The guy who wears a suit to work is incredibly knowledgeable, incredibly helpful. His advice has saved me from what would have otherwise been pretty costly mistakes on multiple projects. Lifesaver.

Dudley's is more than a hardware store. This place is a landmark in the community. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, and they always have what I'm looking for. I'm thrilled you're staying open, the village would not be the same without you.

Steve & Martin are very friendly and helpful. They are highly focused and dedicated towards helping their clients.

Was about to inside in September when I saw an employee call an unhoused person awful things, proceeded to throw a syringe at their bare feet.

It's stores like Dudley's that remind me how important it is to have small businesses in your community.

I had an emergency situation with some missing bed screws and the staff at Dudley's were extremely helpful to me with finding the screws I needed. Highly recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff with a decent selection of goods. There were a couple times where I got conflicting information from the workers, but normally a great shopping experience!

Called ahead to see if they had an item in stock.

On arrival they had the two varieties of the item ready, and on the counter for me to choose.

Friendly courteous staff.

Only downside is it's not handicapped accessible, however if you called ahead for an item, they would likely find a way to serve you!

This location is not mobility accessible for wheelchairs, to enter there is one step up and while in the store there are different surfaces. The staff here are super friendly and ready to assist any customers. If you needed something and have mobility issues, call ahead and they will assist with any needs. This location exceeds any concept of the neighbourhood hardware store. They have so many items in a small space. If they do not have it, they can get it. I love this store!

A rare find with today's box stores everywhere. A mom and pop type hardware store with knowledgeable staff that have an answer for your question or know someone who does. Its my favorite go to place in the village to get paint, home reno supplies like screws, electrical outlets, toilet parts, construction adhesives the list goes on. The staff is friendly and the place prolly has what your looking for. Check it out you will be happy you did!

Very poor customer service by the blonde lady at the store, super rude, disrespectful and confrontational.she was not helpful and hostile the whole time. We were trying to support local businesses but she really made us hate being there! Not going back to Dudley’s ever again.

Wonderful place, wonderful staff. They’ll have just about anything you need, except heavier tools.

Myself and my dog recieved a warm welcome from all customer representatives and recieved great knowledge from the individual in the paint department. I love supporting great local businesses.

Great small local business. Excellent customer service and usually comparable prices to the big-chain stores. They are happy to share knowledge and information even if you don't end up buying from their shop.
