Very good customer service, the associates helped me choose the right product for the job and it turned out amazing.definitely would recommend this location, going to be returning soon.

My younger sister went for a job interview here today. She got stuck on a streetcar and let them know early she would be late for her SCHEDULED INTERVIEW. She gave notice either way! Tons of proof for this situation. Extremely rude acknowledgement and no human decency as soon as she arrived, she was also told the POSITION WAS ALREADY FILLED. If you don’t know how to hire, don’t post job postings and waste a persons time. WILL NEVER BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS BRAND. BENJAMIN MOORE OR SHERWIN WILLIAMS would have more respect and better service for their customers and potential hires.

No consideration for the environment or their neighbours. Delivery trucks (Chester Cartage) leave the vehicles idling for extended periods of time while loading/unloading the trucks. The city by-law is 3 mins max but never enforced.

The service is great people know what they're doing and they're very gracious very friendly

We hadn’t pleasant purchase experience with Diana! She gave us very honest and useful advise for the colour selection, she was also being very patience to help us to estimate the gallon we needed. I have one concern for her though and I’d like to take a chance to advise her store manager, the store location we visited is on Richmond east where is lit of crimes and junkies around (I live in the area so I know very well), when we visited on Saturday, it was just herself in the store and it could be dangerous for her being alone to work in the store. I higher recommend the store should install I-ring camera for their staff who works alone on shift, as they can get notification whoever comes in. Thanks to Diana for giving us such great purchase experience!

I had the most incredible experience purchasing paints at this location! I had walked in the store, curious of browsing paint colours (for a basement), and the wittingly kind and generous customer service rep Cameron helped me beyond any other staff I’ve met in a service role. They were an expert at answering all my paint questions, while juggling 3 other customers, and took as much time with me as I needed. I was given genuine, sound advice on materials I needed, paint quality and colour combinations, and was offered every means of making it an affordable experience. I can’t wait to paint again so I can go back! I’ve already recommended this location and Cameron to all my friends and colleagues!

They get an AAA rating. Have had excellent experiences receiving fast, friendly and informative customer service from Mark, Cameron and Amelia. I have also appreciated the discounts I receive when I use my C. A. A.membership number. Good products-good prices.
