I will revise this review if this gets resolved. These guys did some waterproofing around a building of mine in November of 2021. They left a bit of a mess and said they would come back to finish once the ground around the site had had a chance to settle. It settled quite a bit this summer (what amounts to a small sinkhole opened up). I keep calling and emailing to see when they can come finish the job, and nobody gets back to me (maybe my mistake for having paid before the job was completed).

My waterproofing was fantastic and done without a hitch. Fast efficient and responded to my calls.

Please do not work with any subcontractors referred by the company or their employees as they do not have the same work ethic as Dryshield, in particular Lone Star Construction.

The actual work was great but the fallout of using a recommended contractor has been nothing short of nightmarish.

I had a great experience with DryShield, from start to finish. Communication was excellent, the work was professional, the work area was left tidy. I highly recommend their service.

Prompt and professional from start to finish; very affordable and the BEST customer service i have found to date in any company that I've used for home renos/repairs. Absolutely affordable and they took the time to explain all steps of the process and give me an updated timeline as weather and schedules changed. Already recommended them to a few friends, and would not hesitate to use them again but with the great job that they did, I don't think i'll need to call back for several years. Fantastic work on all sides.

We just bought a house and found out that there was a history of water damage in the basement. We wanted this fixed before finishing the basement. Dryshield gave is the best quote and shared great reason for doing internal vs outside (other companies tried to up sell us on external which in this case was not needed). Dry shield maintained all the necessary covid precautions, and helped my family feel safe. The job was finished ahead of schedule and everyone who worked here was extremely nice and helpful. Also to note the next weekend we had 50 ml of rainfall and I heard the pump start and it ran for about 2 min, it was great to know the system that was just installed was already working to save our basement from water damage.

Dryshield was professional, responsive and made the whole process as easy as possible. They did a wonderful job waterproofing our home after a heavy rainstorm caused some leaking in the basement. I would recommend giving them a call if you are in need of any of their services!

I previously had a review up about how impressed I was with this company, but I have to change that review. The guys that came to the site worked really hard but promised me in 2 to 3 weeks they would be back to put asphalt in the picture I posted. It is now been six weeks, The manager provided me with his direct cell number which I sent a text and they still haven’t come back to finish the job. Very disappointed

I had several cracks in the concrete wall of my garage. Water would leak onto the garage floor in the spring or with heavy rain. Overtime, it was getting worse. After a search for help, I called DryShield. They were very responsive and friendly and explained their process. As scheduled, Brian arrived, wasted no time and in the process of his repair work, explained the issues with my concrete wall.
I am very satisfied with the work they did and look forward to a dry floor.

I called Dryshield because every spring I have water or dampness in my basement. Nothing tried over the years has worked, and I was almost convinced I'd have to live with it. I found Dryshield by accident. I left an email and about a week later Johnathan came for an initial consult. He was knowledgeable and I went with his recommendation of the interior waterproofing. The 25 year guarantee sealed the deal.

The crew were great, they worked hard (had to carry out the jackhammered cement up 8 steps, outside then down 8 steps to get to their trailer, and then bring in the gravel and other supplies the same way). They crew lead checked in with me daily. They left the basement tidy.

I've been working outside this weekend and I can't believe how often the sump pump pumps out water.water that would previously have been in or just below my basement. And my basement is DRY. Great job!

I had an odd space in one of my rental properties: too small for a basement at five feet high and too big for a crawl space. A dehumidifier didn't get rid of the musty smell of an earth floor. A waterproof guy told me weeping tile wouldn't work but that something called encapsulation would. So glad he told me about that. Dryshield bent over backwards to give me a reasonable price and fast service. I now have a pristine basement that provides storage for my tenant. Thank you for solving a problem for me!

Nothing but great things to say about this company. They were professional and customer-friendly throughout the entire process. While I hope to never have to go through this sort of repair work again, it is great knowing exactly who I will call if such a need arises.

Had an appointment with (I believe Steve) to for 3 hairline cracks in my basement. Guy no showed then I contacted him again sent him videos and pictures. Never heard back.

A few years ago I did business with Dryshield and dealt with Mike who is no longer with the company he was amazing to deal with Mike came and did the previous job I had no issues.

I am disappointed in their lack of professionalism. A simple we cannot do this or don't want to would have sufficed and I would have been happy that they told me they didn't have time or didn't want to do the job.

I was very pleased with my whole experience with Dryshield Water Solutions. Everyone was very professional and made me feel comfortable by explaining in detail my estimate i received and the scope of work that was required to fix my water issue. I would highly recommend this company

After the thaw of a big freezing rain storm this winter my basement began to leak like crazy. I panicked and called Dryshield, where they calmed me down and assured me it could be easily fixed. They were very prompt in sending someone out to fix the leak. The workers were very curteious and clean. They were in and out within the time they had said and they did fix the issue! I was in deep trouble from a mold and leak issue, or so I thought. Quotes from other firms from a few to several thousand dollars. Those firms requested pictures sent and replied with estimates.
Johnathon from Dryshield came in person, looked carefully and said it wasn't mold at all, just discoloration. Even though he wasn't going to make money in this part, he still took the time to address all of our concerns, including ones related to old work done on the house, even when we repeated.
When we went outside to check the minor seepage that he did find, again he informed us that it would be simpler and cheaper for me just caulk it myself if I knew how, and luckily I do.
I have terrible luck with dishonest and essentially criminal companies and corporations. And here comes one that is honest and provided caring service, on a call where they weren't even going to make money, and we were convinced it was mold, all he had to do was not argue to take our money
He argued not to lol! If ever I have a legit issue, these guys will be my first and only call. I can't stress enough how impressed I am, and I say this while in bitter disputes with bad companies at the same time.

I spent around $2000, based on THEIR recommendations on how to fix a leak in my basement that would leak any time there was rain or snow from the east. After their 3rd party contractor finished the job, the first rain from the east caused water to leak in the exact same place it had before, in the same manner. I have called the company multiple times (and have been decent and diplomatic with each call) to ask them to please contact me and to fix their work. They have only contacted me once and have not showed up to actually fix the issue (their 25 year policy therefore has proven worthless to me since they have chosen not to fix their work). It has been over a year now since the initial job was finished. Do not use this company, they do not do quality work as evident by the leak in my basement that still exists in the same manner, and the same place, as it did prior to me calling them.

We just bought a cottage by the water. The crawl space had issues with water. We called them and in a week they came and start the job. Jake, Curtis, Bryan and Paul were the perfect team. They fixed the problems and they were very professional.
