These people live the dual sport motorcycling! Fully stocked with great gear. Happy to order the smaller sizes for my wife too. Holly as an active rider was a huge help with gear selection based on experience.

My brother and I went on the Colorado trip in 2022. Definitely a five star trip. From registration and bike dropoff to the support truck and spare bike there was nothing overlooked. The planned routes were amazing, and depending on the riders abilities had various levels of difficulty making it fun for all. The food, accommodations and scenery were second to none. A trip that will never be forgotten.

DSP is my go-to for just about all of my motorcycle needs. From parts/gear to clothing to service they do it all and very well. What sets them apart is their first hand knowledge and expertise - they are true adventure and off-road riders. They know what they're taking about and I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend them, especially if you're an off-road or ADV rider.

Where to begin. I approached Clint from DSP about supporting my cross-Canada speaking tour in 2022 by becoming my primary service provider. Clint was very happy to accept and DSP has been my go-to for equipment, parts and service ever since.

They have a great in-store selection of gear (sometimes too good as I've left with things I didn't know I needed when I went in) and can order most anything within a short time (global supply chain issues notwithstanding). They (meaning Holly, the customer service ninja!) outdid themselves keeping me supplied through a 3.5 month tour, including shipping tires clear across the country on short notice so I was hitting the Dempster Highway with brand new rubber.

They do all of the service on my bike outside of my in-ride maintenance and are superb at communicating whenever anything outside what was discussed comes up (that would be Wes' wheelhouse) or letting me know where my money is best spent regarding upgrades or equipment replacement (that would be lead Technician Rick's contribution to the conversation. I also can't say enough great things about Rick's work and how amazing my bike ran all of last year. I know when the bike rolls out of the shop it is going to be in peak form.

I have been dealing with Dualsport Plus for many years now. From buying a bike to numerous parts and great service, Clinton, Holly, Wes, and Rick Boughner are all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. DSP has a lot of great products at reasonable prices and occasionally have some really great deals. At DSP you can actually speak to the Tech and Rick Boughner really knows his stuff. Its definitely worth the drive (or ride) to Brantford! Five stars!

The ADV industry is fortunate to have a supplier and knowledge centre such as DSP. They are my go to for all my parts and accessories, or when I'm stuck or need advice. I outfitted my 790, a friend's 790, and another friend's Norden with DSP. Always accessible, outstanding customer support, knowledgeable, excellent inventory, and timely deliveries. They also provide first class tours with professional crews to the choicest destinations. I look forward to many years of using their service and highly recommend them as they are the authority for any seasoned or new adventure and off-road rider or tourer. Thanks gang!

I emailed ahead of time and mentioned I needed gear for a last minute trip. They told items were in stock and delivery should not be an issue. I made the online order and they had my order processed and ready to ship within a couple hours. Very impressed by how quickly it was out the door.

People with bikes. Especially adventure or off road, you have to get your services here. The people are knowledgeable and they are great with your bikes. They treat it like their own and they actually take pride on their installation and the service they do. They back their work up 100%. Too bad the maximum is only 5 stars. How did I just find out about this great shop? Went in to have a look for a new helmet and found exactly what I needed and more for both myself and the bike. Holly was a great help in advising on riding gear as was the technician who assisted with a lighting upgrade. Both were attentive, patient and very knowledgeable. Very well stocked store and prices are as good as the big online moto shops. Needless to say I was impressed.

Awesome place and was my first time in. One of the few places I could find with Forma boots in stock. Bit of a drive from Milton but boots are something I wanted to try on rather than buy online and I needed them for a trip. Super helpful when I called to confirm sizes. Love places like this that specialize and happy to drive an hour to get there. (Realistically to get to some of the other ships on the east side of Toronto would probably take just as long anyway with traffic!).

Ordered a complete Outback system for our Africa twin, got a email immediately from the general manager (Clint) with some great suggestions that we overlooked! Great service, look forward to doing business again!

Found the Forma Adventure boots (full size) on the website, called to double check they had my size. Employee Cam went & got them, confirmed size, put my name on them without even taking my credit card. This was Tuesday afternoon. Ordered the boots Tuesday evening & they were here Friday afternoon (Kingston, ON area). Great customer service, speedy order process. Definitely recommend.

These guys provide excellent, friendly customer service. The things I ordered were of excellent quality, and came packaged very nicely. I'll be coming back next time I'm looking for quality motorcycle gear!

I ordered a SW-Motech TRAX ADV top case from Dualsport Plus through their website and over the phone. Staff were extremely kind and friendly and helped me figure out what parts I needed to fit my bike. Staff were knowledgeable and patient when I asked a variety of different questions about the product. It shipped very quickly and I am super happy with the quality of the product, it was exactly what I was looking for. Absolutely zero complaints from my experience at Dualsport Plus, thank you!

I liked this place. A lot. So I started thinking about why and that turned out to be a pretty good checklist for evaluating any shop.

The counter man was friendly, knowledgeable, staying ahead of the game on finding hard to find parts for future customers. The selection of gear on sale was all high quality and relevant to real world riding. No fluff. Rick worked on my bike. Clearly a knowledgeable master, bags of experience, careful, safe, clean, organized, cross checked his work, and he moved at rapid, steady pace for three hours straight. The shop was clean with a great selection of high quality tools to make the job go easier. No lost time on workarounds.

Excellent value for the money.
I rode away confident in the work done and in my bike.

