The prices were excellent and the explanation of financing options, delivery time-frames and extended warranties were very clear. Edited: The delivery went as well as possible. We did have to wait about 1 year for our sofa due to pandemic challenges. Our leather sofa had some minor issues that were all attended too until we were fully satisfied. You do need patience. We love our sofa.

We received great service at Dufrense. We went in several times to look around, but generally at one style of loveseat. Each time we went in the sales people were happy to answer questions with no pressure. When we decided which loveseat would work best for us the sales person answered all our questions. The delivery date was within a good time frame. Someone from administration called to book a time that was convenient for us. Sent us messages to confirm the date we chose still worked for us. On the day of delivery we received updated message to let us know exactly when we would receive our purchase with the drivers name. Great experience at Dufrense!

I bought a bedframe 5 months ago (Feb 2023) and haven't received a bed that isn't damaged. I have been refused to be given a refund for a bed that cannot even be built. This apparently is what a normal experience at Dufrense looks like. There is no empathy or good customer support for online orders.

I put purchased over $14,000 worth of furniture recently from Dufresne. In store and email contact while purchasing products was great (clearly commission based) and the guys that delivered and set up were great the rest of the experience has been horrible. I emailed and texted 4 times to cancel an item prior to delivery, no reply about that (item had been paid in full). Delivery day comes, item I wanted to cancel wasn't delivered (I had not specified in my text/ emails what item I wanted to canel (, the delivery guys knew nothing Bout this ($1400) item. Pieces missing from all 6 dinning chairs, bed incomplete/ can't use a mattress the way the bed came, and mattress wouldn't fit in the house so they brought it back (not Dufresne fault at all) call the store 5 times, phone is down. Has been down for a month. Email about getting missing pieces for the 6 chairs and bed frame and refund for the MIA server/ buffet and mattress. No reply. Email again. This time a reply saying the email has been sent to the specified departments. 2 weeks later still no pieces for the chairs or bed. I'm sleeping on a mattress on the floor. And no refund for the mattress for MIA server/ Buffet. And still not able to contact the actual store.

Dufresne's was the first store we went into and received excellent service. The salesman really listened to what we were looking for. Offered us a few options, he let me take my time to think things through and I never felt pressured.
We were able to customize the size and color to our needs. There was a great sale and overall we were very happy with our purchase.

vous voulez quelque chose de spécifique? "

Je repond: " Bonjour, oui je suis à la recherche d'un canapé.

Il enchaîne directement " vous voulez quelque chose dans les 2semaines avenir? "

Je Comfirme "oui s'il vous plaît"

Il rebondi comme s'il voulais pas que rajoute " nous n'avons rien qui puisse être livré avant 11 à 14 semaines, sans rien rajouter.j'ai dis okay merci et je suis sortie. En faite la discussion c'est passée tellement vite que je me suis demandé pourquoi j'ai fais tout ce trajet.
Je me suis dis que ce monsieur ne voulais de ma tête dans le magazin, si non le service clientèle à beaucoup de questions à poser du genre quelque model de canapé en montrant les propositions qu'ils ont bref.
Se fut une mauvaise expérience et je les recommanderais de bien former leur employés en accueil.

My husband and I went in just looking and had Moe approach us with info on different things we were looking at. He was very informative and gave us good deals and the items we were looking at. We came back a few days later to purchase the items that we had finally decided on and Moe was off so we had Glen serving us. He was terrific. Very down to earth. Overall, great service from everyone. We will definitely go back the next time we are in the need for something

I bought couches that costs (7,000) dollars with full insurance.after 6 month they started to peel of.they told us its just original leather and it
wouldn't peel.we went back so many times and made a report, after 3 month the insurance came to my house to check and take pictures.the brick told us that the peel wasn't covered with insurance.and now i lost 7,000
dollars.so i suggest for you not to buy from the brick because they are liers

I was casually starting the search for a sectional, when I was approached by Moe at the West Hunt Club location. He approached me with an easy demeanour that had this intention of offering help without aggressively looking for a sale. He backed off right away when I said “just looking” but was nearby when I started to have questions about some really nice sectionals. He was efficient and kind, and easy to talk to. I was going to shop around more to make sure it was the right couch, and he sweetened the deal. I STILL shopped around after the sale, but stuck with this choice without a doubt. Dufresne never disappoints in quality and style. Great service (thanks Moe) and love my couch!

We designed our furniture with Maria. She was extremely helpful, non pushy and did not rush us. She made sure we were informed about our purchase, the protection plan and ensured that we would LOVE our choices for years to come! This is our second Decor Rest couch purchase. Because she gave us space but was around if we had questions, we also bought a side table & chair…. Then came back the next day for a cushion refresh purchase for our older couch.

We’ll definitely be back!
