While my personal experience with this brokerage was not a good one, I have increased my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because one of the owners personally reached out to me after I posted a bad review.
He listened carefully to my issues and seemed genuinely concerned about what happened and how he could make sure that others would not have the same experience that I did.
While it cannot change the stress and frustration that I had to undergo while doing business with them, I can appreciate them wanting to learn from this bad experience in order to create more positive ones for their current and future clients.

I was recommended to Duliban by my father. Once I reached out I could already tell it was a different experience. Warren Drake (who I was speaking) was more engaged than then competition. He was fun to talk to, helped me out with the right price. Warren was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly making this whole experience a lot easier going.
