Staff at the store were very nice and quick to assist me when needed.
Delivery staff were very polite and quick with the takeaway and installation of the washer and dryer sets.

So far I have bought fridge stove 2 recliners and just bought new 3 person couch with recliners on both ends.
I have been satisfied with the service so far

Great customer service and quick delivery. Went into Dufresne's in Dryden yesterday and my purchase was delivered this morning.

Was looking and online but thought I would look local just to see, so I went in to browse mattress sets. Shortly after I had got there Tara came to see why I was there and then let me be to look, Which I appreciated as I don't like when sales people hover. She came back a few times to check in to see how browsing was going and answered the questions I had. She seemed to know her stuff. In the end I did purchase a new set, I got what I wanted and feel I got a good price. Definitely will be shopping there again.

The sales rep at Dufresne named Tanisha went over and above to help me. I was overwhelmed by her diligence.

My wife and I were very pleased with the service we had when purchasing our side table. It was delivered when promised and Riley who delivered it brought it in for us, unpacked it and set it up. He then took all the packaging away. Thanks again for the great service.

2021 experience- Jeff, Laurie, and Stephanie were amazing! They were so helpful in picking out our living room set during this stressful COVID time and they helped us get the best deal possible. We enjoyed our over-the-phone experience and will definitely be working with them again!
Updated for 2022- again we worked with the team and were able to receive an amazing deal of a piece we absolutely loved but thought maybe out of our range. They were helpful and worked with us to put it in our range.

Leisurely checked online for a chair and a half, found what liked and the price as well. I called up Dufresne in my small community, gave them sku number as well set up payment plan. Kelsey asked me all the important questions along with cost ie: delivery, extra protection insurance etc.
The whole order process took less than 5 minutes. Was awesome!

Pale faces at their finest. Keep lying to the native. Just don't want to give me my refund of course.

Sectional Sofa I bought was delivered in damaged condition. After sending many emails with pictures and many follow-up calls, nothing was done to fix the issue. I see this as a very bad service and a tactic to avoid customer concerns for months so Customers give up.
I called many times at the store and was always told that person who deals with issues is out of the office and even told my concern to the lady at the reception. Talked to Jonathan many times over the phone and he assured to fix the damaged sofa which never happened. I would never recommend them for their poor customer service.

Liam was very helpful and not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. The store has a good section of products. Looking forward to my new fridge. My old one is about 25 years old.

We decided to shop local. However not being in Dryden until spring we had to order on line or on the telephone. I checked out the website. We decided to call and chatted with Lori. Our order was done and paid for within 10 minutes. Great knowledge and service. We are happy and excited. Thank you for a great system Dufresne. We are very happy.

Awful experience and will not purchase anything from dufresnes again. They are unable to keep appointments that they make, do not communicate properly, and are misleading about what their services cover. The picture posted is what $100 delivery charge gets ya. They had to drive a whole three blocks to get it there too.

I had a pleasant experience with Jennifer. She is a nice lady and great salesperson. I can't wait for the arrival of my new appliance.

Dufresne in Dryden have pretty great staff. They are friendly and pretty helpful. I've utilized warranties and they're always good to follow through, no trying to brush it off as invalid, or not covered.

I knocked off one star because we had purchased a couch set that was one of their big deals, plus extended warranty. Not even a year in to having it and the springs were all breaking.turns out Dufresne was aware of the shoddy workmanship on this set/brand and every set sold had come back with complaints. Ultimately, after over a month of "negotiations", they replaced the shoddy set with a comparable one (they just wanted to give us a credit towards the purchase of a new, more expensive set). However, with that "trade" I was forced to forfeit the remaining 4 years of my extended warranty, or buy a whole new one (something we could not afford at the time).

Overall, I do recommend Dufresne, especially if you can't afford high end furniture. But I do recommend researching the brands and reading reviews on the products before committing to a purchase.

We are long time repeat customers at this store as we have always found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. Laurie always provides us with recommendations and assistance to select the right furniture for our needs. For this purchase she made arrangements to have the furniture shipped to Ottawa and arranged for delivery and setup as well. Thanks Laurie.

Covid is difficult so phone tag isn't always the greatest. But Steph is fabulous! Always a very personal experience and very professional. Looking forward to receiving our new laundry set in the next few weeks.

Wow.thought rumors were just that rumors.nope horrible service.horrible customer service.called so many times with no call backs. Been told I wasted their time when it was a lie then lost items that were paid for that were supposedly there magically were not within a day. Go to Goulds much better immediately great service and great people. Should have listened to the public.never will this business have my money again.

Terra was informative in my research visit yesterday. When I learned today I needed a stove in place in my new build, she negotiated with her team to sell me a floor model and have it delivered ahead of countertop install early next week. When everything is moving at a snail's pace during Covid, this has been exceptional customer service.

Got a great deal on a new 70” TV today at the Dryden store. Staff are ALWAYS friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and not too pushy. Always good deals and great selection! Of course I’ll be back... I think almost everything in my whole house is from Dufresne in Dryden! LOL
