AVOID! Think of the worst "shoe" store and the worst store manager you can think of, multiply this image times 10 and well here at this store you can find both. The store manager seems to be more suited for a job as a school janitor or a construction worker than a customer oriented store manager. His manners and even the way he looks and speaks are subpar to put it mildly. Completely disrespectful, unprofessional and rude. DSW I expect better from you as a company. I have seen better service from the cashiers at McDonald's or a gas station.

There was barely any selection in the sizes I was looking for, boys youth 6-7. There was a pretty good amount of the really small sizes for boys but the larger youth sizes were far and few in between. The pricing is pretty expensive as well (the deals are not that great) and the customer service was not very good either. So with all of that combined I definitely will not be going back there when looking for kids (boys) shoes.

Cool store. Large selection of shoes for the whole family. There are discounts and promotions in the store.

It's one of the good options to get all your shoes related shopping because you get almost all major brands and styles for the whole family. Keep it up.

Standing in line with 3 customers for half an hour. What staff do you hire? So inefficient-. -

These shoes are not 79.99 as the sign says. They are $99.99. Never mind that sign and whole stack of shoes under it that says 79.99. Pretty funny store

Worst shoe store ever. Purchased a few shoes online and one of them was cancelled after the fact because it was not in stock. It takes 5 days to ship something from Scarborough to Etobicoke. Free shipping only to the store when i have purchased from them online but the website didn’t register the free shipping to the Home. Nobody answers the phone line when you try and contact. Shoe selection is usually last seasons models

Great selection of shoes and friendly staff. But a little confusing on “warehouse pricing”. Most of the shoes seemed like a solid deal or inline with other store’s prices (ie: Birkenstock, Dr Martin’s, vans) but then there were Harley’s from lids, that were actually more expensive than what lids charges for them. A little odd. Any way, over all great store with huge selection! Highly recommend stopping by! Just double check the prices.

I always find that the store has all variety and brands I could hope for. Last time I was there, I was overwhelmed by the choice but the sales girl Andrea made it easier. Thought should post and support - not sad vibes for me!

DSW stores are pretty consistent. Clean, good variety, they do run out of some sizes of the high volume movers

Staff need more training at this locations. Since it is close to me I usually like picking up my seasonal & travel gear. As a regular i usually opt to help myself since since a few of the staff here are unhelpful in a rude way. My last experience wanting to buy something i walked out empty handed as the workers there "Ida" and "Nube" were talking and seemed bothered as I ask for help. I didnt get what I wanted and got turned off. They were more earger for me to get on with it so they can go back to giggling and laughing while they hung out and talked with each other. This especially sucks for me since i try my best to help myself as Nube has shown me that i am bothering her serval times before.when I do walk in to help myself i am follwed around and watched the whole time in the store since im focused and looking around for the right items to make my purchase. I feel targeted and harassed at these times and thats when they prefer to approach me as if i am stealing but truthfully i really am just looking to make purchases and uncomfortable to ask and it may seem im so Concentrated on the items when i am just trying to help myself find what i am looking for. It definately deters me from wanting to buy and this last experience today was my last straw i decided to leave what i came in to buy just because of the treatment

I found everything I needed and more on this visit! Found a nice pair of running shoes for my daughter on sale. Kind and helpful staff too!

My husband and I went to the store to get hiking shoes. We had 3 staff following us around at all times, they were even taking to each other through their microphone to keep an eye on us. We spent around$250 at the store and we do all our shoe shopping at DSW, this is the first time we had this experience. I got a panic attack immediately after leaving the store, I kept asking myself why is is it because of our race, the way we look or dress. We have never been treated this way at stores we have been to. I understand wanting to keep an eye on the inventory, but they don't need to follow us and make us uncomfortable, isn't this what cameras are for. I don't think I can return to the store without getting another anxiety attack.

I love this place because I can bring my old shoes nicely worn and get points towards getting boots.
I especially love the clearance area, so I get myself some discount.
The other day I learned not to look in the clearance only sometimes; the ones in the front have sales also. This store offers some great deals so I can wear designer shoes at a lower cost. I was glad when I found this place—I got to stretch the dollar. You know why to pay more when you can spend less at DSW.

They have a terrific collection of boots, ankle boots, sandals, athletic shoes, everyday shoes and shoes for special occasions. You can easily find different collections for women, men and kids.

The staff are very helpful and the store is clean.

