Atmosphere can get loud after office hours for all the office people crowding in there. The Burger and Fries are my best choice second option being the Turkey Club sandwich. The rest of the options are just okay in my opinion. Good beers but nothing too special. Great place for every week visit with sports options and great bar.

We went here for a work event in the evening and the food and service was really fast and all the apps were delicious! Loved the veggie skewers!

Great atmosphere and location for work lunches. As it can be quite busy at mid-day, I would recommend going earlier to beat the crowds. The lunch specials are good and prices are fair.

3.5* Decent place for post-work drinks. Food was good. Drinks were decent. Server was attentive. Very very loud FYI (around 5pm plus), so you'll be shouting at the person in front of you to talk to them. I guess this is to be expected.

Our survey Gray was fantastic! Super friendly, welcoming and made excellent suggestions:) we’d come back just for Gray - but the food was amazing too! Prices are also super good.

Overall, I had a good time there. Service was great, the waiter was super friendly and helpful. Very clean place and pretty good music. Tried the fish and chips and loved it. Drinks are a bit expensive, but it was worth it.

I work right across the street but would not visit again. Mediocre food and understaffed, can’t really blame them for not being able to pay attention to customers. The water in the washrooms were freezing, so was the temperature inside the pub. Overall not a great experience. My friend and I were not served for over 30 minutes so guess that ruined the whole experience.

Great food and service. We were not impressed with the constant smell of canibus (weed) the whole time we were there. We will be back though.

Generally ok, very upset with the substitution of calamari for pig bung.

The calamari looked very suspect today and I'm not sure if the kitchen cheaped out or what but upon closer inspection the texture gave it away. It's deep fried breaded pig intestines. It's a legit food product but not what I ordered.

Food was good. A little pricey. Staff seem really busy and hard to get a hold of at times, but they were friendly and helpful when u could get ones attention

Even though the atmosphere is a little more like a regular North American sportsbar and not a very authentic British pub, this is still a nice spot for a pint or two.

Overpriced frozen food. Stained glassware and the waitress spent more time outside on the phone than looking after me. Waited over ten minutes to pay my overpriced meal.

Beer is extremely over priced and the caesar my wife ordered was too spicy to consume, but the real issue is the food. Menu looked great, however once the appetizer arrived that was enough to make us leave. Tried the nachos as they were advertised as a large plate and for the price that was the expectation. However it was a tiny serving that appeared to have been microwaved, all the cheese was melted to the under paper, and once you got past the top 10 chips, the rest were the crumbs from the bottom of the bag. I would have needed a spoon to finish however decided against it because there was no cheese to enjoy anyways. I give 2 stars instead of one because the service at the bar was decent, they fixed my wife's drink and after several tries were able to get the game I wanted to watch. However they also bare handed the garnishes for the drink after rolling the carpets and cleaning the bar top. Please don't waste your time or money at this establishment, you will have a more enjoyable experience elsewhere.

Dropped in for a beer, and the women bartender with blonde hair was not welcoming at all, and she keeps on staring at me constantly and she whispered to me “you don’t belong here cause your brown” I was shocked and mentioned that it is racist to say that to her and then she was furious. Very negative environment and toxic place. Rude staff and poor management qualities. I will never return to this location again. Avoid at all costs.

The food was good: high quality ingredients, well prepared and tasty. I particularly liked the Chicken Fingers and the Sticky Toffee Pudding. I had the Traditional London Fish and Chips in a previous visit, and while the quality of the food was still superb, there was something about the seasoning on the fish that wasn't quite to my liking.

The service, however, was *very* slow both times I dined there. It took quite a while for someone to notice us waiting by the entrace area to seat us, and then every interaction with the waiting staff was slow.taking our drinks order, the drinks arriving, taking our entrée order, taking our dessert order, asking for the bill and receiving the bill — all of these took forever. I had a pop both times I dined there, and both times my cup was empty a lot longer than it was full (I think it was refilled only once, and even then only when I specifically asked for it). Strangely (and happily) enough, both the entrée and the dessert orders themselves arrived pretty quickly.

All in all, a place to have good pub food, if you're OK with waiting a lot.

Good food and portions. Dining area was open concept and noisy patrons across the room spoiled the atmosphere. Service was good and attentive and interactive.

It's a big miss for me. Prime location, comfy seats, but the food is absolutely not made fresh. Got slightly below room temperature pot pie, when have you ever cut into a pot pie that wasn't steaming? Partners chicken wrap tasted like liquid smoke, not freshly battered and fried chicken.

Great beer on tap, many delicious signature cocktails. Staff were cheerful and friendly. Just a great atmosphere all around.

We had a great time here last week - we ordered a number of pitchers and had some delicious chicken fingers and wraps. On top of that, the GM personally went out of his way to help us with an issue. Excellent customer service and an incredible level of integrity. We’ll be back to support this place!

Popped in for a quick pint as I'm from Cornwall in UK so was intrigued. Was lovely to see the pics on the wall and the local names. Very nice atmosphere and the staff were super friendly and nice. The price of beer is high but I suppose its because of location. Worth it for a nice experience
