Excellent Work. Gary provided an estimate for replacement of our sump pump pit and the lost gravel around it. They had to jack hammer up the basement floor. Amazing price and great work. They fit us in on a Saturday and had the work done in no time. Cleaned up everything and it looks amazing. Very Satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

Imagine your basement flooding and while repairing, you find two cracks in your foundation!
When asking around I was given the name of Dry Rite in Essex. They had recently repaired one of my neighbors foundation and was wholeheartedly recommended by another neighbors. When I called, Gary was out the very next day to give me a quote. After seeing the quality of work completed at the neighbors, I was sold! They were so meticulously neat I was shocked! They were in and out within 4 days. I recommend Kirk, Fil and Matt! The quality of their work was amazing. They were polite, professional and did a great job!

When deciding on finishes, we decided to go with epoxy in the furnace room, under the stairs and in the storage room. Gary was out the very next day to give me a quote. He came in under the previous quote I had received from a friend’s recommendation. Mike, Will and Isaiah were amazing! When I came home from work the first day, they had the floor cleaned, the first coat and the flex’s down. It looked amazing! They told me to wait till the final coat was done. It was so much better! Jeff did an excellent job in lifting the concrete slabs on our driveway. The slabs had sunken down 3-4 inches in spots and he spent 4 hours lifting and straightening them. Jeff was fussy and made sure the job was done properly plus he cleaned up beautifully afterwards.
I would definitely recommend Dry Rite for slab jacking.

I had a flood (Rain water coming in) in my basement. I called them immediately, they came, checked and figured out the issue. I got sump pump and backflow valve installed in my basement. Moreover, they cleaned the basement, and did all necessary things.

In addition, they explained me everything including getting permit and applying for subsidy.

I'm very happy with the work the team from Dry-Rite did to fix a crack in the basement foundation wall. I am extremely happy with the basement waterproofing and outdoor concrete raising that Dry-Rite did for me. From the very first time I met Gary he was very professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating. For all three jobs his crew did for us they were always on time, they worked efficiently and were super conscientious. By far they are the best clean up workers I have ever had.

We had a sump pump failure that needed a full replacement (it was due, so it wasn't a surprise). With all the rain the area had been receiving, Dry-Rite estimated they could get to our job in approximately 2 to 3 weeks due to their waitlist. They were right on schedule and finished the job on budget.

At the same time, the heavy downpours that Windsor was receiving caused repeated water seepage in the basement. We asked Gary to come back and give us a quote on having the affected area dug down to the footings and sealed. The price was very fair and they were able to get to us quite quickly for this job.

The work was professional and everything was nicely graded after the job was completed ahead of the estimated time (we were told it could be 2 days on-site, and they were able to finish by the second afternoon). They washed the cement sidewalk and driveway, and raked the lawn to remove any debris that could be caught in the lawnmower later.

Lana in the office is great to work with, and Kyle, Phil and Matt took good care of our home. They noticed a root that had the potential to cause a problem with the foundation and were able to remove it before it did any damage. Highly recommended.

Hired dry rite to raise some sunken concrete around my home and driveway. They arrived early and were courteous, polite and explained the process. Couldn’t have asked for more. 5*

I cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees that were on site. First off, Gary was a consummate professional from the day I met him until the very last day when the job was done. My foundation was leaking water into the basement of a 60 year old house.
Gary visited the site while the work was being performed on both days and addressed a couple concerns I had and assured me they would be taken care of. I was especially impressed with the two window wells he offered to put in at cost just because under the circumstances it was a good idea. My house is close to the neighbours who is very fussy about his lawn. They applied plywood on the ground and on the neighbours wall to protect his property and cleaned up the worksite to where it looked like they were never there. The dirt was tapered away from the house, raked clean of lumps and stones ready for seeding. I asked if they would be so kind as to level the pile of dirt left over (after the stone was installed at the foundation taking up space) and spread it out over a shallow area in the front yard which they gladly did for me. They could’ve just picked up the pile and taken it away which is what was agreed to. I highly recommend Dry-Rite. No one could have done it better

Waterproofing and Sump Pump install - Gary and his team were knowledgeable, professional and clean, from start to finish. My gut told me to go with them and I'm glad I did. They are honest, and where they were able to save me some $$$ and still do the best job they did without me even having to ask. Very recently had our driveway raised and leveled by Dry-Rite and I was totally impressed by the workmanship and the finish results. In a half of a day my driveway was levelled to perfection. Very pleasant people to deal with from office to site people. I would recommend Dry-Rite to anyone interested in their services.

Quinn and Andy came out to do our driveway, they showed up on time and were very informative. Our driveway slabs were out by 3 to 4 inches and probably should have been raised years ago. By the time they were done our driveway looked like new again! They did an amazing job! We would recommend them to anyone looking to have concrete raising done!

