I was extremely pleased with Emely S. ; dental hygienist! She was excellent in answering any questions I might have had, along with suggestions for continued good dental health. Had another check up and cleaning. As always very professional and enjoy my trips to the dentist more than ever before.

Great experience. Both the Hygenist and Doctor were very understanding of my problem, and took the opportunity to show me the extent of the issue. Check out and follow up were handled very professionally.

The hygienist was not careful with the plaque remover (aggressive water blaster). She kept looking away and then it was on my gums for prolonged periods of time, which as so painful. Also, that tool is too aggressive for my gums. I feel like it is loosening my gums. The hygienist also looked away while using the other sharp tools and asked me how I was doing when I could not answer (too many tools in my mouth), so I couldn't even tell her what was happening. Also, I asked for the same hygienist as my daughter, when I booked. I did not get her

Punctual, friendly but the prices seem a bit exorbitant. Totally new experience after 54 years did not see one familiar face

My visits with Dr Mark Miller are always good he has been my dentist for years and I've never had any issues he is the best I have issues with dentist and he makes me feel relaxed and confident and his assistant Sue is also awesome I would recommend Dr Mark Miller to anybody

Everyone is extremely kind and caring. They are willing to work with you to accommodate your needs and schedule, as well as proactively form a dental plan to suit you.

A wonderful "chat" with the hygienist as she painlessly blasted away the tartar with a very powerful water based tool.

I have been going to this practice for years and was apprehensive when I realized the practice had changed hands and my hygeinist and dentist were no longer there. But my fears were unfounded. Irene, my new hygeinist is wonderful. I had to have a filling which I have not had in years and Dr. Chan was amazing. Very gentle, great communication and extremely skillful and professional. I would highly recommend them. For both my recent appointments they were on time.no time to sit in the updated waiting room!

I have been seeing Dr Mark Miller for over 40years. His compassion for his clients and their dental health is next to none. He has always been well versed on all of the newest procedures in his field. He is such a pleasure to work with both for myself and my family.

Just had a tooth filled and a new crown made, my first time with Dr. Basic and she was wonderful, all the ladies at the practice were very friendly and helpful

My heigenist and the staff at the front desk are impeccable when it comes to professionalism, politeness and overall excellent service.

The office is run, smoothly and efficiently (the new waiting room is lovely but I’m glad to say I haven’t spent much time there!)
Had my first dental procedure since the practice changed hands today (I am 46 and had been a patient of Dr Wilson since the age of 19, so I was unsure what to expect and if any changes would suit me)
I can say all my boxes were ticked:
Clear, easy, friendly communication
Skilled and knowledgeable service.
Strong teamwork and mentorship demonstrated and definitely a practice that will only further strengthen with time.

Now if they could just invent drills that didn’t set my hearing on edge and freezing that wore off before I dribbled my tea on myself (think I’m being too picky there lol)

Today I had a tooth pulled. I expected it to take a half hour and be in considerable pain. I was put at ease upon arrival and all my questions were answered. It took only 5 minutes to pull and another 5 minutes to pay the bill. Needless to say, my experience was not what I imagined. The care I received was exceptional.
