Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Greg in parts is completely useless and so is Bob in sales. My insurance company wanted to use Dundas Marine to fix my damaged hull on my Malibu wakesetter. I wanted to take my boat to a Malibu dealer in Mactier. Insurance adjuster claimed these guys were decent and his buddy Bob would take care of it. Huge mistake! The boat was dropped off in there yard in early August 2022 and when I showed up in November it hadn’t been touched and was sitting in there boneyard full of water and leaves. Couldn’t get any answers out of Greg and Bob on what was happening so I towed the boat back to my heated shop and cleaned the leaves/water out of the interior. They call me in February and say there ready to fix the hull. I called them numerous times from feb to June and couldn’t get any answers at to when the boat would get the motor installed. Called my insurance company and told them I had no faith in that dealership and after 11 months of waiting for the repairs, still no answers to when the boat was going to be fixed. My insurance company ended up writing my boat off. Dundas marine is the biggest joke of a boat dealership I have ever saw. Don’t waste your time with these morons!

I held off writing this review until the situation was thoroughly investigated. I had Dundas Marine winterize my boat and paid for indoor storage. I picked up my boat the first week of July and took it to my new home in Owen Sound. Greg advised me they did not change the oil as the boat only had a few hours of use the previous year. He said the boat was thoroughly inspected, tested, and ready for the season.
I launched it at Georgian Shores Marina for the season's first cruise. I started perfectly but experienced a propulsion failure within five minutes as we were motoring out of the marina. We were lucky that another boat was close, and they helped tow us back to the dock. I lifted the engine cover and saw and heard the bilge was taking on water.
The boat was pulled out, and I contacted Greg at Dundas Marine. The best way to describe Greg was that he was dismissive. I was trying to understand what could have happened. Greg kept repeating that the boat was tested before it left Dundas Marine and was fine.
He advised returning it to them, and they would determine the issue. Due to his dismissive response, I had Georgian Shores diagnose the issue.
There were two issues: the cone clutch and the engine coupler. The boat is a 2015 with very low hours, and Dundas Marine has conducted the winter/summer services for the last few years. I cannot connect the failure to Dundas Marine.
The bilge leak was due to a torn shift cable cover. It was not leaking when I gave Dundas Marine the boat to winterize and in-door store in mid-September 2022. I double-checked my invoice from Dundas Marine and found that my boat did not go into the indoor winter storage until December 20,2022. I suspect it was damaged while sitting unprotected in their lot for 3 1/2 months. Either way, they should have caught it in summer service.
In conclusion, Greg is incompetent in customer service. They do not respect your boat. The technicians are careless and do not fully inspect their work.

I had been dealing with Dale for the price on a used outboard motor hood. He said he had one and would figure out a price and call me back, 3 days passed I called back to see if he had a price. The guy that answered the phone told me that it would take up to 3 weeks to locate the part that Dale said he had in stock. He told me to go elsewhere for the part after waiting 3 days for a price. I guess they don’t need the business. NEVER AGAIN. I should have read the reviews

If you like family owned and operated businesses that offer the kind of customer service you would get in Canada everywhere 40 years ago, you've found the right place. Trustworthy, reliable and quality work. You're not just a number and the service is far beyond simply transactional. I wouldn't take my boat anywhere else.

I was on hold for 30 minutes with these guys trying to talk with parts. Not really impressed I couldn't wait any longer so I had to hang up

I had my boat serviced here. Turns out the problem was much simpler than I had assumed. Rather than replace and sell me the parts that didn't need to be replaced, their expert mechanics simply went through their diagnostics and managed to get everything to work without any new parts. It saved me thousands and I got the boat back very quickly. I highly recommend!

For products go in go out they have your name on file they know type of oil, filter etc that you purchase on regular basis. For repairs I wouldn't know.

The customer service and the way we were treated was degrading, extremely unhelpful is a nice way of putting our experience. The man in parts barked at us that parks were closed even though we called ahead to confirm they were open. We travelled from another city and they confined they had the part. Then, they couldn’t give us the time of day to even listen and we were dismissed.

Both workers (owners?) in the store were not wearing masks, and were not enforcing mask rules as there were two customers with no masks as well.

We will never return with our business and will not recommend this business to anyone.

The lady at the counter was very professional and accommodating. Great service all around. She was very knowledgeable. I brought my Legend boat in. The Mercury 4 stroke engine needs repairs. I just love great customer service. Thank You

As a charter fishing captain, I need my boat to be in good working order. I was having motor issues and after explaining what my 150HP evinrude etec was doing, Vaughn knew what was wrong. Even with the shop being extremely busy, they were able to sneak my boat in and complete all of the repairs within 2 days and get my business back on the water. Thanks for the excellent and quick service Vaughn and team, you guys saved me from having to cancel any of my charters!

Always have the parts we need and always have the attitude we DON'T need. Have not had one good customer service experience. Employees are rude. If we could find another place to get boat parts, we would go somewhere else in a heartbeat.

Come here for a simple t line, parts desk told me they dont get parts but called 20 minutes earlier they had other parts for my boat.worst service iv had ever
