Really appreciated the helpful and friendly associate, especially considering I wasn't making a huge purchase. Quick service; I didn't have to stand around waiting or search for someone to assist me. No attempts to upsell which was also appreciated. I got what I went there for; no nonsense. The delivery arrived as scheduled and the delivery people were pleasant, as well. 5 stars

One listen about this store. Great store and saleman. Be aware do not buy any imported stuff that they offer been waiting for 5 months. Half the product was broken. It a long process it a good thing we’re not in a rush. Order anything else you won’t regret it.

First time to step into the store & it was unknown to my self. I had visited a few block stores the day before and could not supply what I had wished.
I was created at the door politely and not over whelming to chase for business, but to say please look and see the styles.
I walked around the corner and found my dream table, I had pictures in my mind,
I said I’ll take this one.
And I require a 85 inch big screen tv and certain style stand I had pictured in my mind. I said find the tv and match the price of other stores and I’ll buy it from them.it was a Great experience to purchase with them from start to finish
Purchased 3 big items and I’ll be back next month for my King bed:)

Excellent experience in store as Neil helped us choose new living room furniture. He asked the right questions. Offered spot on suggestions, clearly knowing interior design and the furniture. He gave us our space to make our decision. He closed the sale quickly once we had made our choices. The furniture looks amazing in our new space. It is of top quality and yet we paid a fair price.

I just had an electronic love seat delivered by Jimmy and Chris. They had to take the stairs as i live in a condo. They didn't complain, they just did what needed to be done. This is the first time I had a delivery and didn't have to argue about taking the stairs.because the elevator couldn't be used, Both of them did an amazing job.
They were professional and were very careful moving everything. Thank you Jimmy and Chris. You guys are awesome.

One of my biggest regret ever. Bringing this company into my life not once but twice. Getting burn on both occasions. I will tell story once this madness is resolved.

My twin and I were looking for a washer and dryer. When we arrived, we were greeted by a staff member who immediately introduced us to Roger, an expert in appliances. Roger gave us the best experience in service. He was able to educate us on the different models and functions of the washer and dryer. He even tought us how to use the machine. I came out of dufrense with knowledge and understanding of the machine. Thank you Roger. You made our day and I am looking to receiving my washer. You are awesome.
