They will sell you items but not help you with recalls or service.

Until today I ranked DT with 5 stars, I bought a 2018 sportsman 570 new, after 4 years of worry free riding and dealer service I traded it in at DT in November and purchased a 2022 850 ultimate trail and the experience with Chris was awesome, I left completely happy with my quad, I added a Polaris windshield and heated grips/thumb warmer, since then I added front & rear ultimate racks, the heated grips haven’t worked well since new, very little heat at low speeds when plowing snow, they warm up somewhat at high speeds, I’m just comparing them to what my 570 was like and what I would reasonably expect, I just had my 25hr service and asked to have the grips checked, DTtested them and compared the heat temp to another quad and seen nothing wrong with them, i understand this and was told they would install any aftermarket warmer of my choice at my cost, again I understand, paid my bill and went outside and idled my quad to running temp with grips on high, clearly not working well, Rob was nice enough to come outside and check the grips himself, he said they felt warm to him and how hot do I want them, hot enough to warm my hands at low speeds, how about factory temperature specs? Rob said there isn’t any, sounds crazy polaris doesn’t know this answer, i don’t want to waste anybody’s time but I asked if we could compare it to another while I was there, the answer was no, we are obviously at a difference of opinion, after 4+years of loyalty and two quads, it’s pretty upsetting to basically here it is what it is!
This is the first review that I’ve ever written. Other than the positive one after my first quad at Dt lol, Such a small issue to possibly ruin what was a great relationship.

Purchased a used Polaris off Greg. The process was seamless and pleasant. The sled was perfectly prepared and ready at the expected time. Went for a 250 mile ride the following day and it works perfect. Easy 5 star review.

Purchased a brand new sled that had several issues. Took it in several times for warranty work and still have majority of problems. Also took in another sled I have to get fixed and still have same issues. They are quick to collect payment but lack in customer service and quality of service repairs. I won't be going back.

Thank you for getting us on the trails despite all the back and forth. I hope our relationship will continue for years to come. "

I bought a brand new ranger polaris 2021 from them, not only did I have to keep following up with them to know when it came in (which it did and they never notified me) When I went to pick it up I bought a roof and a wench which they had to order, its now been 4 months - calling again to see if my stuff has come in to which they informed me the roof had been there the whole time.now I am still waiting for my wench 0 communication or follow up on their part. Will not go back here.

Dt is great very welcoming staff and friendly, helpful when i bought and made the deal for my indy xc it went smoothly gave me great payment options and was able to leave the sled with them till it was paid off and picked up just in time for the snow. Greg was very friendly and helpful he made sure he went over everything on the new to me sled before we loaded it if your looking for anything like an atv or snowmobile this is the place to go to I myself will go back when its time thanks again

Hard to believe how bad the experience was dealing with DT. They were unwilling to verify an existing warranty issue even though they are an authorized dealer. I called, explained the issue and they said drop it off. I drove 2.5 hours to drop it off — again they took all the details and said leave it. They called the next day without even looking at the boat and said they did not WANT to work on the boat — not profitable enough. Their reply to this review says the warranty was over — complete lie — it was an existing warranty claim. A 5 minute phone call would have figured this out. They said they did not want to waste their time. But it’s ok to waste my time and have me drop off the boat, and go back and pick it up for nothing — 10 hours of driving. Called Ranger and they are upset and dealing with them. The new dealer had no issues fixing the issue UNDER WARRANTY. Avoid this dealership at all costs — worst customer service experience ever. ZERO stars should be an option.

Huge shout out to Craig who has been extremely helpful helping us work through some gremlins on our 1875 pro v. Craig is always responsive and always keeps us posted on where things stand, what the issues might be and what is being done to fix things. Its a real pleasure to work with Craig!

Due to Yamaha production delays, I had a very lengthy wait to pick up my new Waverunner. DT (Greg and Shawn) were both very empathic to the situation and continued to pressure Yamaha on my behalf. The mechanic's were also a big help with setting up my trailer. Thanks DT.

Shawn at DT Powersports did a fine job of answering all my questions and when info wasnt readily apparent he got the answer from the supplier company. There was a small paint chip on the ATV but Shawn and the DT team made that touch up paint was ordered before pickup. The entire process of researching, buying and taking delivery was was efficient.
