can accommodate any style vehicle! The soap and rinse cycles were very thorough and the water was very high powered. The best part were the shammies at the end of the tunnel just after the dryers, the car was literally dry and shiny! Great addition to the Hannon area, awesome experience, highly recommend! Best of luck to Rick and his brothers!
