This afternoon, September 14,2022, after searching for a filter for my Dysonv7 cordless vacuum for hours I found Duffy's. Thank you for you genuine caring and knowledgeable help. I will not be taking my vacuum elsewhere for service. Thank you Thank you thank you. If you need vacuum repair help I highly recommend them for their attentive service and ensuring my vacuum was working well before I left.

A good experience and good service. Jamie and Duffys vacuum install higher quality European central vacuum systems and service them as well. Prices are competitive and they take their customers satisfaction seriously. I had a good experience with them.

Had a new Cyclo Vac central vac installed and it works really, really well. Very happy with the product and service!

Fantastic service, I brought a 10 year old Dyson vacuum in for repair and John advised me against that as the vacuum wasn’t worth it. Instead We refurbished our central vac and it is working great. We are really happy with the quality of work and the happy reception we get from John when we enter the store. Great stuff.fair pricing as well.

Went to Duffys after I was not treated well at another central vac store. They treated me well and were very knowledgeable, highly recommend this place.

Do NOT support this company. They took advantage of my grandmother. She took a vacuum in to be repaired and they returned a DIFFERENT vacuum with $700 repair charges. It is obvious that they sold her vacuum and thought she would not notice. Staff were rude and condescending. Shame!

Brought in what should be dead Kenmore central vacuum, not only were they able to save the unit it was cleaned and given a new life. This was followed by advise. Very helpful. I would strongly recommend.

Not too impressed with the whole reselling idea. Unfortunately I’m not going to support a local business that scams people. Kape.