It seems like they have a lot of shoes in the vast space they have, but they really don’t. I found nothing for myself. My wife found something she loves and they didn’t have her size. They had some in another location but DSW are unable to ship store stock to other locations or to your home. That’s pretty useless.

Their kids selection and pricing is always good though.

Customer service is always on point here. All the employees at this location are very friendly and professional. Melanie is the name of the employee that helped me last time and she had a very endearing attitude, attentive and very patient with me. She made my shopping experience a breeze.

Only one single pair of nude flats in the store. The poor cashier is obviously forced to ask for phone/email and a customer saying "no thank you" isn't acceptable. I had to beg her to just leave it blank. Isn't giving you my money enough, do I really need to give you my personal information so you can spam me?

By far the best location! Staff are super friendly. I have dealt with Melanie a few times and she always has amazing customer service. Super friendly and helpful. The female manager I also dealt with was also very nice to deal with too. Great service! Keep it up!

I wish so badly I could give ZERO stars. Today I went looking for a pair of sandals for my 4 year old son and I ended up leaving in tears having an anxiety attack. As I was going up and down the isles, there was a lady who was very obviously blocking the entire isle and not letting me pass. I very calmly said “excuse me” and she then went on to cuss at me in her language, which I understood because our languages are similar. I then calmly responded that “if she had something to say to me she should please say it in English so I could understand her. ” I then had an employee named KAROLINA come out of nowhere and start verbally attacking me. She was raising her voice and called me a RACIST in front of my young toddler and the entire store full of customers. Not only did she NOT have the common courtesy to ask what even happened, but she called me a racist which I don’t take lightly. She then went on to call a manager so I followed. This manager named EDUARDO also came out and started verbally attacking me without even bothering to ask me what happened? To just assume that I was the one in the wrong without even letting me speak or explain is discrimination not to mention disrespectful. I was also told to “get out of the store” because I was upset and raising my voice trying to just explain how I felt attacked. I mentioned to him that I was going to call the police and his response was “what do you think your a lawyer? ” At one point he was very close to me raising his voice and I actually felt threatened. This type of treatment is absolutely DISGUSTING. I’m just browsing trying to find my son a pair of shoes but I ended up being verbally attacked and embarrassed in this store by an employee and this so called manager. Customers deserve to be respected and an employee should NEVER call a customer a racist. Never shopping here again and will be filing with the human rights board.

Well they tell you at front what to do and what not to do. I see a lady trying on many shoes with no socks and take off her mask. No one to say anything.

Worst set of attendants, despite holding a VIB status in the store and was sent a promotional email which only takes place in the store, went there, but they wouldn't help or attend.
Seems like they intend to keep the promotion goods for themselves.
At a point they became extremely rude, ignoring all questions and refusing to assist and asking how soon we will get done and leave the store.
Will never go back to that store and would advise everyone i know not to

Very nice and big store with a great stock of shoes for all ocassions, and accesories.
I like to shop their deals on shoes. Once I found a pair of very nice Italian designer shoes for $26. Most deals from $60 to $90.
When clients sign up with e-mail, they get $10 offin their next purchase.

In the past this location was the only outlet that had a product in a certain colour, in my area. Well lit, and spacious. The shoes seem to be of nice quality. They have gotten rid of shoe deodorizer spray, and instead have smell balls that you but in your shoes.

This particular DSW location is nice and has a very good selection, but it is very unfortunate that all the employees I have encountered seem extremely unhappy.

I get good quality designer shoes here for moderate prices. You also get points and rewards. The staffs are very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend DSW to anyone out there who loves shoes.

Mad face. So I made a purchase here and the girl asked for my email to see if I had a preexisting account. Now all of a sudden I get all these emails from this company. I did not ask for them or authorize this spam. Staff should ask or advise customers or this.

DSW is my favorite place to shop because of the huge selection. They also have clearence sales at the back of the store for deep discounts.

Lots of shoes and styles by every manufacturer at ok prices. Spacious store and very helpful and friendly staff.

Service was really fast for returns. Went there mid day on a Saturday. Ended up buying what I was sort of looking for the shoes I returned from internet shopping.

It's like an outlet store. You can find basic models of name brand shoes. Lots of selection for men, women and kids.

Lost a star because it is sometimes difficult to find my (common) size in certain styles. Also, I couldn't find any Nike styles for wide feet.

Big place, same products as the Shoe Company, no good deals not good prices.
Lots of space, free parking.