Took my bike here they had it over 3 months, then called me and said I owe them $900 but they could not find the issue. They said it would cost more if they kept working on it. So I talked to the owner and he returned my bike after paying him $250. I took my bike to brantford motorcycle and they fixed everything for under $500 my bike is running really good. I wouldn't say it's the owner himself but the workers at dual sport plus I don't recommend for anyone go to brantford motorcycle on colborne st w

From adventure gears to tires to your big adventure trip These guys got it all, Clint and his team are amazing at when they do.

I recently did some online shopping to outfit my new bike, I'm not a regular customer but have purchased here before. There were some availability issues with some of the accessories I had ordered, so I received a phone call from Holly who straightened everything out in minutes. I also still received my parts in time for the weekend! It's very difficult to find customer service like this (especially when it comes to motorcycle parts) so I really appreciate that I was well taken care of!

What an amazing experience!
Everyone in store was great but Holly.she was beyond amazing! My wife and I went to buy a pair of adventure boots for me, and as a new rider I had lots of questions and wanted to try on many different brands and sizes. What made the experience so good was Holly; she answered all of my questions and gave honest feedback and guidance, striking the perfect balance between what I wanted vs what I needed based on the type of riding I do.

All of my experiences have been positive. Knowledgeable staff that are also polite and respectful and still seem to understand that I am a customer and that customers pay the bills. So far I have not had better service for motorcycle gear and with that service I will continue to take what ever business I can to them first.

Amazingly helpful and supportive shop. These are the best people in the Hamilton area for wrenching on your bike. Bar basically none.

DSP is a great shop, fantastic selection of ADV gear and accessories, and always helpful staff. Worth the ride from Niagara, but ordering online works too.

Update (Nov. 12,2019) :
Although originally dissatisfied with my reviews not showing up, Clint (an owner perhaps?) explained that they were stuck somewhere in the backend. I hope that Dualsport finds the other reviews I submitted for Outback Motortek products. I can report they function well but installation was not as straightforward as it should have been. Was that because of my aptitude? Doubtful. I've done all the maintenance and repairs on my motorbikes and vehicles for decades - never an issue.
Perhaps I was too optimistic expecting action from Dualsport on my behalf based on a review I submitted. All I can say is someone wrote on the packaging something that was not true.
Good news for other would be consumers is that Clint reached out with a justifiable explanation and proposed a satisfactory resolution. When if I need more parts for my bike (tires perhaps) I will take him up on his offer.

Original review: I purchased a set of Outback Motortek protection (skid plate, upper and lower crash bars and case guards) for my Africa Twin Adventure Sport. I submitted honest product reviews for all items however none has been published. There are published reviews from other users prior to the date I submitted mine and after the date I submitted mine, yet mine are mysteriously missing. I wonder it if is because my reviews were not five stars (I think they were around three or so) and in my skid plate review I noted in that it appeared as though I was sold a skid plate that was not new - as in the package was open and there were grease marks on the product.
Beware relying on the reviews that DualSport publishes, there are others.

Not a happy customer not a good experience at all asked for the carbs to be done and the tank to be flushed with new lines and filter as well as anything else that it needed for safety went in to see them about the problem because my bike wouldn't start all's they said was we don't have time right now we are busy no lines were changed just all the carb parts inside if they did that? No call back to fix the problem $1400.00bill plus the rim I picked up absolutely rediculous I had no problem with spending the money I just wanted a safe reliable bike that started and I didn't get what I paid for at all ripped me off

Great service when I was browsing. I was interested in small saddlebags and was recommended a tank bag for my needs. The staff member had one on her bike and let me check it out. The bag is now on my DRZ and works perfectly!

Excellent service. Had my bike in for simple engine work, Rick the technician found a completely unrelated problem with the frame that would have caused a serious issue. Fixed it right, no extra charges. Thanks for the great work.

We have ordered from DualSport Plus a few times, and are extremely pleased with their prices and their fabulous service. Clinton and the rest of the crew have gone far and above the call of duty to help us with our orders! Don't bother shopping anywhere else:)

I was scheduled to leave in a week for a trip to Mount Rushmore, when I discovered some leaking fork seals on my Triumph Tiger. I called my local dealer, he said it would be about a week before he could even look at the bike i (t's the first week of July). I proceeded to call every motorcycle repair shop in Hamilton, nobody could guarantee they could get the seals replaced in time. So I called 'Dualsport Plus'. I have to admit, I had not been to the new store since Les sold the business in Stoney Creek. Boy, was that a mistake! Ian (in service) was so nice and helpful. He assured me the forks would be repaired before I needed to leave (ordering parts, plus repairs took two days! Wow!). This new store is gorgeous, the service was great, and the mechanical work was second to none. Dualsport Plus has earned my business, and will continue to keep my business. Thank you Ian.

Staff doesnt know much about motorcycles except dual sports charged me and didnt fix the problem the worst bike mechanics ive ever been to

I just received an order from Dualsport Plus for some products needed for an upcoming Dualsport trip.
Holly at the order desk was so helpful and willing to do what she could to make me feel like a valued customer. That kind of service is hard to come by and I had to applaud her efforts.

Must go to place for any dirt and ADV rider out there. Top quality gear and service. Stands as a hub for adventure riders to meet up and go on rides together.

Perplexed. Ride there in late December, one guy at the counter on the phone (he sees me come in). I spent 15 minutes poking around the saddlebags, not a greeting or hello to be found. Next time he sees me, I'm putting on my helmet, getting ready to leave. Nada word. Someone could have sold me a set of saddlebags today... What happened to good old customer service? !?
