Worst Fish makers in the world. I had order 3 Amritsari fish and 2 fish tikka and these guys made it really bad. They are spoiling my city name and giving no real fish inside the Amritsari fish. It’s just like fritters and I literally garbage most of the stuff.

Someone recommended this place and I was wondering to give it a try and trust me it went up to the expectations. Awesome service and amazing taste after decades.

I am extremely disappointed with our visit to one of the top-rated restaurants.
This was a special occasion as my mother was visiting us from India, and we were excited to treat her to a memorable dining experience.
However, our expectations were shattered, leaving us with no desire to ever visit this restaurant again.
To start off, we ordered two fresh lime sodas to quench our thirst. Little did we know that these drinks would be served at a temperature so cold that we were unable to enjoy them.
With the very first sip, our teeth felt like they were freezing and it was a struggle to even take another sip.
Moving on to the starters, we opted for the Veg Mixed Grill. To our dismay, the dish lacked any sort of flavour whatsoever.
It felt as though the chef completely ignored the importance of seasoning.
Furthermore, the mushrooms that were included in the dish were completely burned, rendering them inedible.
Considering we had to spend $32 on this disappointing dish, it felt like an absolute waste of money.
We didn't order the main course after getting this awful experience.
This restaurant is in dire need of more experienced chefs who understand the art of cooking and bring flavour to their dishes.
Additionally, the exorbitant prices charged by this establishment are unjustified given the awful service and lackluster food quality.
In light of our disappointing experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone.

We were at this restaurant 4 of us, first thing I noticed that cold air is coming in, there should be a wind curtain to stop the cold air at the sliding doors. We sat in the middle part of the restaurant, it was cold whenever the doors are opened, seating is very uncomfortable and dirty cushion covers, I was shocked that no cushion on the seat, just sinking. Owner should take a look at these and change the seating or at least change the cushions covers. Food we asked for mild, but still came spicy. Also butter nan is $5 each, very small, I don't mind paying $5 but it should be little bigger in size. Just for plain white rice they charged us $7. Overly priced and overall not a good experience. Hope they will really look in to changing the seating and cushion covers, get a wind curtain to stop the cold air coming in to restaurant.

We had the pleasure of eating at Dum Pukht last night. I have to say the food was amazing. We tried the dumb mutton, non and some tandoor. It was very authentically prepared and very nicely presented. The services was fantastic as well. The waiter really knew his menu, really recommended the right combination of dishes. However the overall cleanliness was not up to par. The chairs were very dirty; we have to move few times to find the table with relatively dirt free chairs. The bathroom was so so as well. I hope the management will pay attention to this & have it steam cleaned or something. But for me I will definitely eat there again regardless of the dirty chairs since the food is spectacular

The food quality at the restaurant is satisfactory; however, considering its pricing, the value for money falls short. The starter we ordered was excessively oily, and the seating area was not adequately cleaned

Delicious food and amazing service from Bavan. Butter chicken and naan had the perfect balance of spice and flavour, while dessert was presented fantastically. Excellent restaurant with amazing staff.

This is probably my 4th time coming here and it’s been amazing each and every time. Excellent food, great service, and nice ambiance.

Just another average place. Chairs are uncomfortable and dirty with food spilled and dried on it. Facade is of a fine dine but food is average. Paneer was not tandoored in tikka masala gravy, Biryani didn't taste like slow cooked. Great service though but again what's the point if food is average.

Very nice atmosphere. The service was very good, it was excellent. And to top it off the food and drink are also very good. Great place for large groups as-well.

Came here at 1: 30 am, and the only thing which was good was the atmosphere. Talking about the food, it was totally not worth it. Even after special instructions for spiciness, the food was not spicy. Even the bhindi they use were frozen vegetables, and the waiter mentioned it’s canada, when pointed. I mean someone tell them CANADA has fresh vegetables at every grocery store. Talking about best part, was the worst, tasteless desert with, no sweet balance. Just not worth the money.

Health code violations a plenty, who closes at 6am? Very bad ambiance, go sit on a pickle for a better experience

I wish, I could give zero star If I had an option, I ordered the food specifically Manchurian, total waste! Stale and smelly, AWFUL! Would never recommend this restaurant.
