Great service from John. Although my wife went to use the washing machine. And John connected all the hoses but neglected to turn on the water. So I have concerns that my wife ran the machine with a dry pump.

The sales person was not pushy, assisted me when I needed, let me try various & other variety of different chairs, answered my questions and let me actually make my own decision. It was wonderful.

Gave us time to experience the differences in the mattresses and recommended and explained the different frames and functions that best suited our requirements.

Ordered my couch, they said it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery -
arrived today!
drivers were professional and fast!

Update: 12 months later they delivered my couch with the correct sided chaise… and different colour/material cushions. Don’t waste your time. Buy somewhere else

Waited 6 months, paid thousands for the couch to come in with a R sided chaise instead of L and it doesn’t work in my living room. Their solution is to wait another 6 months for a new one. Would not recommend. Delivery driver was 10/10 though!
