Highly recommend this company and their service was impeccable. They helped us deliver, install and take it back along won’t recommendation on fans needed for a massive 400 people event. The fans worked amazingly and kept the air circulation totally on. Will def use them again!

It was an easy and smooth processes working with them from start to finish. After placing our online order, they showed up to our door on time. They took a quick assessment of the damaged areas and positioned the equipment in the most effective places. We also received a quick lesson on how to use all the equipment that was delivered. Alfred and Emily were our main contacts. Alfred was kind, informative, professional and offered great follow up advice even days after dropping off the equipment. He checked in from time to time to make sure we were optimizing the drying time and equipment. Emily took care of the accounting. She was friendly, and made that side of things so easy. At the end of it all, they picked up the equipment with care given to walls, floors etc. They were very conscious of our home. We would definitely use them again!

They also help you installed the machine as well as give you the instruction on how to locate the fan correctly. Fast respond, flexibility on quantity and duration. We had a bleeding valve burst which caused a flood in our living room. I called Drying Equipment and they were here in 45 mins with an industrial dehumidifier and an air blower. It remained in our apt 48 hours and dried the carpet and underpad. Alfred who dropped off the equipment and Max who picked up were very efficient and pleasant.
A couple of days later our insurance
Company sent over a contractor who recommended the carpet be steam cleaned and then dried. The next day the carpet was steam cleaned and 2 hours later Alfred delivered an Industrial dehumidifier and 2 air blowers to dry the carpet and underpad. Alfred picked up the equipment 48 hours later. The carpet and underpad was completely dry. Drying Equipment is an excellent responsive company and I would highly recommend.

This company delivered equipment within hours, with friendly and EFFECTIVE help on set up, and with honest pricing that beats industry competitors. One call and 2 hours later Drying Equipment had a machine and soap delivered to my condo.
Next morning all carpets were dry and they were back to pick up the machine based on my availability.
