Duc D'Orleans II

Was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Organized a cruise for our company with 100 people. We had 3 hrs with beautiful views of sunsets. 5pm we set sail and 8pm return, just the right amount of time. Will do again next year.

Wonderful 2 hour cruise with loads of interesting tidbits about the area. We had a visitor from the UK with us who especially enjoyed it. The staff are so friendly and helpful. You can see they enjoy their jobs which is refreshing to see. Only negative would be the pasta but the salad was great! We were not there for a gourmet meal as we went to enjoy a St. Clair river cruise and were more than rewarded!

Something everyone should do at least once. I've been twice so far. The first was an evening cruise and the second was the luncheon. Both were great. The food was delicious.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Duc d'Orleans boat cruise in Sarnia, and it was an incredible outing. The live entertainment, including bands like Livewire from London, Ontario, added a fantastic touch to the journey. The music, combined with the scenic views along the St. Clair River, made for an unforgettable evening. If you're looking for a delightful cruise with top-notch entertainment, Duc d'Orleans is the way to go!

Lovely day and cruise. Not overly keen on lunch. Edible but not what I expected, although I did not have any preference.

Tried to reach out via email multiple times to try to arrange a work event and got 0 response. Tried to phone, no answer, their voicemail is full and says best way to contact them would be via email. Reached out through Facebook messenger and they read my message and I still have yet to receive any sort of response. Utterly disappointed with their communication or should I say, lack there of.

Myself and 3 friends went on the lunch cruise today. We were all very disappointed
The lunch was terrible! If I wanted a rice/frozen veggie slop I would have asked for a vegetarian lunch, it was slop on a flimsy cheap paper plate. I threw it out. And there was no tour Explanation.

Nice lunch cruise but could do with a little more commentary on the sites seen along the river. The meal was good but left a little to be desired. I could tell some passengers were expecting more.

Would have enjoyed commentary on different point sitings along way. Vegetable rice was cold and very spicy. Needed a side dish.

Absolutely wonderful! Lunch served - pulled pork sub with Nachos was fabulous and satisfying. Beer and wine very cold and thirst quenching. The Captain acquainted all on board about special things to notice and see on our two hour tour and it was so interesting. The wind in our hair on the upper deck felt so good. The water was nice and we enjoyed the ride. Had a great time! Looking forward to returning for a dinner cruise next time. The Captain and his mates were so nice and friendly. It made all the difference in the world. What a great time!

This used to be a good, well-run cruise in years past. Last week and today, I tried phoning the company. No response. I did not get a reply to my e-mail either. Today, I went to the dock at 11: 30 and waited. There was nobody there. It appears that there are no luncheon cruises on the Duc D'Orleans any more, though the company's website still advertises them on its website. Evidently, the company's owners are too lazy to update their website.

Great friends, wonderful time with music, dancing, and all for charity. Clean ship and great crew.

An excellent cruise. Gave 4 stars because it is cash only and no available atm on boat like advertised on their website.
