Overall good experience at walk-in-clinic, starting from both front-desk Staff. Alicia at front- desk was very helpful.
Dr Rizk helping and good advice to our concerns prescribing effective medication. Pharmacy staff in clinic was very helpful.

One of the hardest working doctors out there. Extremely dedicated to your health and if you need a follow up she will tell you to come back even though it’s a walk in. The best walk in experience I’ve had.

Great experience, from the receptionist to the Pharmacist. Dr. Rizik is very experienced and diagnosed me properly. She had blood work done to be sure. All the people there are very nice.

Quick and efficient, terrible time management though. Online says open until 6pm some days, most days they actually close at 4.

Very friendly doctor. Was able to walk in on a Saturday and was quick. The doctor is very thorough.

Arrived to find place was closed after checking online to make sure it was open. Not happy. Ended up going to walmart.

My experience in this clinic has been wonderful. I come all the way from mississauga to see Dr. Rizk. She has always been very helpful and attentive to my needs. The wait is never too long compared to other clinics I have been to in the past. I always go to the pharmacy there as well to avoid all the inconvenience, lack of care and waiting of the big chain pharmacies.

This was my first time visiting this clinic and was pleased with Dr. Numair's (female doctor) expert attention, diagnosis and friendly manner. Note that I have downgraded my initial 4 stars to 1 star due to the fact that I called in to confirm that someone could see me and nobody answered the phone, and no voicemail greeting or voicemail. I went in only to be told by the pharmacist that they were on vacation. This was a waste of my time and disrespectful, by not stating on a voice mail greeting that the clinic was closed due to vacation. I value courtesy as much as expertise and it would appear from my experience that the patient is there for the clinic and not (as it should be) that the clinic is there for the patient.

Long Long waits. Doctors always seemed rushed. Last time I brought my daughter here with a fever. After one hour wait went to another Walk In and was seen within 15 minutes. When you have a sick child you want good care.

Dr Rizk is a very caring person and is always looking out for the health and welfare of her patients. She has been mine and my families doctor for almost 10 years. She has helped us in so many ways. Something that you do not find in many Doctors these days.

I have been hear several times with my kids. Always seems to be a long wait. When we saw the Doctor they always seemed very rushed.

I was excited at first when I walked in and saw no one in the waiting room. I actually said to my wife - this is great, we should come here from now on instead of the other place (we had just left our regular walk-in as there was a 1 hour wait and no seating space).

However, after seeing the doctor, I was so disappointed I had to write a review.

I explained to the doctor that I have had a sore throat for 2 weeks. I've taken benadryl, a bottle a buckleys, some spray to numb the throat as I couldn't sleep at night due to the pain, and ricolas - and after 2 weeks the pain was only getting worse that I could only eat soup for meals instead of solid foods as those hurt my throat.

The doctor took a look and said I had an infection but there was nothing to cure it other than to continue waiting, and to stop taking all over the counter medicine.

I then told her that my wife was having the same pain in her throat for the same duration, and she went to our regular walk-in who prescribed her medicine that got rid of the pain within 1-2 days.

The doctor then became defensive and from the way she was speaking, gave me the impression she thought I wanted to buy drugs off her as she kept saying "I will not prescribe you antibiotics". It actually got to a point where I told her "you need to stop saying the word antibiotics. I get it, i don't need it, so stop saying it. " She then took a book out published in 2013 and asked me to start reading it out loud. After reading the first 3 words (it was about viral infections) I said to her, "look, i didn't come to a doctor to learn how to read. I'm sure I can find a more recent publication online than 2013". Her response, "treatment for infections do not change in 5 years". I responded by saying, "I'm sure that's what people said about aids".

I'm not a doctor so maybe the new way to treat patients is to hand them a 5 year old textbook to read, however I didn't like that. It felt demeaning.

In addition, after I felt the discussion was becoming heated, I told her we need to restart, stop talking about antibiotics, and confirmed that as a doctor her advise to a patient who has had pain for 2 weeks and can't eat or sleep due to the pain, is to continue waiting it out. Finally she said "you can try gargling salt water to sooth the pain to sleep at night". I really wish she just said that earlier as that would have changed my rating.

There's a reason there was no one in the waiting room!

Always friendly, great service. The doctor seems to genuinely be interested in what you have to say. I never feel rushed and always get great advise

I’m so glad my long time family doctor and her husband have taken over this clinic. The best part is while the majority of walk-ins have a 2 + hour wait, This one gets you in within 10 mins.never a wait. Dr. Rizk also takes booked appointments at this location as well. Another advantage to other clinics.

Dr. Rizk has been my family’s doctor for over 10 years. She thourough, detailed, empathetic, educational and never hesitates to provide referrals to specialists for peace of mind.

Highly recommend her and this clinic.a short 10 min drive from Burlington more then made up by little to no wait time!

I have been going to Dr Ridha for almost 5 years and have found him to be extremely helpful and professional. He has spent much time with me trying to get to the root of some on going problems I have. To the people complaining about the hour wait times get real. This is one of the few places I have been in the Gta and Hamilton area where I have had to wait an hour compared to 3 - 5 hour wait times in Oakville, Mississauga and Toronto. I had only waited more than an hour on a couple of occasions on my bi-monthly visits in the past five years. And putting your name down leaving and coming back is not standard practice in any Walk-In. Ive only seen one clinic in Mississauga out of about 15 ir so Walkin Ive been to in the last 7 years. And guess how long there wait times Are minimum 2.5 hours Also the pharmacy staff have been great as well unlike some of the loud, argumentative, rude and obnoxious individuals working at the walmart pharmacy. This overall is a well established and run Walk-In and Pharmacy with minimum wait times compared to most places Ive been. Are all the secretaries as efficient as the others no but believe me Waterdown is very lucky to have Dr Ridha who runs more of a traditional family practice as opposed to a modern revolving door clinic trying to make money seeing hordes of people with hour line ups "because there is no where else to go! "
