The receptionist was extremely rude, judgemental, asking and assuming personal medical information that is far
beyond her jurisdiction. She dismissed me without trying to help me in any way. I’ve never had an experience like this until the new changes at the office. Incredibly disappointing and offensive.

The staff hung up on me while i was actively asking them to wait because I didn't hear something important they said.

They normally send out confirmation of appointments but someone on their end didn’t hear I wanted confirmation or maybe even their system glitched. Regardless they make people pay $40 dollars if u arrived late didn’t come. They hang up on people while on the phone. STAY CLEAR. Better to wait somewhere else for months.

Update for Nov 2024: the doctor at this practice is phenomenal but since the changeover in practice ownership, the administration for scheduling appointments or getting and updating information has become extremely challenging - resulting in days or weeks of phone tag. Beware as a parent you won’t be able to get much done if your children are 16 and older. They need to work with the administration directly themselves, even to confirm their Health Card number. Teens have enough going on to worry about than having to coordinate activities for things like heart conditions. If you’re a parental guardian you should be able to confirm the child’s updated Health Card number.

This was my 5-star review from 6 years ago: This centre is the most coordinated and on-time medical centre you'll ever visit - just arrive 3-5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to be sure you don't lose your appointment, or have to wait. This is how they keep things running smoothly here. The doctors here are top notch, efficient with time, and effective with their diagnosis and prescriptions. I've been a client of theirs for over 30 years, and they keep getting better in fact.

I had a great experience with this office. From them calling to make the appointment to me meeting the dr. M. She was to the point and took my concerns and explained to me. Need more drs like her!

I had an appointment at 9: 30 AM with the Dermatologist. Reached in time but was not attended saying I should be here 15 minutes before appointment time. Very un professional very rude. Will not recommend any one to go there. 2 month gone still not been diagnosed yet.

Refused appointment for being 10 min late
Traffic was terrible and no where to park office staff was rude I have requested to be refered elsewhere
10 minutes late barely warrants not being seen considering the waiting room was empty and it took over 2 months to get the apt

Sorry to say that very Poor medical group Roads were sleepy I was there just 5 minutes late the reception was very rude not lesson to me and asked me to rescheduled ur appointment

The worst clinic, bad attitude, Staff unprofessional very ignorant, Doctor won’t even talk to me, avoid this clinic especially the dermatologist.

This clinic should be closed, the worst treatment I have ever experienced or heard of, receptionists is extremely ignorant, they approach me as an object not a human been, avoid this clinic

I waited over a month to see a dermatologist only for her to dismiss my issue, they would not do any further tests and I am suffering and now I have to start from square one. I literally have blood veins bursting under my skin and sores and they dismissed me like it was nothing, I expected at least a biopsy. I told her I think it's an infection and I would like a test for this, and she told me she is not an infectious desease specialist and that was that. This is terrible service, it seems they just want patients in and out as fast as possible. What if this is something serious and now I have to wait more time to actually find out what's going on, this really is negligent and very unprofessional.

I allowed 60 min for a 35 min drive today due to excessive fog. I got stuck behind a school bus and ended up being 6 min late. I was refused my appointment because of SIX minutes. Shameful.

My son was taken by his grandmother who was 18 minutes late due to school pick up being late, traffic, parking among other things we’d like to call “life. ” She was treated with contempt from reception and my son was left in tears.
It seems as though, they in fact do not appreciate having my son as a patient. We will go elsewhere.

Was referred here by our family doctor office. Shame on the office management team and facilities for treating people in such a poor manner. Service was terrible. Reception was rude. We were turned away and didn't even get the services we went for after waiting for nearly 4 months. I have asked to not be referred here any further and HIGHLY encourage anyone planning on visiting this office to seek an alternative location.

I am not surprised by the other negative reviews and would envision that the positive reviews are from close friends/family.

Very very poor all around. Reception is rude, there is a four month wait for simple dermatology procedures and they refuse to do waiting lists for cancellations (which is a common practice for most offices). After four months of waiting we came 14 minutes late to the appointment (heads up the parking lot is full so you need to drive around for parking) and the doctor refused to see us and the wouldn’t book us in for another four months. I just…. What?