I think the overall positive reviews speak for themselves. In my expierence Dry-Rite completed the installation of a sump pump and back up valve in a timely and professional manner. The owner was on site several times to answer questions and ensure the proper installation. The owner was not only knowledgable but very easy to work with. I would certainly recommend this firm.

Just want to say thank you to Gary and his staff Andy and Quinn, who did the slabjacking at our house on our driveway. Wish we would have taken before pics but it was absolutely incredible how it looked when they were complete. The job needed the guys to come back a second day because they needed more sand to finish the job. Couldn’t tell by looking at it but they knew and pumped and incredible amount under the driveway to fill all the voids so we shouldn’t have any issues down the road. They worked incredibly hard through the heat we had and always had a smile when I went out to talk to them. Wonderful crew to deal with. Gary prices were incredibly reasonable for work done. Gary and his employees Andy and Quinn were all excellent. They came when expected and did a fantastic job raising several areas of sunken concrete on my walk and drive. They were professional courteous and even gave me advice on drainage for my property. Clean up was also awesome. Would recommend them 100%.

I have had a motor leak in my lower family room, a quick call and mile was available to quote right away. Price very reasonable. Work was completed 2 weeks later and the 2 gentleman Izzy and Isaiah both treated the job like it was in there own home.

From the first time I called, I was dealt with professionally and with respect. I wasn't expecting the job to be completed for at least a month but they did the work within a couple of weeks of quoting me.
The two workers, Andy and Quinn, were very prompt and did not waste any time getting started. When someone says they will be at your home between 8: 30AM and 9: 00AM, my experience is that they mean 9: 45AM. Not these guys, they arrived at 8: 15AM and were ready to work.
Both were very polite and respectful. I had no issues trusting that they would do a very good job and they did more than I expected.
I would recommend Dry-Rite to anyone. My driveway has not looked this perfect in a very long time.
The pricing was more than fair and was actually lower than what I was anticipating. I will never take my business anywhere else and I will speak highly of Dry-Rite when the conversation arises.

August 2021 Leamington: The driveway and walkway were in very bad shape, angling off in different direction up to 1 1/2 inches high in places. The walkway had dropped at least 2 inches from the front stoop. A real hazard. Andy, with Quinn's assistance, did a truly miraculous job at leveling everything out. It looks so good now. No hesitation at all in recommending this duo.

I called Dry-Rite for a quote to lift my cement driveway which was sloping towards my house, and to lift my sidewalk which had a major trip hazzard. The quote I was given was more than reasonable, and Dry-Rite came out to do the job before expected. They were very professional, knowledgeable in answering my questions, did a great job, and cleaned up after the work was done. They even showed me that the water now ran away from the house. Gary and his employees were very professional. Gary came out and spent the time to discuss with me what was to be done and why. The interior weeping tile installation in my basement was a slightly odd path for proper drainage and he walked me through his vision for the installation. His employees were on time and worked tirelessly until the job was completed. Additional foundation repairs were required and taken care of and only added 1 more day onto the total job time. I would definitely recommend the Dry-Rite team for future work!

Called Gary about getting my driveway leveled. The guys came and did a great job. Very satisfied with the work and the price was right.

After receiving several quotes decided to go with Dry Rite to complete waterproofing and installation of a sump pump and backwater valve. The team- Izzy and Quinn- were here right at 830 and worked tirelessly until they were done and tidied up. As it had just rained the night before, the ground was a muddy mess and you can't tell from the basement floor now that they were even here. They took the time several times during the day to answer my questions and explain what they were doing which I really appreciated. They had a poorly located water valve to deal with too and managed to figure out a way to work around it - even though there was very little room to navigate. They were very patient with my small and very curious dog and respectful of my home- ensuring doors were closed as they went in and out and making sure the dog was always inside which they really didn't have to do- but was also appreciated.
Price wise they were the most reasonable quote I found and the value for the money I would say is excellent.
Though I hope to never need to do this again- should I ever have to- I would happily call Gary (and Izzy and Quinn) back to do the job.

Honest company. Thought I needed a sump pump and prbly could have convinced me. Other quote at DC just gave me quote for what I thought I needed with no concern if it was necessary. Would go with Dry Rite!

Gary gave us a competitive, written and itemized price. After giving them the go-ahead, his guys came and slabjacked my patio, about 50 feet of sidewalk along side of my house and my back porch and steps. They illustrated to me with a level, before and after, indication of slope, and kept raising until we were both satisfied my concerns were met. This was especially true in regards to my porch, which had sagged considerably over about 20 years, my patio which had settled where water was flowing toward house and my sidewalk which was too low meeting my driveway, whereby water flowed there, rather than onto adjoining grass. Afterwards, the guys used a colour-matched mix to fill the drill holes, as Gary promised, which was as close as i could hope for after my cement had faded over the years. We waited a few months for some rainstorms and any settling to give accurate reviewing and over all, a satisfied experience with Dry-Rite and hope will continue to be, long after the one year warranty they gave on work.only time will tell.
